Bit late to eat breakfast ha ha ,never mind. dinner is easy if you are staying in, stay low on the carbs,plenty of veg and small amounts of meat/fish.When I am working in the evening I have a higher carb meal to keep me going, but if I am just sitting around I have smaller amounts.Visualise your plate and fill the plate a quarter of meat, a quarter of carbs and half veg or salad
Trouble is I dont really like meat or fish very much!!

Weighed today lost another 2lbs, this is the most weight ive ever managed to lose :) Nearly lost 3 stone now.

Thx your all so supportive. can i just ask why men are so selfish tho? I went to aerobics tonight, thought id cook dinner when i got back but prepared it all ready. Came home and boyfriend had cooked the food, i thought ah thats sweet its in the microwave for me.... he'd eaten it all himself and he cant even see what he did wrong. He says cos id peeled potatoes for chips he thought it wasnt for me because im on a diet, like i dont deserve a traet which id really been looking forward to :mad:
