Sean Penn's teenage son was reportedly arrested last week.
16-year-old Hopper - the Oscar-winning actor's son with estranged wife - was allegedly taken into custody by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department after offices visited his high school in Malibu.
Because he is a minor, authorities have not released details as to why he was arrested or if any charges have been made.
The news of Hopper's reported arrest comes weeks after Hopper's mother Robin filed for divorce from Sean, citing "irreconcilable differences".
In April, Sean filed for separation from Robin but a month later asked California's Marin County Superior Court to dismiss the case claiming it was an "arrogant mistake".
It was not the first time the couple had announced they were divorcing only to change their minds.
Sean, 49, first filed for divorce in December 2007, but his petition was dismissed. Three days later Robin filed her own paperwork.
However, in April 2008, they made a request to have their divorce petition dismissed as they wanted to give their relationship another chance.
Kevin Federline is going to be a father for the fifth time, tabloid reports have claimed.
The ex-husband of Britney Spears, who was recently confirmed to appear in VH1 series Celebrity Fit Club, is allegedly having a baby with his current girlfriend Victoria Prince.
According to the National Enquirer, Federline was unhappy when Prince broke the news to him.
"The test was positive. She told Kevin that she was pregnant, but he didn't seem happy to hear the news," a source said.
"Under no circumstances does he want another kid now. He's not even acknowledging the possibility.
"He's awful when it comes to birth control. Kevin thinks it's the woman's responsibility."

Former BBC Radio 2 presenter Malcolm Laycock died on Sunday, his agent says.
Mr Laycock left Sunday Night at 10 - a programme dedicated to music of the 1930s and 40s - in the summer after spending 14 years as its presenter.
His decision - due in part to disagreements with the station - prompted outrage among his listeners.
Bob Shennan, controller of Radio 2 and 6 Music, said Mr Laycock's former colleagues were "shocked and saddened" to hear of his death.
"Malcolm was a much-loved and highly respected broadcaster, renowned for his skill as a presenter and producer, and his passion for music and radio," he said.
Mr Laycock's radio career spanned four decades, during which he worked on Radio 2, BBC London and the BBC World Service as well as helping to set up London's Jazz FM.
He was awarded a Sony Radio Award for his programme Billie Holiday In Her Own Words.
He produced many programmes for Radio 2 including Voices and Back Numbers, and documentaries on Nat King Cole, Josh White and Harlem's Savoy Ballroom.
Mr Laycock was also known internationally for his broadcasts for BBC World Service.
These included six years presenting the weekly Jazz For The Asking programme, and for his many series of Kings Of Swing and The Big Band Singers, and for the documentary Glenn Miller - The Legacy

"The couple reported the extortion threat to the police and the FBI began a criminal investigation in the matter. Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford intend to pursue any and all available legal action against anyone who aids the perpetrator in the distribution or sale of the photograph of their daughter."

The Hollywood couple have reportedly designed a limited edition gold and silver capsule collection called The Protector for Asprey.
The line reportedly features silver baby gifts, as well as pendants and rings with a curving snake motif. Top-end items include diamond, black diamond and emerald rings, bracelets, earrings and men's cuff links.
All net proceeds will go to Jolie's organisation Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, which helps to educate and raise awareness for children who are the victims of war, conflict and natural disasters.

Cerys Matthews has given birth to a boy eight weeks earlier than expected, she announced today.
The 40-year-old former Catatonia star and her newborn son are both "doing very well".
News of the premature birth was revealed through the singer-songwriter's official website.
A "message from Cerys" goes on to say: "How happy I am to let youknow that our baby boy was born on Monday 23rd, eight weeks earlier than expected.

FRAUDSTERS nicked £200,000 from Ricky Gervais - using a photo of his Office character DAVID BRENT on a fake passport.
The comic has revealed how he was caught up in the sting in which a gang insider transferred cash from his bank account to buy gold bullion.
But the bungling crooks were nabbed after turning up to collect the stash with the "David Brent" ID cut from a DVD cover. Ricky, 48, was informed of the scam in a phone call from his bank - which needed his permission to involve cops.
After the gang were arrested collecting the gold, an officer reported back to Ricky.
Ricky recalled: "I said, 'How did they think they were going to get away with it?
He said, 'They normally get a passport from either a dead man or steal one and replace it with your details and your picture.'
"The CID man started smirking, so I went, 'What?' and he showed me this passport.
"We were laughing for ten minutes. All they did was cut out the picture on the first series of The Office DVD!
"So it's a picture of David Brent sitting at a desk with that little smug look on his face!"
It is the first time the Extras star has revealed details of the scam, which took place several years ago. Ricky, who got his money back, didn't appear in court to see the fraudsters jailed.
Ricky joked: "Can you imagine who was in charge of getting the photo?

