It was all a bit dragged out tonight if you ask me
why did mickey and dawn lock themselves in the bedroom  silly move there! may should of been the one locked in the bedroom!
but still what a DRAMATIC episode :cheer:
Why could it not be Lucy in the house explosion?
Brilliant episode tonight. Amanda is a greast actress. Though a bit shocked that May knocked Mickey out and locked Jane up and tried to steal Summer I can't help feeling sorry for her. She is infertile, Rob is engaged to someone else and it looks as tjough she had a difficult time in the psychiatric hospital. On top of that she's lost her career which she loved.
Even Dawn felt a little sorry for her rival. Before she broke in she hadn't actually done anything wrong so there would have been no point going to the police. I am in two minds here. I am sorry for May and all she has been through and I can't help liking her still despite everything. At the same time I can see that she is capable of doing dangerous things and I sympathise with the Millers for their ordeal though I generally think Dawn's selfish and Keith's lazy. Though I think that May would make a better mum for Suimmer than Dawn stealing the baby is not the answer and was dead wrong. Actually after watching tonight I don't think she intended to kill any of the Millers when she lit that cigarette after turning the gas on.
When Mickey sent her away she probably thought the police would be called and in her desperationshe probably wanted to commit suicide because she didn't see the point in living now that she had lost Summer. I am ure she intended to say her goodbyes when she saw her last with Jase but her obsessionwith Summer was too strong for that. As with Steven I don't think she came out hated by the audience because she didn't actually kill or attempt to kill anyone (except perhaps herself).
I sdon't think what she did to Mickey was a murder attempt. I think she was intending to knock him unconsiousnot kill him. From her account it looks like she never went to prison but to psychiatric hospital instead. I'm glad of that. Prison would have been too horrible for someone like May though she did need some kind of punishment for doing wrong.
the scariest thing happened to me tonight- right at the point when Dawn opened the door and May wasn't there a bird flew right into my window and started fluttering away at the glass! i was well scared
and speaking of windows, when Dawn and Mickey were locked in the room why didn't they just shout for help out of the window?
where are the millers going to live now the masoods
Why couldnt clare and chelsea have had been going on a night out and decided to invite dawn for a change and just as they reached the door may lit the cigarette BOOM
Oh dear me ,,, May has gone and blown herself to Kingdom come ......I looked at my partner,, SHE SURVIVED right ?? he said dohhhhhh they will be picking her up with a tea spoon..she is offically a crispy critter,
How on earth could IAN force Lucy to stay with Christian ?? Loved the pilory scene with Olly locked in and being doused in water hee hee hee Lucy is well and truly a spoiled rotten little girl,, what was her point getting all dressed up and making up her face like a tart and dragging off a suitcase and a ruck sack,, :searchme: :searchme:.
Abi,,,,,, sorry i do not care for this lil madam,, and I honestly do not feel sorry for her, just cause her daddy isn't there.......
Why oh Why wasn't Keith in the kitchen eating every thing in sight when May lit that ciggie,,Keith could be giving her tips how ciggies are bad for your health then KABOOM,, bye bye Keith ..but nooooooooooooo...
We have a very interesting episode or two ?????
Folks have any of you had ENOUGH of Bianca and her lot ???I am tired of their theiving ways,,, Bianca is thinking of hocking that ring that Pat loved so much. How many CHANCES can Pat afford to give Bianca ???
what a fab episode.. the only thing that would have made it better was to have Clare, Chelsea and lucy in the house with May... I think it is bye bye May... Amanda Drew is fantastic actress, pity I could say the same about Kiara acting along side her.. even Summer was acting much better..
My god Lucy :angry::angry: she is a brat from hell.. do 14 year olds really act like that???? She is walking all over Ian. If I was him I would have just chucked her out and see what it was really like to be homeless (she has a cosy caravan and food last time curtesy of her equal crazy brother)... surely Ian should have her checked out too!!!!
my daughter is about to reach 13 i hate her watching lucy incase she gets any ideas:rolleyes:
Ding Dong the witch is dead!
ah, i see they were saving their window-jumping antics for tonight!
thought it was quite a good episode all round really, Shirely and Darren did really well. the only thing was, i really would have thought an exploding house would provoke a bit more of a reaction with people screaming and running about etc rather than just milling around staring!
Thought it was all a bit cheesy and predictable.
And, we must conclude that Jase is the only person in the whole of Albert Square who owns a ladder!
Agreed, cheesy and predictable, but more exciting than usual at any rate :D Good old Keith saving the day...who'd have thought :p
Nor me, bit too late for him to be making up for everything now. And I can't believe he managed to lose that lottery ticket and yet maintain a lock of Rosie's hair! Felt so sorry for Darren in that episode; he's been through enough with the Demi stuff and then he had Summer, Dawn and Mickey in the house while Keith charged in. I thought the episode was excellently ended though; with Mickey saying that he wished he'd done more I thought that Dawn had died, and yet while the body bag was carried out of the Millers' house, it was obvious that it was May that had died as Dawn had been taken to hospital.
hahaha.. me either.. think he could have done more.. after all it was his step kids in there.
but I enjoyed it... Mad May is gone.. she should have taken a few more with her..
Darren and Shirley were brilliant... excellent acting from them.. Glad Jase didn't go in, Jay needs him
I know it was exciting and all that and you have to have some dramatic license, but... the police were on the scene very quickly. There is no way they would have allowed Keith back in the house; they would have taken charge of the situation, not let Vinnie organise the rescue.
They obviously needed PC Beth Green in charge there!
Finally Keith did something good and brave :cheer:
I think it would have been better if one of the Millers had died also.
RIP Dr. Mad May
I'm glad Abi texted Max
Loved EE's last night. I was nearly blubbing wanting them to get out. I thought they acted greatly especially Darren. I thought it was exellent. People wonder why EE's win all the awards and this week just proves that they are the best soap.
I wonder how long it will be until we find out that someone has complained about it last night cos they droped Summer out of window or summat.
Abi is such a brat. Tanya had just told her about how Max and her needed some space but she wasnt bothered about that. Just bothered about herself. She only wants her dad back because he spoils her thats why shes a brat now. Max only thought he had one kid and that was her. He never paid any attention to the others.
On the other hand Lauren is a beautiful bonny girl.
By the way has anyone actually ever seen Oscar?!?!? Hes always in a pram or upstairs crying. Since he was born i dont think they have ever actually shown him.
when is eastenders on again im getting so mixed up?
I'm glad Max is back.
Whats up with Claire????????
Did Bianca give Pat back her ring??????
How awful was Abi's party? Is she 12 or 6? That dress looked ridiculous on her, I'm not surprised her friends were taking the mickey.
I thought it was quite cruel of them to take the mickey, they were guests at her party afterall. I know kids are quite cruel to each other but I would think that 12 year olds have the manners not to be so rude to their host when they are guests.
I quite liked the dress too and I am sure that if Abi would not have wanted to wear that dress, she would have refused. I don't believe that Tanya would have tried to force her to wear something she did not want to either. Not all 12 year olds wear short skirts and buttoned up blouses.
as if eleven people and a dog are living in the masoods house! surely the residents of albert square would have rallied around and offered each of the millers a room or something. you'd think Libby would have got Patrick to put Darren up at least!
and Abi is getting on my nerves big style - absolute little turd! she's been a right brat recently, and phoning Max was just the limit! She knows how much he hurt Tanya, yet she's trying to get him back into their lives, which is very selfish if you ask me!
Quite a normal reaction from kids when their parents have not split for long. She just wants it all to be like it was before and I can imagine that she thinks if she can forgive him, then maybe her mum should do too.
i can see any girl of that age doing it but her sulky face does get on my nerves!!
i thought the same about the millers, why didnt patrick and yolande put them up in their b & b surely a lot more room????
It's quite simple really. Masood and Zainab in one room. Shabnam in another. Tamwar in another. Keith in another. Dawn & Jase in another. Darren in another. Mickey in another and Jay in the other one. That's only eight bedrooms. Surely all houses in Albert Square have eight bedrooms...er... :searchme:
I agree with Bryan about Abi. im sick of the stupid cute act they constantly milk on her, it wore off ages ago and shes really quite annoying now. ive never known any 12 year old act the way she does.
