Well my week off my diet to boost my metabolism worked... i lost 8 lbs this week so i now weigh in at 13 st 13 :) ive now lost 2 stone and 13 lbs in total and ive got just under 2 stone to go for my 1st target of 12 stone :)

if I remember my Goal, I wanted to be down to 9st after having baby, I have only 7lb left to go.. was 10lb 7lb after having Ben so a stone in 3 months is not to bad...
