I wrote my question badly :( I just wondered as Rosie didn't have a driving licence is the car in her mum or dad's name? As I thought to own a car over here that you needed to licence to do so you could get insurance?
You can insure a car even if you don't own it. I take it That Kevin or Sally are paying for insurance as Sally drives it occasionally.

Rosie paid over £25,000 for the car, I think, that would be almost half of the cash she demanded of John Stape to finance her becoming a doctor. Imagine, Rosie as a doctor :lol:
