Dot does not even drive her own old banger anymore, unlikely that she would get into a newer and faster car to mow Max down in. Running people over in a car is not in the bible, hence she would not do it :lol:
Tanya has most reason to try to kill max as she has known him longest and i think she did actually love him. In a few months time... I think it could be Lauren, maybe Tanya herself. The others are too obvious.
Ok here is my take ... Lauren did it and Tanya is covering for her...Lauren must have been taking driving lessons on the sly.

It WAS revealed.. it is Tanya... (we are all far to suspicious for our own good) The whole "excitment" was seen jack, tanya and bradley getting ready to go out and not seen the face til the last scene... it was suppose to be "ooh wonder who it is" when they did it so badly at the start cause it was obvious that Tanya was going to be the one....
Come on...it obviously wasnt Tanya.
Lauren reveals a secret and then Tanya confesses to protect her daughter. And like i've always said it think her and Peter did it as where is Peter? We havent seen him since it happened.
Plus it says in next weeks TV mag that Lauren is acting suspiciously around her dad when he wakes up and refuses to live with him when he gets out of the hospital and she goes to live with Jack.
I still have doubts to believe it was Tanya. I have not heard/read any rumours that she is leaving and as she is already in jail after her confession, her trial would come up reasonably soon and should see her banged up for several years. I am sure there will be a twist and it was somebody else.

I don't think its Tanya - she's taking the rap for someone and the only person I think she would do that for is Lauren. If it was Lauren she obviously isn't full of remorse, last night she said that she wishes her dad was dead.
It is possible that Jack will get Stacey to withdraw the statement so she doesn't get sent away? Even if it is not her and it is Lauren.. won't she get sent away for wasting police time.. Maybe Max will drop the chargesQuote:

To be honest i think if Abi saw who did it she would have told the police straight away. Even if it was her mum or her sister cos all she cares about is her dad. After everything that family has been through she still blames her mum for everything. Im sorry but if i was Tanya i would have said i'm off to France with Lauren and Oscar. Max you can have the brat. Cos thats all Max wanted anyway. Never have i seen him be nice to Lauren or actually look like he cared about her.
Im so glad that they at least tell the truth and dont hide it. Bradley told Dot "i've thought about doing that many times" and Lauren saying it would have been better if Max died. At least people dont pretend that they like him just cos hes hurt.
If Tanya is going to be banged up, maybe she can be cell mates with Chrissie LOL

I don't really understand why Jack is so keen to get Stacey to withdraw her statement. She said she didn't know who was driving. All her evidence proves is that someone deliberately tried to kill Max and that it wasn't an accident. But, as Tanya has already confessed, what would be the result of Stacey withdrawing her evidence? Nothing as far as I can see.

I was thinking the same.. maybe he was hoping she was saying it was not deliberate but an accident that she try to swerve and hit him instead... I don't know... what gets me is this: if it was Lauren and not tanya, why would tanya risk losing 3 kids to protect Lauren? surely Lauren as first time offence would not be sent to jail.. she could say she didn't do it on purpose, she didn't know how to drive and it was just an accident.. that she was rebelling..
I was wondering that after watching last night's episode. Stacey too did not see who was driving, therefore no need for Jack to intimidate her. :angry:

Perhaps Jack is involved in some way and thinks that Stacey could say something incriminating against him? I don't believe for a second though that Tanya would cover for Jack.
