Yeah I took a couple about 4pm then again about 1/2 an hour ago the pain is easing a bit just my left calf is sore. It's my own fault no pain no gain they say when exercising.

Wow what a busy bunch you have been. Shiv well done almost there I'm sure the job will be yours. Katy keep at it I'm sure you'll secure a job soon. As for Sir Parkerman I'm not sure if your claim to the Royal family is validated but I will take your word for it. Any chance of a job as a lowly servant maid if you ever claim the throne :D

Guess were I was last night? In Glasgow seeing the wonderful, Sexy Matt Cardle. Oh what a night he was fab. After the show we went round the back of the concert hall to try and catch him coming out. There was about 100 of us waiting after about 15 mins he came out and came over to say hi (AAAAHHHHH) Marley got a kiss and a hug and he signed her tiicket and hand. I touched his face and and his hair. Oh Man was he stunning,
