Wiley has earned his first solo number one single with 'Heatwave'
The rapper's collaboration with Ms D sold over 114,000 copies to land straight at the top of the chart.
Calvin Harris and Example's duet 'We'll Be Coming Back entered at number two, having also broken the 100,000 barrier.
The Harris remix of Florence + the Machine's 'Spectrum (Say My Name)' falls to three after three weeks at the top. Maroon 5's 'Payphone' and Stooshe's 'Black Heart' each fall two spots to complete the top five.
Karmin are non-movers at six with 'Brokenhearted', while Rudimental celebrate a tenth week inside the Top 10 with 'Feel the Love' at seven.
Chris Brown stays at eight with 'Don't Wake Me Up', with Conor Maynard's 'Vegas Girl' and Flo Rida's 'Whistle' both falling five spots to complete the Top 19.
Underworld's 'Caliban's Dream' - the theme to the lighting of the Olympics cauldron last week - enters at 12. The track features Two Door Cinema Club's Alex Trimble on vocals. It is their first Top 40 hit in nearly ten years.
Far East Movement and Cover Drive continue to climb the chart with 'Turn Up the Love' at 13. Angel also climbs a spot at 19 with 'Wonderful'.
Arctic Monkeys land at 21 with their cover of 'Come Together' by The Beatles, which they performed live during the Olympics Opening Ceremony.
Drumsound and Bassline Smith enter at 34 with 'Through the Night', while Frank Turner lands at 40 with 'I Still Believe', the track he performed as the support act at the Olympics opener on July 27.

Dizzee Rascal's latest single 'Scream' featuring Pepper is a new entry at 22, while his former number one 'Bonkers' re-enters at 31 after he performed it at the London Olympics opening ceremony on July 27.
Alex Clare climbs back up 11 places to 24 with long-runner 'Too Close', while Justin Bieber re-enters at 25 with 'As Long As You Love Me'.
Of Monsters and Men achieve a new peak with single 'Little Talks', which enters the Top 40 at 28, and Cheryl Cole lands at 36 with her latest single 'Under the Sun'.

Rita Ora has scored her third official number one on the UK singles chart.
The Roc Nation singer's latest track 'How We Do (Party)' debuted at the top after selling over 100,000 copies during its first week of release.
"I can't believe I'm the first artist this year to have three number one singles in a row!" Ora told OfficialCharts.com.
"It's really inspiring, I really appreciate all the support I've been getting from my fans and the media. This is already the best year ever!"
Ora, who releases debut album ORA on August 27, previously had number one singles with DJ Fresh's 'Hot Right Now' and 'R.I.P.', which featured Tinie Tempah.
She knocks Wiley off the top spot, who slips to number two this week with 'Heatwave', just ahead of Emeli Sandé, who lands at three with 'Read All About It (Pt. III)' following her performance at the London 2012 Olympics closing ceremony.
Fellow Olympics act Elbow climb a huge 121 places to number four with 'One Day Like This', while Calvin Harris and Example complete the top five with 'We'll Be Coming Back'.
A total of 30 closing ceremony tracks feature in the top 200, with George Michael's 'White Light' at number 15 and Ed Sheeran's Pink Floyd cover 'Wish You Were Here' at number 34.
Other new entries in the Top 10 include Trey Songz, who scored his highest-charting single to date with 'Simply Amazing' at eight, and Porter Robinson, who debuts at nine with 'Language'.

Emeli Sande has returned to number one on the UK album Chart with Our Version of Events.
The singer, who performed at the London 2012 Olympics closing ceremony last Sunday (August 12), is now on course to overtake Adele as the biggest-selling album of 2012 so far.
Her debut LP is just 26,000 copies behind Adele's 21 - originally released in 2011 - in year-to-date sales.
Elsewhere on the chart, Paloma Faith's Fall to Grace climbs three places to number two, while Ed Sheeran, who also appeared at the closing ceremony, rises to number three with +.
Amy Macdonald is up 13 places to number four with Life in a Beautiful Light, just ahead of Maroon 5's Overexposed at five.
Britain's Got Talent star Ryan O'Shaughnessy scores this week's highest new entry with his self-titled debut, which lands at number nine, followed by Spector at number 12 with Enjoy it While it Lasts.
The Spice Girls' Greatest Hits climbs 146 places to number 18, Elbow's The Seldom Seen Kid is up 133 places to number six, and Kate Bush's The Whole Story is up 71 to number 21 after also featuring at the Olympics closing ceremony.

The trio's party track sold 107,000 copies to knock Rita Ora's 'How We Do (Party)' off the top spot.
Frontman Sam Ritchie said of their success: "Can't believe it, we're number one! Thank you to all our fans for your support, everyone in the Womp team, massive womps to you!
"We really didn't expect this at all for 'Bom Bom' to go all the way to the top when we were writing it in a muddy field a couple of years ago, with Mr Aaron Audio falling off his chair!"

Little Mix have scored their second number one single with 'Wings'.
The X Factor winners went straight to the top with their first proper single since their cover of Damien Rice's 'Cannonball' last Christmas.
The girl group sold over 107,000 copies over the past week, and knocked last week's chart-toppers Sam and the Womp down to second place with 'Bom Bom'.
"Wooh! Number 1! We want to thank all the Little Mixers who went out and bought the single," the band said. "You've made all our dreams come true.
"It means a lot because obviously we got a number one at Christmas with 'Cannonball', but that wasn't our song really, so now that we've become number one with our own song that we wrote, we're so proud, best feeling ever. Continue to listen to it and dance away in your bedrooms in your pants!"

The 'RIP' singer continued her chart-topping streak by knocking Emeli Sandé into the runner-up's spot.
However, Sandé's Our Version of Events has now become the best-selling album of 2012 so far, overtaking Adele's mammoth-seller 21.

The band's second LP outsold its nearest rival by 11,000 copies, having only been ahead by 5,000 copies midweek.
Two Door Cinema Club enter in second place with Beacon, which is a massive leap compared to their first LP Tourist History, which peaked at 24 in 2010.
Rita Ora drops from last week's top spot to three with Ora, followed by 2012's current bestseller Our Version of Events by Emeli Sandé.
Ronan Keating enters in fifth place with his latest album Fires.
Plan B climbs up one place to six with iLL Manors, with Paloma Faith dropping two to seven with Fall to Grace.
