I really like that Joanie helping Belle with her studies! :) Hopefully Belle will put the focus on school now and get a really posh job. Always liked Belle-good actress too.

Bob did need Brenda's signature for the loan, but would David know that? I seem to recall a marriage ceremony that wasn't legally binding. As she wouldn't have gained the stake in the cafe through marriage, Bob would have to have signed part of the cafe over to her or she would have to have bought in to gain it.

If it wasn't public knowledge, the don't tell Brenda conversation could work without David knowing that something was amiss.

Am I the only one fed up with Jai bullying Rachel and even Leyla into doing his dirty work to get custody of Archie? All "incidents" causing Sam and Rachel to fight are so contrite ... hope it is over soon :wall:

Nope, me too. Sick of Sam getting the blame for it too - if he hadn't have said yes to the proposal, Jai would have said that made their relationship unstable, so whatever he'd said there, he couldn't win. If Rachel loses Archie it's her own fault for having a one night stand, letting him know he was the father and turning violent when he pulls these tricks. You don't know who they'll turn out to be if you have a one night stand, and in soapland, had she kept quiet about it, he wouldn't have even suspected that he could be the father.

why did carly want the shop if she wont work it
