Since I reached my target weight I have put on 1lb, I dont think that is bad condiering the stress I have had lately. But I dont intend to let anymore go on though.

I am getting on ok,havent reached for chocolate,dont think I will, Cremation was on tuesday and Stephen and I scattered Phil's ashes around our roses in the garden,yesterday. It will take time to get use to a differant life, but it is still early days yet.Quote:

Well im going to weigh tomorrow after 2 weeks of not even thinking of what im eating or how much i could put on... dreading it :(
