Well done hazey :cheer: Its a nice feeling being able to go into any shop in the high street and be able to find something to wear instead of just the odd one or two. Ive got a stone and 6 lbs to my 1st goal of 12 stone but i hope to settle at about 10 and a half *fingers crossed*
You will do it,you have come this far, I have every faith in you.I am finding it hard to stay at my weight I started to lose more after I got to my goal weight,but I dont mind as long as I dont put any back on, :cheer:
Well to reward myself for losing over 3 stone i went out today and got my belly button pierced :) Im really pleased with it, even tho i still want to lose another 2 stone the man in piercing place said it wont change the position of the piercing at all.
i lost 2 pounds this week and so did my hubby who is losing weight with me YAY!

9.5 don't sound to bad,but it is all about how you feel,I had to lose 4 stone and lost 4 stone 4lbs did it in 6 months,I am now 12 3 doctor said I should be 11,but a 5 ft 8 I think that is so slim for me. so its all about how you feel.Quote:
