Scene 8- Chloe and Kat's Flat- Noon
(Chloe has returned to the flat after being discharged from hospital. She is looking at a picture of her and Greg together, she sobs into the picture, before opening the bathroom cabinet and grabbing a bottle of tablets. She starts pouring the tablets into her hand)
Chloe: This is the only way! This is the only bloody way that i can be with Greg!
(Chloe grabs all the tablets from the bottle in her hand and swallows them...)
Episode 25
Scene 1- The Woods House- Afternoon
(Max is coming down the stairs after having a shower. Tom and Joanna are busy kissing each other on the sofa when Max suddenly walks in on them)
Max: What the bloody hell is going on here!?
(Tom and Joanna stop kissing and turn to Max, they both have shocked looks on their faces)
Tom: Max!
Joanna: It's not what it looks like!
Max: It looked exactly what it looked like where i'm standing!
Tom: Come on Joanna...we might as well tell him the truth...he's caught us at it and he was gonna find out eventually!
Joanna: I don't know...
Max: Come on then...stop keeping me in suspense!
Tom: Me and Joanna...we're an item...
Max: And you never bothered to tell me?!
Joanna: Well..we just wanted to keep it a secret for a while that's all...
Max: Oh...i see...
Tom: Your happy for us though bruv...aren't you eh?!
Max: Yeah course i am...why wouldn't I be!?
Joanna: Just keep it to yourself Max...
Max: What!? Why!? It's hardly a big secret that has to be kept is it eh!? Tell the whole world...unless your both ashamed to be with each other...:rolleyes:
Tom: Max is right...
Joanna: Fine..ok then...let's get an aeroplane to fly over Hinston saying Tom loves Joanna! Attention seeking would be written all over us! :rolleyes:
(Joanna gets up)
Joanna: I'm off to the park...
Tom: Well i was thinking of going to the cafe..coming Joanna?
(Joanna has a terrified look on her face)
Joanna: No! No way...
(Joanna exits. Tom and Max look puzzled over Joanna's reaction)
Scene 2- Chloe and Kat's Flat- Afternoon
(Alicia and Nina have decided to pay a visit to Chloe to see if she is ok after being discharged from hospital. They have knocked the door, numerous times but Chloe has failed to answer)
Nina: Are you sure Chloe was being discharged today?
Alicia: Yes i'm sure of it...Tom and Max were accompanying her back from the hospital...i remember them telling me!
Nina: Do you think?..Do you think something's happened?!
Alicia: Well Tom and Max said that Chloe was really upset following Greg's death...
Nina: Well it is understandable! He was the love of her life!
Alicia: There's something definetly wrong...i'm not taking any chances!
(Alicia breaks the front door down)
Nina: Alicia! What the bloody hell do you think your doing!?
Alicia: Something might have happened Nina! Chloe's really upset, maybe even depressed...she's had a tough few months, what with the car crash, her being stabbed and the love of her life being killed! I'm not taking any bloody chances!
(Alicia and Nina enter Chloe's flat. They see Chloe led on the floor unconscious, with a bottle of empty tablets on the floor)
Nina: Bloody hell! What the hell has Chloe done!?
Alicia: Quick! Call an ambulance! Just bloody call an ambulance! Before it's too late!
(Alicia lies down beside Chloe, picking up the empty bottle and looking at what tablets Chloe has taken as Nina calls an ambulance)
Scene 3- The Johnsons House- Evening
(Jenna and Harry are eating tea. Jenna is talking about plans for their baby)
Jenna: Yeah so i was thinking...we have a spare bedroom...so why not use that as our baby's bedroom!? You can decorate it...maybe make a cot or buy one...
Harry: Yeah...sounds great...
Jenna: Oh Harry! You could be atleast a bit more enthusiastic...this is our baby we're talking about! Your going to be a father...you'll be able to take him out fishing...or if it's a girl, you can take her to the park...
Harry: Yes i know and i will!
(Harry is clearly ignoring what Jenna is saying. Jenna notices this)
Jenna: Fine! If your not gonna listen to me...why should I bother eh?!
Harry: Oh sorry Jenna...i just have a lot on my mind at the moment...that's all...
Jenna: Like what?! What is more important than our baby eh!? Nothing should be more important!
Harry: It's nothing!
Jenna: We're married Harry! We both promised when we tied the knot that we wouldn't keep any secrets or problems to ourselves so what's wrong?!
Harry: Oh i've had enough of this! I'm not hungry and i don't want our child ok?! I've got a headache...a really bad headache!...i'm going for a lie down..
(Harry gets up and leaves. Jenna throws her plate of tea on the floor, angry by Harry's behaviour)
Scene 4- The Woods House- Evening
(Amy is playing with baby Imelda, she is talking to Joanna at the same time)
Amy: I was thinking Joanna...
Joanna: Thinking of what? Go on...
Amy: Well i've settled here properly now and got to know my daughter again really well...
Joanna: And? What are you trying to tell me Amy!?
Amy: Well i want to be with Max, Joanna! That's the bottom line...i want me and Max to become a proper couple, so me, him and Imelda can become one big proper family! Do you think he feels the same way?!
Joanna: I don't know Amy...i suppose it's worth the risk...even if your both not together, it won't make a blind bit of difference...as long as you and Max get along and your friends, you can both be proper parents to Imelda!
Amy: But it's just not the family unit that i'm thinking about...i think i love him too Joanna! I think i love Max...
Joanna: Well tell him how you feel...it's worth a try...
Amy: Your right! I've got to get him to realise my feelings for him...i'm gonna try kissing him...see how he reacts...
Joanna: Do you think that's the best way to go about it?!
Amy: I am rubbish with words Joanna...i'm just gonna go for the kill!
(Amy gets up and smiles. She heads to the kitchen to make a cup of tea. Joanna is sitting down, unsure over Amy's plans)
Scene 5- The Cafe- Night
(Megan drags Felicity out of the cafe and into an alleyway. Felicity is terrified as she tries to escape from Megan's clutches)
Felicity: What do you want Megan!? What have i done?!
Megan: I'll tell you what you done shall I?! You nearly revealed to Tanya abour mine and Luke's affair! You stupid bitch!
(Megan repeatedly kicks Felicity until she falls to the floor in pain. Felicity struggles to speak)
Felicity: I'm sorry...i'm sorry! But...the main thing is i didn't tell her the truth!
Megan: So what!? I'm still gonna make you pay for what you nearly did! You nearly blew the whistle on my affair! I can't have anyone do that...in fact, i can't let anyone cross me!
(Megan scrams Felicity's face and punches her head to the floor, she carries on punching her in the face, numerous times and kicking her repeatedly. Megan eventually gives up on this and watches Felicity squirming on the floor in pain)
Megan: That's not all bitch...i warned you...i gave you a chance to realise what i was capable of without me carrying it out but now you've crossed the line!
(Megan grabs a lighter out of her pocket and sets Felicity's hair alight. Felicity screams as the fire that Megan has created burns her hair. Felicity gets up and runs back to the cafe, screaming and squirming in pain. Megan laughs before walking away)
Megan: That'll teach the bloody bitch! :D
Scene 6- The Woods House- Night
(Tom, Max, Amy and Joanna are all watching television. Amy has been trying to tell Max through her body language about the way she feels about him throughout the night but Max has failed to respond)
Amy: Well i guess i'll be going to bed then! :rolleyes:
Max: Oh no stay Amy! The action is about to kick in! Atleast have one more drink...
(Amy sits back down and snuggles next to Max)
Amy: Well you twisted my arm...
(Joanna is watching Amy as she is flirting with Max)
Joanna: (To Tom) I think we better call it a night now eh babe?!
Tom: But like Max said...it's about to get good...
(Joanna whispers to Tom)
Joanna: Don't you see what Amy is trying to do?! She wants to make her move on Max...that's the bottom line and i don't think she'll want us both here when she makes her move on him!
