I hope not either TL. Rishi is one of the nice guys. Rik is
filming now-so could be onscreen.in a few weeks.
If his return is "business-related" - once the
problems start they soon escalate if not
tackled promptly.
Dont pay suppliers -they dont supply.
So no goods to make sweets- no goods
made -no orders fulfilled- no money
recd.
Word gets round firm.in trouble so
less orders/ more delay in payments
recd. Delay in paying wages . Quite
a large workforce!!tho we dont see them.
If firm doesnt keep up loan payments to
bank.Bank can withdraw credit and
Receivers may be called .- which is
usually "end-of!"
Once the first card falls - the rest of
the house of cards can follow quickly.
So Im hoping your prediction about Nikil
coming back to save the day - is correct!
P.s. It depends how fast Jai goes downhill
and what form that takes. If he has a criminal
charge made against him - the bank may
insist on someone else having financial.
control.- until matters resolved!

Great post MaidMarion....you make so much sense. Unlike Jai`s business decisions lately.
I hope the writers aren`t turning Jai into a drug addict. I know Jai has had such a lousy year, but if he does turn to drugs, then he can say goodbye to any time he spends with Archie.
jai will go rehab while nik back to run factory with rishi
Or he could end up in jail for drug dealing/possession. Then Megan doesn`t have to conceal her pregnancy from Jai anymore.
Win/Win.
If Jai does go to jail, then I bet it will be because of Kirren`s Dad Rakesh. I bet Jai will rue the day he ever let Rakesh back into his life.
:)
the bit I will like best-if it happens that way-
is if it is Nikil who saves the day by getting
the factory back to being a successful
business.
Some of the family even inc his mother have
a bit of a patient & patronising attitude to him
as tho hes less bright than them!
Jai is all top-show and conceited but not
able to be effectively evil.
So sometimes in real-life (and soaps)
the tortoise does beat the hare!!:)
