INT. JENKINS MANOR - DAY

Richard: No...no way. I can't just sell Tanya's home without her permission..

Hilary: Why the hell not? It's not hers technically, you paid for it, so it's yours...

Richard: Even so it doesn't seem right...

Hilary: For godsake this is your livelyhood that's at stake Richard, if you need the money then surely you have to sell it... at the end of the day I'm sure Tanya would be moaning if her inheritance was reduced to a pile of debts...and that will be the case if you dont get in on this deal with Jared...

Richard: But I can't just sell it to anyone, that cottage has sentimental value to this family...

Hilary:When it comes to buisness Richard you can't be fussing about sentimentality...

Michelle: I will buy it off you...

Hilary turns around. Michelle enters the office having overheard the conversation.

Richard: Sorry?

Michelle: The cottage...I'll buy it...

Hilary: No... you don't have to honestly...Im sure we will find a buyer from somewhere

Michelle: I was always intending to buy my own place when I moved down here...plus this way it stays in the family and you will be able to go ahead with this deal thats in the pipeline...

Hilary: Well that sounds fabulous, doesn't it Richard?...

Richard: I'm still not sure...

Hilary: Look if Tanya has any issues she can have them with me okay?

Richard takes a deep breath giving in to the suggestion.

Richard: Ok then, but on your head be it...

Hilary has a delighted look on her face.

Richard is going to be sooooo sorry hes done that!!!! Does he not think that Tanya is going to come back one day?! Where's she going to come back to now?

INT. TORBAY COMMUNITY COLLEGE - DAY

Emma: (Confused) Well come on then...what is it?

Hayley takes a deep breath and turns her head away from Emma, unable to stare her in the face with the guilt.

Hayley: I'm pregnant...

Emma: Pregnant! Blooming hell Hayley you kept that one quiet!...

Hayley: Not something I want to broadcast to the world you know...

Emma: Do you want the baby?

Hayley: Well my future plans didnt involved dirty nappies and mother care, no...

Emma: Awww babes, I'm sorry to hear about it...

Hayley: (Iritated) It's a baby not a brain tumour...

Emma is silent for a few moments

Emma: (Confused) Then why did you tell me about the pregnancy?

Hayley: It's not the fact that I'm pregnant that's important, it's more about the circumstances...

Emma: What do you mean...like the father?

Hayley: Yeah...

Emma: Well who is he?

Hayley: (Takes Deep Breath) It's Andonis...

EXT. TORBAY HEALTH CENTRE - DAY

Val walks towards the gps, a nervous look on her face, she looks over her shoulder to see if anyone she knows is around.

She opens the door to the gps but then freezes on the spot. She looks around and sees the bus pulling up at the bus stop.

She runs off towards the bus, purposefully missing her appointment at the doctors.

EXT. TORBAY COMMUNITY COLLEGE - DAY

Emma: You what!?

[B]Hayley:[B]Andonis...he's the father

Emma: But Andonis was mine!

Hayley: It happened after you and him had split babe...it was a foolish one night stand...it didn't mean anything...

Emma: But you knew I was thinking of getting back with him!

Hayley: You had no intentions of getting back with him! You can't claim half of Baymoore and keep them single just incase you want to get with them when Tom rejects you!

Emma: You evil bitch!

Emma slaps Hayley around the face, Hayley returns her a slap. The pair begin a bitch fight. Andonis sees this from a distance and runs towards them splitting up the fight.

Andonis: Oi! The pair of you pack it in! What the hell is going on here then!?...

INT: BAYMOORE TOWN CENTRE- Day

Val gets off the bus, and bumps into Amy. She is shocked to see her, and slightly worried...

Amy: Val, hun! How did it go?

Val: It was... ok. Dont worry about it, its nothing

Amy: Are you sure? Did they tell you what it its?

Val: Its just one of those things you get when you get on a bit like me!

She forces a laugh...

Amy: So what did they do, do a scan or something?

Val: Yeah, thats what they do...

Amy: Dont you have to go back a few days later to get the results to those tihngs?!

Val is silent..

Amy: You didn't go, did you?

Val shakes her head

INT: HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE

Richard and Hilary finish showing Michelle around the cottage, and he hands over the keys...

Richard: So if you still want it, then its yours!

Michelle: Thanks, i'll take it :D :p

Hilary: Do you need a hand in moving your stuff?

Michelle: Nah, i'm fine thanks, Mums gonna help me

She pauses

Michelle: Kate.

Hilarys heart sinks, Michelle sees this...

Michelle: But you can help if you want, as well.

Hilary looks more happy. Richard smiles...

Richard: Right ladies, knock yourselves out! I'm gonna go buy some land!

He walks off, and mutters...

Richard: Dealing with the devil...

INT: BAYMOORE CAFE- Day

Val and Amy are sitting inside a cafe, looking at the rain on the windows...

Amy: I dont talk about her much. But my Mum. She had cancer... she had everything to live for- a family, great friends, a job... But she died in her prime. I've had to live most of my life never knowing what she thinks of me, and how i've turned out. And my poor old Dad, left on his own... It tears my heart out whenever i think of it.

Amy sips her tea

Amy: You've got 2 beautfull girls, and a fantastic husband to live for, Val. Dont let it get snatched away from you, like it was from my Mum. Just go get it checked out, and then you'll know one way or the other.

Val: I can't do it, i just... can't...

Amy: You need to move on with your life, hun...

She puts her hand on Vals, and leans in more..

Amy: Do you want me to come with you? Moral Support...?

Val nods, slowly

INT: TORBAY COMMUNITY COLLEGE- Day

Hayley: She knows, Andonis. I've told her.

Andonis: What?! I thought we were gonna keep this to outselves?!

Emma: I had a right to know as well, you know!

Andonis faces Hayley, face on..

Andonis: You've just ruined any chance me and Emma had at getting back together, dont you realise how that makes me feel?!

Emma: Theres no way we were ever going to get back together! I like Tom now...

Andonis: So what was i then?!

Emma: Well what do you think? Something to pass the time, or something like that!

Andonis faces Hayley again...

Andonis: This is just another mistake... i'm not have anything to do with this baby. Or you, come to think of it! So you might as well just get rid

He storms out