Tom: Ok then...let's call it a night...but we're missing a good film here...
(Joanna rolls her eyes at Tom)
Tom: Well as long as you make it up in the bedroom! :D
(Tom and Joanna leave the room)
Amy: Well i guess it's just me and you then Max...
Max: Don't speak! This is a major part of the film!
Amy: I guess i'll have to just act out what i'm trying to say...
(Amy puts her drink down and makes her move on Max. Max is horrified and pushes her back)
Max: What the hell do you think your doing!?
Amy: I...i thought this is what you wanted!
Max: This is far from what i want! I don't want you...i can't believe you tried to even kiss me! Your only here because Imelda is your daughter, nothing else! I'm not the slightest bit interested in you ok!?
(Amy gets up clearly angry that her move on Max has failed and she leaves the room. Max is left surprised that Amy just tried to make a move on him)
Scene 7- The Hospital- Night
(Alicia and Nina are in the hospital waiting room, awaiting news on Chloe's condition after she took an overdose)
Nina: I just can't believe Chlo was so stupid!
Alicia: We've all done stupid things Nina...and besides, we all know Chlo would be depressed...her love of her life is dead for christ sake!
Nina: I know...but that's still no excuse! How she could even think of taking her own life like that, i don't know!
(The doctor enters)
Doctor: We've got some good news regarding Chloe's condition...
Alicia: Go on...
Doctor: Chloe will make a full recovery following her overdose...
Alicia: Oh that's wonderful news!
Nina: Yes...brilliant news!
(The doctor leaves the waiting room. Alicia and Nina look at each other, smiling, clearly happy over the good news)
Scene 8- The Cafe- Morning
(Dave enters Felicity's bedroom. He has heard her crying most of the night. He enters her bedroom and sees Felicity snuggling under her bedcovers crying her eyes out)
Dave: Flic!
(Dave sits on Felicity's bed)
Dave: Flic! What's wrong!? I've been hearing you cry all night!
Felicity: Leave me alone Dave! Just leave! Leave me alone!
Dave: No! There's something wrong! You've been crying buckets!
(Dave takes off Felicity's bedcovers and sees Felicity lying in her bed, bruises all over her body and her hair badly burnt)
Dave: Jesus Christ!! What the hell's happened!?
(Felicity turns her face, tears are running down her eyes. Her face is covered in cuts and bruises)
Felicity: Please! Just please go! I don't wanna talk about it...
Dave: It looks like somebody's beaten you up Flic! Tell me what's happened! Tell me! I hate seeing you like this...
Felicity: Your right... I have been beaten up...
Dave: Right that's it!! I'm not standing for this! You can't stand for this!! Tell me who did it and i will kick the living daylights out of them! :angry:
Felicity: No! I can't...i can't tell you! I'll get beaten up even more...it'll make matters worse!
Dave: But no one beats up my sister and gets away with it! No one!! :angry:
(Dave's face is clearly full of anger. He clenches his fists, clearly frustrated)
Felicity: It...it was Megan!
Dave: Right...she's gonna be knocked for six once i've finished with her! :angry:
(Dave storms down the stairs, his face looking like thunder. Felicity lays in her bed, continuing to cry)
Episode 26
Scene 1- The Cafe- Morning
(Dave rushes down the stairs, his face looking like thunder. Pat is at the cafe counter, Dave approaches her. Pat turns to Dave)
Pat: Gosh! You look like you've got out the wrong side of the bed this morning...
Dave: Mum..you don't bloody understand how angry i am! :angry:
Pat: Why!? What's happened!?
Dave: Once i see the sight of Megan...i am gonna hit her to the ground! :angry:
Pat: Dave! Tell me what's wrong! Tell me what's happened!
Dave: Go upstairs and see Flic...then you'll bloody know what i'm talking about..
(Pat looks at Dave, clearly confused. Then Pat slowly heads upstairs)
