What on earth is going on, with this latest round of soapy nonsense. With the amount of crime that has happened on the street, you would think characters would understand the role a solicitor plays in the court procedure by now. Not only is Sean still ignorant of this but he is banning Alya from a pub he does not own.
Is Rob in the same prison as Harvey, because it looks like all the officers are corrupt. Is Rob planning to escape if he is taken to hospital to give Carla a kidney? Though I am not sure if he has been tested and found to be a match yet. Did he plan this with Matty? How did he manage to get together with him, when he has only just arrived at the prison, I do not think they knew each other before Matty was brought in. Surely Matty would have been taken straight to isolation, not to a cell to chat to Rob. Preparing to suspend reality AGAIN.

Coronation Street has confirmed that returning character Rob Donovan hasn't changed his villainous ways.
The schemer's hidden agenda was revealed to viewers in Monday's episode as his son Bobby Crawford paid him another visit in prison.
Rob has returned to our screens as Bobby wants him to consider donating a kidney to Carla Connor, who needs a life-saving transplant.
Despite initially scoffing at the idea, Rob changed his mind in the latest episode. He claimed that he wanted to help his sister and make amends for the past after finding religion during his time behind bars.
Bobby wasn't sure what to believe, but their conversation was interrupted when new inmate Matty Radcliffe caused a scene in the jail's visiting room.
Matty grabbed a female prison guard and threatened her with a knife. As the tense stand-off escalated, he then used Bobby as a hostage and threatened him too.
The situation looked bleak for Bobby until Rob stepped in to talk Matty down. Rob then found the right moment to overpower Matty, helping the prison guards to restore order and seemingly saving Bobby's life.
Bobby later returned to Carla with talk of Rob being a changed man, but not everything was as it seemed.
During a moment alone at the prison, it was revealed that Rob had slyly set up the entire situation to look good in front of Bobby. Although reluctant, Matty had agreed to the plan after being bribed by Rob.
Rob clearly sees the benefit of getting into Bobby's good books and worming his way back in with Carla, but what is his endgame?
Marc Baylis, who plays Rob, recently revealed: "He's not had the easiest of times in prison, as I don't think anyone would do for that amount of time, particularly someone who did what he did to a young woman.
"It's not something that he's had an easy journey with, and it's something that he has huge regrets over with the way that everything played out.
"We do get to see some of that on screen, as well as Rob's genuine feelings. But with Rob, there are always motives to make his life better than what it is, and that may well get him into trouble yet again."
Coronation Street's producer Kate Brooks also recently said: "We last left Rob languishing in prison. He made mistakes. He comes back to the show and we think he might be a reformed character who has seen the error of his ways, but whether that's the case or not, I don't know!
"That causes a lot of trouble for Carla and Lisa. Just when Carla and Lisa think it's safe to sit down and watch Netflix, Rob Donovan comes along and scuppers all of that."
the female officer was well protecting rob, are they a couple
I know what you are all thinking, but I, for one, found it totally credible, believable and highly plausible that the very sick Carla could just waltz out of hospital, get to the prison and visit Rob with her visiting order which she had arranged from her hospital bed that same day.
what was the point of bringing bethany back, her stoma, and sepsis storyline was rushed, done poorly, zero chemistry with daniel
I agree pointless.
The stoma storyline was good just to highlight that people need to be aware that cosmetic surgery can have bad results, especially when carried out abroad where different rules and regulations may apply. I guess Lucy's pregnancy might have meant they had to rush it
Lauren's trial is so fascinating for me. I couldn't love Dee Dee more than today. Leanne is so mean girl.
I think Roy lied or embezzled the truth on the stand about Lauren
Go on DD Bailey
I was amazed that Daniel and Daisy managed to get their DNA appointment through a last minute cancellation. I don't think anyone has ever managed to get a quick appointment through a cancellation in Corrie before. How do the scriptwriters come up with these novel ideas?
was lauren abused by her father?
nina looked bored in court
i prefer more on Kevin's storyline that abi with psychosis
Wondering how close the hospital Is to the court. De Dee looked at her phone and said the jury had reached a verdict and Lauren managed to get there before it was read out. Must be very close, or did they wait for her to get back. Did the judge allow her leave court and go to the hospital while the jury was deliberating. Very realistic.
how is joels dad not in trouble for brie? he still wants custody of frankie
sarah irritating, bethany was right to give her stick as she also a cheater
why is ryan not living with carla or back in the pub?
Still at least the lunchtime quiz was a big success in bringing in the punters. I counted a whole two extras, although they didn't actually take part in the quiz.
leanne getting handsy with debbie's ronnie
ITV choose the Judge and the jury. They got the result they wanted.
Ms Bailey showed her ignorance of the law. She twice said that the jury could find her innocent. Top lawyer my arris
Has Soapboards changed the way it allows us to post. When I try to post now it opens a "Post Quick Reply" window, which is smaller than it was before. If I type my post and try to submit, it tells me I do not have permission to do so. I then have "Go Advanced" where the layout is different than it was. This is on top of my problems with having to log in evertime I post, submit, or change page.
