Andy initiated the fight and wouldn't let Tank be, so I agree with Andy that it was his fault.

first of, why did tank go there and even if andy started it tank was somewhat at fault too to me, even though i like tank

I think there was some cursory explanation of why Tank went, although it didn't really make sense to me that he would go on his own.

As for the fight, Tank tried to walk away but Andy wouldn't allow it. He had no choice but to defend himself against Andy's attack, so it really wasn't his fault.

I am confused how Tanky thought it ok to go to the place his victim lives despite the order that he shouldnt go near her and I am doubly confused how the police didnt make issue of that. Andy in his thug like way was simply asking he not attend, but oh no, Tanky was so obsessed that he must support the hospital he had to race there in a car chase that included screeching tyres sounds on grass? Tanky by the fact Andy had chased him must of known a confrontation was coming.

I suggest they blame it all on Roo, throw her in jail for life and save us all the annoyance of her pandering to Maddy for next 1000 episodes.
