Ali is her son after a hospital mix up and the babies were swapped and she was given Ryan. There was a storyline when it was discovered a few years ago.

too bad that Billy's time has not worked for the better in corrie---I enjoyed when he first entered ---as a Canadian viewer we are 5-7 episodes behind and am hoping that the writers will let us enjoy more lighter and comedic eps in the near future as I am tired of Phelan's many crimes??

Alex Neeson is Michelle's biological son, born 14 January 1992. In the hospital he got switched and Michelle raised the baby she thought was her's as Ryan Connor, father was somebody called Dean. Michelle would have been around 16 at the time. Both Alex and Ryan have been on Corrie before but not for very long. Ryan dated Katie Armstrong and got involved with drugs, he left to be a DJ in Ibiza. Alex stayed with Michelle and Steve for a while but things did not work out and he eventually returned to what he thought was his mother, who had raised him as her son after the baby switch

I agree, i miss those scenes. I think the show misses Todd with Billy. I wonder if they could re cast the role?

Agree lizann, thought the whole point of Adam swopping Billy's pills was to deprive him of painkillers. So he's become addicted to something he's never had.:wall
I wondered if Aidan was only half asleep and heard daddy johnny saying what a wonderful son and how proud he was of him, and then Aidan got all weepy.

The writers should have allowed Michelle to be involved in the Carla/Aidan storyline, with Carla being her best friend and Aidan being her cousin, but no, they put her into that stupid storyline about her long lost biological son, which should never have been revived in the first place. I was really hoping they had learned from their mistakes.

I love how they are writing Tracey right now. And the relationship between Steve and Tracey works.

The scenes with Roy and Carla were lovely.

Roy and Johnny had some nice scenes. I'm glad they're not falling out while Carla's in hospital and that Roy was able to reassure Johnny. I'm also glad Johnny apologised for making fun of him while he was taking his time planning his next move in Scrabble - it's completely normal to take your time, it wasn't just Roy being weird!
And Tracey's reaction when she thought Carla was dead...

I liked Billy are the helping caring vicar not as this "drug addicted killer" which is very confusing and with Todd gone he is lost

I cannot even look at Billy now. Shame they did this to his character. Making him into a jekle and hyde. How are they managing financially if he is not working. But they can afford the Bistro!

I think Adam originally swapped Billy's painkillers for low dose paracetamol to keep him in pain so that he would accept the stronger pills, which were probably opiates, that he gave him later and become addicted. Then when he refused to give him anymore, he left him addicted to strong painkillers.
