Charlie Sheen has reportedly been arrested on domestic violence charges.
The Two and a Half Men star spent Christmas Day in Pitkin County Colorado Jail after allegedly attacking his wife, Sky News reports.
Police revealed that Sheen was booked for "second degree assault", "menacing" and "criminal mischief".
They did not release the name of his victim, but American media outlets have claimed that the incident occurred during an argument with his wife Brooke Mueller.
TMZ has reported that Sheen said Mueller was the aggressor and he was trying to defend himself. It also claimed that Mueller later recanted her story and said she was drunk when she called the police.
Sheen was released on bail and is due to appear in court on February 8.
Jade Goody is the most mourned celebrity of the year, an online tribute site has said.
According to The Mirror, the Big Brother star received the most hits on Lasting Tribute, which allows users to set up online memorials for celebrities and friends.
Following Goody's death from cervical cancer in March, more than 600 people left messages on her memorial page.

Belfast-born Morrison - nicknamed Van The Man - has dubbed his son "Little Van".
The notoriously private star - real name George Ivan Morrison - already has a daughter Shana, 39, from his marriage to American Janet Minto.
He has a daughter Aibhe, three, and a son aged two by long-time love, former Miss Ireland Michelle Rocca.
Morrison found fame in the mid-1960s with the band Them, whose hits included Baby Please Don't Go.
He released his groundbreaking solo album Astral Weeks in 1968.
His new son's arrival was announced on his website, but the birthplace kept secret.

Actress Zelda Rubinstein is reportedly in failing health and has been hospitalised for more than a month.
The 76-year-old, best known for her role in the Poltergeist film series, has only a short time left to live, reports Radar Online.
The actress has been taken off life support following the failure of two of her major organs.
"Her lungs and kidneys have failed and she's in and out of consciousness," a friend of the actress said.
They added: "It's only a matter of time now - she doesn't have long to live."

Zoe Salmon has revealed that she is hoping to move house after she was sent an obscene letter.
The former Blue Peter presenter "panicked" when she read the note, the Daily Star reports.
"The content was alarming and it was sent to my home address," Salmon explained. "It was quite a lengthy letter of a sexual nature.
"I can't remember exactly what it said because I read it once, panicked, and then tried to forget about it."
However, Salmon revealed that she has kept the letter in case she receives any more.
"If I get another one, I'll tell the police," she explained.

Matthew McConaughey is a daddy again.
McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves welcomed a baby girl early Sunday morning, the 40-year-old actor wrote on his website. Vida Alves McConaughey weighed in at 7 pounds, six ounces, McConaughey wrote.
"Vida is Portuguese for "life" and that's what God gave us this morning," the post read. "Camila's recovering wonderfully, and we are both truly honored to welcome this little lady into our family."
Vida is the second child of McConaughey and Alves, a 26-year-old Brazilian model. The couple began dating in2006 and have a 1-year-old son, Levi.
Ashley Cole has been found guilty of driving at more than 100mph in a 50mph zone.
The news was announced at Kingston Magistrates' Court today, though England and Chelsea footballer Cole was not present for his trial.
The court had heard that the 29-year-old was driving his Lamborghini Gallardo in Kingston, Surrey on November 17, 2008 when a speed gun recorded that his speed was 104mph. :eek: :angry:
Cole had denied the charge and defended his conduct by claiming that he was being chased by paparazzi at the time of the incident.
Additionally, his legal team tried to have the case adjourned to allow evidence from an expert on speed guns to be considered. Defence lawyer Katherine Hodson argued that the speed gun may not have been working properly, however magistrates' chairwoman Judith Jewell dismissed the suggestion and refused the adjournment request.
The sportsman will now be sentenced on January 29 and is expected to be present for the court date. Jewell has already warned that Cole may be banned from driving.

Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson has died at the age of 30, People reports. She was reportedly engaged to reality TV star Tila Tequila. Johnson was found dead in her Los Angeles home on Monday. “It appears to be a natural death,” police Officer Sara Faden told People. “There’s no evidence of foul play. A toxicology report from the coroner’s office will proceed next.” Tequila tweeted about the news: “Everyone please pray 4 my Wifey Casey Johnson. She has passed away. Nicollette Sheridan was reportedly taken to hospital over the Christmas holidays following a horse riding accident near her home in California.
The former Desperate Housewives star is believed to have needed medical treatment for a head wound after she was thrown off her horse while she was not wearing a helmet.
According to the National Enquirer, Sheridan's businessman boyfriend Steve Pate made the decision to take the actress to hospital after finding her injured and bleeding.
Sources have suggested that the 46-year-old's injuries were later deemed minor and she was allowed to return home after receiving treatment.

