What started out as a good story about domestic abuse is descending into farce, as tends to be the usual path in Soaps. They really should not have listened to Lydia, especially as Amelia and Amy know that Tom was going to see Belle. Could anyone act more suspicious than Sam and Vinny.

The police would have to be pretty stupid not to know the Dingle's are hiding something. This talk about Tom being attacked or assaulted is not the way the police would talk. Just because Tom is injured does not mean he was attacked or assaulted. I really must stop watching true crime documentaries or the Dingles, particularly Lydia, should start watching them. She has made a bad situation alot worse.

Like others have said, this storyline had real prospects but its drama for dramas sake now 🙄

I still wonder though whether he had some level of roofie in him. I haven't watched the show long enough - is Will a cheater? He sure seemed to care about saving Kim's life.
