I thought Masood was going to take Tamwar to raid his college fund...
i like the fact that Jean is annoying in a way, it really shows that she has mental problems but is also a real person underneath it with her own personality, rather than being some sort of charicature or token effort by the BBC.
I thought it was an all around good episode..friday.
I really like Massood.. hes really cool calm and collected ..He really loves his wife...I have a feeling alot of secrets about this woman is going to come out ..
Hmmmmmm Chelsa's little brother is a doll,, now if she will stop acting like shes fake crying all the time and GROW UP and see the world does not revolve around her.
I agree with every one about Jean, but the lady who plays her character should be given tons of awards, shes great.. even if it is a bit ott at times.. sean is a real screw loose,, I wonder how many times Charlie and Mo have had to replace that kitchen table .........:searchme:
Anyway bring on next week :D
For numerous reasons I need to watch the omnibus edition and I am getting worried about an overload of a scowling Sean who seems to just walk into houses without the people inside noticing until he is in the room with them, or him being violent and rude. What are they going to do with this character until the end of the year, surely it can't go on for another 6 months? :banned:
Watching the Omnibus edition today I was wondering if Masood had flown back to England using Terminal 5 at Heathrow as he didn't seem to have any luggage...:hmm:
Thank you. I do my best! :)
Ronnie is really starting to get on my nerves! Roxy is an adult and that baby is Roxy and Sean's (or Jack's!) not hers! She is so controlling
I almost liked Sean tonight...he was sweet on that cherry picker thing :p
Patrick was spot on when he told Chelsea she only thought of herself. BBC axe her now! :p
I must say I liked Sean tonight. Tanya's right. She can't save him so he has to find someone else to save him and that someone else could be Roxy and a baby. He seemed much gentler tonight. As Roxy said he did not bother her during the weekend. He was nice in giving her flowers. Even Peggy was polite to him. It was quite sweet - him talking through her window on that cherry picker or crane or whatever it was - he took a terrible risk though. He could have fallen down. Everyone applauded as he came down. I think he was honest when teling her about what happened with his friend in Iraq. I know Sean's screwed up but he's not a bad chap. That was mean of Roxy - leading him on and then making plans to flee. Ronnie's weven worse. Peggy was the only one who was sensible. She was polite to Sean and pointed out that Roxy can't pretend Sean does not exist when he lives accross the square.
Awwww I really liked Sean tonight, I just wanted him to be happy and for a moment I thought Roxy would too, shame :(
Why was everyone clapping Sean? thought they all hated him?
His family wouldn't hate him. He has done and said some terrible things yes but there have been times when he has been nice - rare as they are. It was wrong to "steal" the cherry picker but I suppose everyone was surprised and moved by that scene with Roxy at the window and impressed when he came down.
I thought it was funny when he was moving in it to get to the Vic, it reminded me of Captain Jack in the Black Pearl
I'll give him a chance :D
Have to say poor Bradely :p
He may be a bully but I am on his side because I can't stand Ronnie. So Go Sean!
I think Roxy was genuine in what she was saying and agreeing to with Sean until he mentioned that maybe eventually the two of them could get together and then they'd be a proper family. There was a definate change in her face when he said that. I think that she was happy for him to have access but no more than that.
Ronnie is fast becoming one of my worst characters. The way she tries to control Roxy isn't normal however close they are supposed to be.
I missed the first five minutes so I watched it on the bbciplayer. Jay is such an annoying character! Who does he think he is?
I was shocked when Jay spoilt it for Daz and Libby, and doesn't Libby look lovely with her hair worn open? Mind you, why do people in films and soaps always make clandestine arrangements with their backs to where other people are and never check that they don't get overheard?
And Chelsea is just a pain in the backside, totally overacting to having another half brother. Hate her most at the moment.
i wish chelsea would grow up she acts like a spoilt little child
I totally agree. Selfish and spoilt. Lucas is a far better dad than Owen. Ok he walked out on Denise but he was a 17 year old who couldn't cope. How could he contact her when he was high on drugs? Why blame hhim for having a son? He has a responsibility towards Jordan. It was disgusting that she objected to Patrick mentioning Paul. Of course he regrets pushing Paul away because Paul died afterwards and though not blood related he loved Paul as his own. It was great of Patrick to forgive Chelsea for bearing false witness. I would find it harder to.
Dot... I know she has very strong views on well certain things but I can't agree that it is wrong for someone to be in a relationship with their brother in law or sister in law if they happen to be seperated from their partner. Falling for a brother/sister in law is natural and sometimes it works out, sometimes not. She is right about not taking advantage if Tanya's in a vurnerable state but honestly - yes Jack has feelings for her but he is holding back because of Max and because he is a decent man. It was only a friendly hug. I liked Sean today but it wasn't as sweet as yesterday when he was on that cherry picker. I think Roxy is being mean though. It is wrong to give Sean false hope and then leave. He has rights as the father (if he is, it might be Jack's but even so.)
I'm kind of annoyed at Roxy. Sean is making an effort to change, and give her space and she's just plotting to leave. Handy those travel documents were layed out on the table like that tucked in the passports for Stacey to see
That's really bad of Roxy I agree. It must be really hard for Sean to try and change but he is doing his best. She should appreciate that. Sean needs someone to save him as Tanya said and Roxy is the ideal person - her and a baby. Sean always wanted a family life and he needs it.
chelsea is really getting on my nerves  ..... i thought patrick was going to try it on with her
i wish roxy and ronnie would hurry up and move to spain and take sean with them:cheer:
Patrick wouldn't try it on with her. He is a decent chap.
No I really don't think Patrick would do that. Eastenders wouldn't take it that far. We would've heard a mention in the spoilers of a storyline like that too.
Don't think there was any need for Dot's input, hasn't really got anything to do with her.
