A depressing episode. I can't see how Phelan can get caught at this stage - everyone who gets suspicious ends up dead. Even if he's caught, will anyone ever find out that he was keeping Andy prisoner, for example? He seems very good at covering his tracks.
I think you are underestimating the Corrie Police, they are noted for their fastidious attention to detail in their investigations and their tenacity in getting to the bottom of any crime and always bringing the guilty to book.......Oh, hang on a minute, you're right, Phelan will never be caught.Quote:

Why do they always show the press in this terrible way. Truth is a young man being murdered in the Greater Manchester area would sadly not draw this much attention. The Weatherfield Gazette would show an interest, it may get a small mention in the Nationals, but they would get their information from local news agencies, they would not send their own reporters or photographers. There just would not be this much interest for the scrum outside Yasmeen' s house, nor would they chase some random couple, Chesney and Sinead, who happened to be walking down the street the way they did.
There is always at least on photographer holding his camera above his head even when there is an unrestricted view of the subject if the camera was held to the eye the way it is designed to be used. I cannot recall ever doing this, hold your camera above your head and you get a picture of the top of someone else's head, if you are lucky.

Surely if the police check CCTV they see that Phelan and Luke were both at Legacy Reach at the same time.
I am not a forensic expert but when Phelan shot Luke wearing gloves would he not have smudged or wiped Seb's prints off the gun?

On channel 4 on demand they have a couple of Brookside episodes to watch. One is the very first episode.
I know Soap weddings have to be dramatic, will they, won't they etc, but Cheney's excuse was a bit wet. How will he manage with Joseph now, it was Sinead that mostly looked after him, will he have to give up work, it is not that long ago he took on a second job. - Would be nice to see one wedding that went ahead without a hitch.
Is anyone else being put off this show because of the terrible Phelan story line. He has killed approx 4 people not to mention his other crimes, one Jason knows about but is seemingly happy he is with his Mum and up to last week Phelan had not even being interviewed by the police. He is being made out to be some sort of criminal mastermind, always a step ahead of everyone else. Luke is dead and Phelan has already got some guy(the barman) to lie about the whereabouts of Andy and Luke told the barman he was going to talk to Phelan about this, why is this guy not talking to the police. The whole Phelan story is becoming silly, the writers are talking the Michael, I know it's a soap but it should mirror reality to some extant.

People with O.C.D. can suffer from all sorts of compulsions, so for some it could well be the need to keep checking the time. That wouldn't apply to all sufferers, but it obviously does to Craig.Quote:
