Going to get help from a work coach at my local jobcentre next week to find out about going on Work Choice . After a lot of hesitating I decided it was the only answer to the never ending job rejects I seem to have accumulated over the last year. Making an appointment was somewhat hard as they have never ending automated messages etc. Finally I got through to a human voice!! We can fit you in at 11.00am next Thursday. I gladly accepted their invitation so roll on next Thursday!!!
Have had some extraordinary e mail replies to some of the jobs I applied for recently, one message read 'the candidates we have chosen meet the criteria of what the company is looking for' another informed me that ' they need to have transferrable skills' when a family member read it their reply was 'so that means you have to be a chef one minute and a cleaner the next? I gave no response.

Having worked in the HR environment for many years I am shocked at the way some decisions are being made .. I remember applying for a full time job (part-time would not have been enough hours) I was stunned when the interviewee told me at the end of the interview I might be selected for job share and part time employment ... would not have been allowed within my previous employment :nono:Quote:

Trumpy is the least presidential president ever, his ego cant stand that he had less people at his unaugeration than Narmy so is trying to tell us he did when he clearly didnt, apparently god held off the rain for him. Oh and he he didnt have spat with the intelligence agencies he tells us even thou in a tweet last week he compared them to the Nazis... ho hum.
May wont say if she knew about the trident failure before the vote for new trident.. Im wondering wether she will be able to stand up to the sexist Trump when she meets him this week, I doubt it.
