First of all he went to the police and said he bought Anthony's car for spares, drawing attention to himself, when he had no need to. As for the tooth, if the police had found it, would it not look a bit odd that it was sitting in plain sight instead of rolling into a corner if he had been driving about with in the boot.
Maybe the Jaguar spares were for somebody in Hotten or Leeds.... this murder storyline is as boring and tedious as Stephen Reid's serial killing in a small place called Weatherfield...why oh why go down this road? On a soap, secrets always come out, and in the worst possible way. Of course, it would be easier to tell Steph now, in a controlled way, but then where would the drama be?

A jaguar is a luxury car but was not old enough to be rare. Cain did not want any parts for any car, this was just a story to explain the noise Aaron made when working in the garage. If I understand this correctly, Aaron had already got rid of all trace of the car before Cain even knew about it or went to the police, which is why I do not understand why they did not ask to see them. The story has not been thought out well, by either the characters or the writers.Quote:
