It has not been confirmed that Agent Pierce will not return for day 6. The actor who plays him has said in an interview that he had not appeared so far, but they are only about half way through filming day 6 so he may appear on a later episode.Quote:

my blood pressure is away sky high already and I've still got a week to wait. It says on the fox website when it was reporting about the leak of the first four episodes, that they series begins that fast that you think it's the end of the series instead of the begining. It going to be Awesome again.
Can it get any faster paced though!!
