The two days flew by to Danny’s leaving party and all three couples were carrying their secrets well, Dennis and Sharon’s engagement, Kerrie and Noah’s baby news and Jake’s kiss with Katelyn was causing tension in the Watts/Moon household
Jake- Chrissie have you finished in the bathroom yet the party starts in half an hour and I haven’t shaved
Chrissie- you shaved this morning sweetie anyway I’ve finished now
She opened the door and Jake caught his breath she wore a show stopping red dress
Jake- you look amazing
Chrissie- you think
She smiled to him but her eyes told a different story
Chrissie- you better go and shave we don’t want to miss all the fun do we
Jake shook his head and smiled, she was in such a good mood he wondered what could have brought it on
Chrissie pulled on her new red shoes and made her way down the stairs