Richard Gere has been told that he faces a fine of up to $50,000 for cutting down some trees.
The Pretty Woman star, who lives in Pound Ridge near New York with his actress wife Carey Lowell, apparently failed to seek the appropriate permission before having 200 trees removed from his estate.
His neighbour is quoted by the New York Post as saying: "This is a town where money isn't an issue. What matters are good manners and caring about the community. People have been supportive of him, but I'm not sure what he was thinking."
Another local said: "The feeling is that he acted a bit precipitously in clearing the trees. People are somewhat disappointed that he didn't follow procedure."
They added: "Rather than seeking the proper channels and permits, he hired someone to cut them down. He's generally a good neighbour. It was out of character."
Gere is reportedly now in negotiations with town officials to replant some of the trees and pay fines for those that he cut down.

The couple, who have just celebrated their third wedding anniversary, have reportedly agreed that they will try to conceive in the New Year.

Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood has been questioned by police over claims that he assaulted his young Russian lover.
The 62-year-old was arrested in the high street of Claygate, Esher, Surrey, by officers called to reports of an assault.

Police say a former cast member of the 1980s television show "Family Ties" has been arrested for investigation of assault in Colorado.

Bonsall allegedly told officers he had been drinking and didn't remember what happened.
Bonsall played Michael J. Fox's little brother Andy Keaton on the sitcom.

The VSS Enterprise will reportedly take two pilots and six passengers to the edge of space, allowing those on board to experience weightlessness. The first flights are scheduled to begin in 2011.

30 Rock star Grizz Chapman has announced that he needs a kidney transplant.
The 35-year-old actor, who plays Tracy Morgan's sidekick Grizz on the NBC sitcom, confirmed that he was diagnosed with kidney disease two years ago and has been undergoing dialysis treatment three times a week. It is thought that severe hypertension caused his condition.
Chapman also revealed that he is required to lose around 75 pounds before he is deemed a viable candidate for the transplant.
Speaking to People, he promised: "Whatever I can do for the longevity of my life, I'm going to do."
He continued: "I'm afraid to get [the transplant] because of all the unknown things. You can put a kidney in your body - and somewhere down the line your body might reject it. I'm not saying I don't want to go through with it, but it's a little scary. It's a big decision."

Paul Gascoigne has reportedly been arrested for being drunk and disorderly.
According to PA, a police spokeswoman said that the ex-footballer was taken into custody in the early hours of this morning following a disturbance in Newcastle.
It is believed that Gascoigne was arrested in the Jesmond area of the city at 2.15am and later received a fixed penalty notice at a police station.
The police representative would not confirm how much the notice was for, but it is believed that fines for disorderly behaviour usually range between £50 and £80.

The Brokeback Mountain actor, who is believed to have split from Witherspoon earlier this month after two years together, had apparently been hoping that they would get married.
A friend of Gyllenhaal told Us Weekly magazine: "It broke his heart. She felt pressured to wed again but she wasn't ready. She couldn't give Jake enough and she got cold feet. Jake wanted all of her.
"She really worried that they didn't have enough in common. When she was giving all of her energy to Jake, she felt like she wasn't giving her kids enough. He was great with the kids, but she felt like he didn't get the whole scope of what that entailed."
Reese has 10-year-old daughter Ava and 6-year-old son Deacon with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.

Beyoncé's mother Tina Knowles has allegedly filed for divorce from the singer's father and manager Mathew after 29 years of marriage.
According to MTV, the costume designer filed paperwork last month in Texas seeking an end to the couple's relationship.
TMZ reported that her husband was hit with a paternity suit in October from Alexsandra Wright, who claimed to be six months pregnant with his child. It is not clear if the suit had anything to do with the divorce filing.
Both parents have played pivotal roles in their daughter's career. Mathew formed Destiny's Child predecessor Girl's Tyme and earned a producer credit on many of Beyoncé's albums, as well as her latest movie Obsessed.
Meanwhile, Tina helped design many of the popstar's costumes and is her partner in the House of Dereon fashion line.

Patrick Stewart will reportedly be made a knight in the New Year's Honours List.
The Star Trek legend will be honoured for his services to drama, in a film and television career which has spanned 50 years.
According to The Mirror, sources at Buckingham Palace claim that the Queen is an admirer of the 69-year-old star.
"He is a man at the very top of his trade who has mastered both popular TV and classic roles," a source said.
Stewart, who trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, is most widely known for his roles as Captain Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Professor Charles Xavier in the X-Men films.

Susan Sarandon has confirmed that she has ended her relationship with Tim Robbins.
According to People, the pair, who had been together for over two decades, split over the summer.
"Actress Susan Sarandon and her partner of 23 years, actor Tim Robbins, have announced that they separated over the summer," said Sarandon's rep Teal Cannaday in a statement. "No further comments will be made."
The couple met on the set of Bull Durham, and they have two sons together, Jack, 20, and Miles, 17. They were never married.