Medics have reportedly informed Dennis Hopper that he may be facing his final days.
The 73-year-old actor, who revealed in October that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer and had begun an experimental treatment, is said to be losing his battle with the disease, according to the News of the World.
Doctors have allegedly admitted that hopes for the Easy Rider star are fading after the cancer spread to his bones.

Sophie Dahl and Jamie Cullum have married in a secret ceremony, reports say.
According to the Daily Record, the couple celebrated their wedding at the Lime House Hotel in Hampshire on Saturday.
The ceremony reportedly began at 5pm. Hollywood stars including Clint Eastwood, Keira Knightley, Jude Law and Nicole Kidman were expected to attend.

Andrew Lloyd Webber has announced that doctors have given him the all-clear following treatment for prostate cancer.
The composer told the Daily Mail that he will still require regular check-ups to ensure he has beaten the disease, but is delighted to have responded well to surgery.
He said: "It is the hugest relief. We have arrived at the end of a long journey, at the best possible outcome... My children have a father."
The 61-year-old's spokesperson confirmed in October that he was being treated for cancer and had undergone surgery to remove his prostate gland.
Lloyd-Webber also warned men to visit a GP "at once" if feel they have any problems "down under - however embarrassing".
"In my case, I will be 62 next year and I have five children," he said. "Most importantly, I am alive."
The star is due to launch a new BBC show later this year to find up-and-coming actors to play Dorothy and Toto in a production of The Wizard of Oz.

Channing Tatum has apparently been rushed to hospital after a scalding accident on the set of his latest movie.
The GI Joe star is said to have scorched his penis when his technique to keep warm on the set of The Eagle of the Ninth took a turn for the worse.
The actor had just finished a scene in the freezing cold water of the Scottish Highlands when a crew member, charged with pouring hot water over Tatum's wetsuit, accidentally tipped the boiling water inside the garment.
"It was the most painful thing I have ever experienced in my life," he told Details. "I've been to the hospital, gotten stitches, had broken fingers and toes. But this was a suffocating kind of pain."
On the way to the hospital, Tatum is thought to have told the driver: "You might have to knock me out, because I don't know if I can take the pain. Just grab something and hit me on the back of my head."
It has been reported that morphine eventually alleviated the injury, along with salves and bandages.
"I'm good... now. One hundred per cent recovered," Tatum added.

Erich Segal, author of the novel Love Story, has died at the age of 72.
The writer died of a heart attack on Sunday in London, says The Hollywood Reporter.
Segal's book was the basis for the 1970 hit film Love Story, starring Ryan O'Neal and Ali MacGraw. He was nominated for an Oscar for his work on the screenplay.
The novelist was also a classics scholar who taught at Yale, Harvard, Princeton and Oxford. He further co-wrote the screenplay for the 1968 Beatles movie Yellow Submarine.
Segal's daughter said that he suffered from Parkinson's disease for 25 years.

The Little Britain star is believed to have proposed to his lover with a vintage engagement ring in Los Angeles.
Confirming the news, Walliams told The Sun: "It's true, we're engaged and blissfully happy. I wasn't planning to make a public announcement because I'm not a royal - yet."
Meanwhile, a source close to the comedian said: "David is head-over-heels in love with Lara and is over the moon that she said 'Yes'. She's his dream woman."

Darren Day has separated from his wife, reports say.
According to the News of the World, Stephanie Dooley decided to end the four-year relationship after the singer's recent arrest for drink-driving.
Day, who plead guilty to the charge earlier this week, is also due in court next month over allegations that he possessed a Kubotan keyring weapon.
"Both of them are heartbroken but for Stephanie, enough is enough," a source said. "She had trust issues with Darren from day one.
"When Darren was arrested she couldn't take it any more. She has totally and utterly lost faith in him, and is determined splitting is the right decision."

Bonanza and Trapper John, M.D. star Pernell Roberts has died at age 81.
The actor passed away on Sunday at his Malibu home after battling cancer, reports the Los Angeles Times.
Roberts played Adam Cartwright for six seasons on 1960s TV Western Bonanza. He portrayed the lead role on Trapper John, M.D. from 1979 to 1986, earning an Emmy nomination for his performance.
His final TV appearance was on a 2001 episode of Diagnosis Murder

Rubinstein played spirit talker Tangina in Steven Spielberg's 1982 horror film Poltergeist. She passed away of natural causes at a hospital in Los Angeles on Wednesday, according to her agent.
"She had ongoing health issues and unfortunately they finally overtook her," Rubinstein's manager Eric Stevens said.
Rubinstein had reportedly been in hospital since November. She was taken off life support earlier this month following the failure of two of her major organs.
Stevens added: "At 1:59 this morning Zelda left us. She was very much at peace when she finally rested."
