Its because you need to start your A2 courses. There's a lot more to cover at A2, even though you only do two units per subject. The third exam is a synoptic which you can't really revise for because its not specific to one area or unit of the course.

it depends what subjects youre doing on whether theres a synoptic exam, i did maths alevel and we had to learn 3 whole new units for alevel, there wasnt a synoptic paper

Yeah I think I will probably be re-sitting Philosophy! :p I'm SO glad I took the Double Applied science the 2 exams are only 30% of the marks :)

I hope I dont have to re-sit geography or biology

I really dont want to re-sit biology though, its too much stress

I kind of want to re-sit Philosophy. Not that I'm going to purposefully fail lol. Of course I'll try my best. But I don't think I'll do very well. If I re-sit in January then I can set aside more time revise I won't have a mad rush with coursework like I did a few weeks ago.

yeh it was so much stress for me! in the end i just gave up cos my marks were getting worse and worse lol!

Awww, plus next year they are changing the specifiaction so we are the last to do the current one, so it will be harder to do re-sits cos there will be no AS classes we can attend

GCSEs are a walk in the park compared to A levels.

My friend had her maths exam yesterday. She had a sudoku to complete :lol: Wish my exams were that easy.

I know thats what I thought, But I suppose at the time your doing them, they arent, its not until you progress that you think back and think they are easy. Well is was for me
And seriously a Sudoku, was that on the higher paper?
