Jase told Jay they were moving to that house.
I really want to punch Dawn she is such an airhead
I think Honey or Billy should have gone to police after seeing Terry
Poor Garry he needs a storyline and a love interest
In my opinion, Garry needs his P45...
i agree that they would never be able to afford that house, even with the £100,000 as they would never be able to afford the rest of it. and im not sure why dawn thinks she should live in a house like that, its not like nearly everyone else in the country has a house like that!
i agree, i dont think dawn was going to buy that house, i think he was just agreeing so dawn would stop going on about it, i think he had too much on his mind about this "job" so he didnt want to have an argument about it so thought it easier to agree with her
lol i thought that! darrens probably looking after her! :rolleyes:Quote:
btw, where is summer????
Loved Shirley's comment last night about Jase kicking a football around the park doesn't make Dawn a footballers wife (or something to that effect).. Loved her dress but there is other important things she could spend that money on like her daughter or Jay.. why does people spend so much on a dress that they only wear for 1 day???
last nights epi was ok, liked the billy and jase scenes, thought it was quite funny when jase drove off and billys foot was still hanging out the car lol! thought what shirley said was quite harsh seeing as it was dawns hen night but she was only saying what weve all been thinking! even though dawn is very selfish and money obsessed, i did feel a bit sorry for her when no one showed up. the vinnie and callum scenes were really boring, both characters are annoying and i really cant see how someone like callum would have 3 girls on the go at once, its not like hes irresistible!
totally agree about Callum... he has a very small head (think thats what puts me off him) ... but I still think Shirley was right.. even thought it was Dawn hen's night, she still needed to hear the truth as the girl is totally disillusioned, she needs a wake up call and a slap round the head (and she doesn't have a small one so plenty to whack  )
i didnt mean what shirley said wasnt right, just that seeing as it was dawns hen night and the fact that no one had turned up the way shirley said it seemed a little harsh. however it needed to be said, dawn is very selfish and money obsessed, shame someone didnt tell her a few months ago instead of when its too late
Hmmmmmm wonder why we did not see the reunion between CALLUM and his daddy Vinnie ???We just saw them sharing a bag of chips together..... I honestly do not think I am going to like his character at all, and he is NOT charming ..
Dawn,,,, that dress was 1600 pds omg!! Shirley really let her have it with 2 barrels full,, yep I agree some one should have told her off MONTHS AGO:mad:
Poor lil Jay caught up with Jase's biz and Terry and his hooligans:mad: that kid has had it so bad :(
i missed the reunion too cant think why - maybe writing on this at the same time lol
great episode tonight - glad the firm got arrested for Jase's murder
Billy - grrr I can't stand him! such a coward! why go back in there if all your gonna do is run into the shower, hide and cower. if he wasnt gonna be brave enough to intervene he should have called the police or gotten phil or minty or help!
that lad who plays Jay is a smasher, he really stole them final scenes!
Why can't no one in Eastenders be happy? I do like the odd death etc, but it would have made a nice change to see Dawn and Jase get happily married, and settle down... then ideally, they could have both left..
i wonder how long it will take b4 garry starts hitting on dawn again
Superb acting from young Jamie tonight, i've not seen the show in a few months. But i might have to tune in again to watch him
well didnt think much of tonights episode but i recon tomorrows is gonna be :crying: :crying:
Good acting from everyone I think although the storyline was a bit gruesome, it's a shame he had to die as Jamie's all alone now, I wonder if he'll go into care or if Dawn will keep him with her........ Snotty Dawn will have a big come down without Jase, I wonder how she'll cope
thought it was a good epi today. wasnt really sad that jase died, but what was sad was when jay was screaming at jase when he was being put in the ambulance :( jamies acting was really good
its sad because it seems like a totally unnecessary death; Jase's character was so interesting as was his relationship with Jay.
i thought Perry Fenwich was really good tonight, everyone seems to forget Billy has hidden depths. I dont think he was a coward for hiding, it would have been suicide to go in there and it wouldn't have saved Jase- he did the right thing in getting Jay out of there as soon as possible.
tbh though, how many people would actually have gone and tried to help jase/beat up terry etc if they were in billys situation? i think billy went back in with the intention of helping but realised how awful the situation was and knew that he couldnt. not really sure why he chose to hide in the shower though instead of going back out of the house to get help or something? also if billy had decided to try and help it would have been really unrealistic if he had been able to fight off terry and the other 2 guys and made sure both himself and jase survived! seeing as jase was already pretty beaten up, billy would have been up against 3 guys who would have killed him too. i actually feel quite sorry for billy, you could see he was terrified and he must feel so guilty for no helping jase and will probably blame himself for jase dying (even though they wasnt really anything he could have done). in all fairness to billy, he was just doing what most people would have done, i know i probably wouldnt have been brave enough to go and help someone in jases situation, no matter how much id like to think i would help them, i know i probably wouldnt be able to
Billy will have to live with the guilt and will probably need help in getting over what he witnesed/heard, it can't of been easy just to hide and not do anything to help, I agree that we could have enjoyed getting to know more of JAse's past and the new life that he could have had with Jay, it's a waste and I can't see Jay getting on very well with Dawn, he'll blame her for his Dad's death especially as Jase explained to Terry that it was because of the wedding that her stole the money
I thought the Jase/Jay/Billy bits in tonights episode were good, but what was the point of Dawn and Shirley? OK, I know Shirley was supposed to be giving Dawn the truth but the dialogue was dire, awful script-writing.
i agree with parts of it, and i dont think one conversation with shirley would cause dawn to strip herself of all her jewellery and give it to heather.
I cried buckets.. Poor Jay.. :crying:
I really don't understand why EE is so repetitive and can't see why they don't write any happy storylines though!
:clap::clap: well done Jamie.. his acting last night was out standing.. I sobbed like a baby :crying::crying: Very very dark episode.. I feel for billy.. he went in there with the intention to help but realised the situation. As for hiding in the bathroom, jase was looking, pleading with him to help but he couldn't and he hid... I know he will live with this guilt forever... poor jay.. my heart went out to him and it was nice to know that Jase last thought were of his son and not dawn... she is a cow
Poor Jay RIP Jase :crying:
I liked Jase's character they shouldnt have paired him with Dawn
Billy was an awful coward  :thumbsdow
just caught up,
it was a bit hollyoaks with the dreamy bit
jay and jase were ace
I think this is one time I would have liked to see a black taxi exit.. jay and jase taken the money and heading away for a better life..just the two of them.. Jay calling Dad after the ambulance last night really choked me up.. amazing acting from him... can't wait for tonight...
Oh and I like the dawn/shirley thing.. about time someone said something and pointed out it is not what you have that makes a person, it is who you are... I think a lot of teens think like Dawn and it was good to see this message in a soap
it was heartbreaking to see Jay in bits. Jase was class as well. Perry Fenwick never let's me down. He plays the part of troubled Billy like no other.
Hope Jay does not go into care Maybe Billy and Honey can take him in.Dawn cannot even look after Summer let alone a teenage boy. Only decent thing was when she stuck up for him after the fight in the park.Spoiler:
