Very true. And people say he isn't different towards Ross.
Kinda funny that Emma begged him about Moses then as soon as he asks for help they refuse. I get Emma was working but James made it like he didn't want to do it ever

I still think it was Adams socks that spawned the sprog and a bottle of larger Nessas.
Sounds like Ross has some quiet few weeks coming up. I'm sure he'll feature a lot when Charity returns though.
Yea looks like it
In some pictures of Aaron I have seen. Is he in Debbie's?
Actually just seen this
Finally, Cain refuses to rent out Mulberry to Ashley and Laurel, but Moira makes him see sense and he agrees
Looks like Ross will move back home then. Maybe Pete won't be there for long
Aren't Rakesh and Priya building some flats? Maybe Ross and Moses could go and live in one of those.
As much as I want Ross to remain close to his family I do want him to stand on his own feet looking after his son.

With a character like Ross it will take time. I'm sure it will happen though. MP said in one in one the recent interviews posted that we will be pleasently surprised. I think they made a whole point last night episode of Pete asking where Moses is to point out where Ross is at the moment in fatherhood.

On the 25th Jan there is a brief spoiler saying Ross gets in touch with Debbie. That's all it says
Emmerdale*star Michael Parr has said he ‘still feels like a spotty 15 year old’ inside, despite being crowned Britain’s sexiest soap actor last year.
The*St Helens*actor, who plays bad boy*Ross Barton in the soap, has now been shortlisted for best serial drama performance at the National Television Awards.
The 29-year-old also said he would like to move to the USA, making the most of his widely unknown dual British-American citizenship.
He said: “It kind of feels like a graduation. Last year it was best newcomer, and now it’s best serial drama performance. It feels like I’m playing with the big boys - it’s the big time when you’re up against Danny Dyer.”
“I suspect it’s because of the*Emmerdale*plot line where*everyone thought I’d been killed off, before re-appearing two weeks later. That was really difficult, lying even to my family about it and that felt sly - but it did seem to pay off.
“It made people realise what a successful character it had been given*the petition to get Ross back. The team write really well, and they’ve written a good three-dimensional character. He’s got charm, charisma and a lovely side, but he’s a nasty bugger too.
“It could just come down to timing too - the awards were coming up when he had just had that big storyline.”
But he is a little less proud of being crownedSexiest Male at the Inside Soap Awards in October.
He said: “It was actually quite embarrassing. I don’t consider myself sexy. In my head I’m still the skinny, spotty 15-year-old I was in school.
“It was nice to win best newcomer at those awards too, as with awards like Sexiest Male you can feel a bit overlooked on your acting.”
Asked if he saw himself in*Emmerdale*at 40, he spoke about his desire to move to the USA: “I’d like to come back to Emmerdale before I’m 40, but I’ve got dual British and American citizenship which I’d like to explore if I can.
“I love New York, and I had lots of fun in Los Angeles recently. I’d like to live out there at some point.”
St Helens actor Michael Parr as Ross Barton, seen waking up in a shock Emmerdale episode (August 25) weeks after being "killed" by brother Pete.
You can vote for Michael Parr on the*National TV Awards website.
The awards will be screened on ITV1 at 7.30pm on Wednesday, January 20th.

Well, the last bit of sympathy I had for Pete has gone now. Ross has done some bad things but Pete is hardly an angel in all of this and he is progressively getting worse. I dread to think where Pete will be in a years time.
I am enjoying Ross and Kirin's friendship lately, I hope Emmerdale keep on going with it. Both characters don't really have any male friends in the show and it shows Ross' nicer side.
I really want Charity to have played "cuckoo in the nest" with Ross, so Ross has been hopelessly left with "holding her baby" for now. Maybe Cain is really the secret dad? haha!
Er, Ross Barton is a complete misfit in Emmerdale right now, I reckon. I really don't think he can integrate in Emmerdale at any time soon. I really don't see any of the current females in Emmerdale wanting to date him. Given any chance, Ross will leave Moses with anyone willing to accept him, so it seems to me for now. Poor Moses. Maybe we will find out in a while that Cain has secretly fathered Moses?
I want Moses to be Declans. :)
I would love to have Declan back( and the same actor!!!). Now there's one gorgeous man-Ross is nothing compared to Declan..!
I don't understand how Moses could be Ross's anyway, as it was ages since Charity and Ross had their 'moment'. Declan would make more sense as he could have raped Charity when he held her captive in that house..( Plus that baby is blondie..doesn't look anything like Ross..)

Telly Watcher, I get you dont like Ross that is fair enough but atleast use valid reasons. You say Ross is a misfit with no friends yet your favourite character Robert(Im assuming) has no friends, is walking around knowing he is a murderer showing very little remorse and is also hated by half the village. If Ross is a misfit then so is Robert. I like both Ross and Robert by the way.
hence the reason for my post that Debbie leaving will allow Ross to intergrate a bit more so people don't see him as that "misfit". Either way as alcapo11 said he's got a lot of family and a job in the village.
I'm just saying that this is another perfect way for Ross to get what writers call "character development", just like he is at the moment as a dad with Moses.
Telly Watcher is not at all consitent with his/her views. As you pointed out he/she hates Ross and yet likes Robert. He/She delusionally accuses Michael Parr of being responsible for the attacks in France because his character promotes violence and yet says nothing about Ryan Hawley holding a gun in new years eve episode.
He then talks about how Ross is a misfit with not a lot of people to talk to and no connection. Yet, nothing gets said about Robert who only currently has Victoria and Diane.

Everything bad Ross has done has all been driven by his hate for Pete and wanting to get revenge on the brother that left him for dead. Everything bad Robert has done has purely been about trying to keep his affair secret and to get as much money off the Whites as possible. Yes he may not of meant to kill Katie but he pushed her around threatened her and would quite clearly of done everything to hide the fact that he is gay. I like both Ross and Robert but to say one is a social misfit and the other isn't just ddoesn't make sense.
