When I said 1 was Doug you said it couldn't be him! :wall:

Poor Doug, will all the Wills return for his funeral, like Gaby and Pam
He doesn't though. He has a conversation about it and wants his blessing from his parents to go but Terese is busy as there is a maintenance problem at the hotel. Daniel starts and argument with Josh then the boiler explodes. Josh and Daniel are trapped under a concrete pillar and if it is removed Josh will haemorrhage and die. Josh sacrifices himself to save Daniel and Josh dies.
You learn to ignore some peoples "fact" based spoilers :p
I mean, from memory, the most recent facts are, Kate is returning, Kyle definitely dies in Georgia's arms (I remember being called out for suggesting maybe Kyle doesn't die), Josh definitely goes to live with Amber, Tyler and Paige definitely get together, Mark can never really move on...amongst many others :p
The real facts are, we never really know what's going to happen until we watch it or someone in the production team spills the beans.
It's fun to speculate, don't get me wrong! But when certain people present wishful thinking as facts and are then rude to people who dare to question or call them out on it does my head in and really puts me off coming on here!
It's a soap, we like to have fun with speculation. Why some feel the need to belittle people for spelling mistakes, or questioning some of the spoilers is beyond me!
Thank you! :) I will definitely still be coming on, Neighbours is the only soap I watch and my guilty pleasure :p
I could put up with said member when they were being rude towards people speculating, but when they felt the need to pull up people for spelling mistakes that really ticked me off, there's no need for it.
Sorry to hear Gilly's latest alter ego is putting you off coming here, LauBuch, but I'm glad you won't stop altogether. I always enjoy reading your posts. :)
She'll be gone again soon enough. She can't stop herself from breaking forum rules over and over. :wall:
Monday
An explosion rocks Lassiters after Georgia returns.
Is Georgia heading back to tragedy?
Kyle arrives at the hotel to find Georgia waiting. She explains that she's heading off to a nursing job in Europe but couldn't leave without trying to fix the biggest mistake of her life - leaving Kyle. She even has a ticket for him to fly to Europe with her. Kyle is stunned and shaken by her plea but they soon share a kiss.
Not long afterwards, Amy catches Georgia and Kyle together. Amy is shattered by Kyle's betrayal and escapes but Kyle forces his way into the lift just as it's closing. Amy doesn't want to talk to him but they are both stuck when the lift cuts out between floors. They're still assessing their situation when the hotel boiler room explodes, causing carnage all round.
Meanwhile, Josh is disappointed when Brad isn't immediately supportive of his decision to move to Queensland to be with Matilda. He goes to Lassiters to tell Terese but ends up crossing swords with Daniel.
As the two guys clash, the explosion occurs. Daniel and Josh are trapped beneath a concrete column - but are they dead?
Monday - hour long 10pm special - UK only
The first victim of the explosion is revealed.
Who's about to be killed off?
In this hour-long 10pm special, Erinsborough's renowned leisure complex Lassiters is a hive of activity.
Unaware that someone is up to no good in the hotel's boiler room, the residents go about their daily business with secret reunions, surprise encounters and the arrival of two mystery men.
As the boiler room explodes, Lassiters suddenly becomes the hotel from hell, as residents and guests are buried and trapped beneath the rubble.
As not everyone will make it through the week, this episode will see the first of the victims revealed and Ramsay Street will never be the same again.
Tuesday
Susan is shellshocked to find Karl with Sarah.
Is the pair's marriage about to come under threat?
The aftermath of the Lassiters explosion continues.
Karl knocks on a hotel room door and the occupant is revealed to be Sarah Beaumont. Karl is eager to get Sarah out of the hotel but she sprained her ankle during the explosion. True to form, Karl soon finds himself lying to Susan about what he's up to.
Once out of the hotel, a struggling Sarah tries to get to triage but she's in a lot of pain. Karl takes it upon himself to swoop Sarah into his arms and carry her there. On the way, though, he comes face-to-face with a shocked Susan. Is trouble brewing?
Meanwhile, Erinsborough mourns the loss of a loved one.
Wednesday
Brad is stunned when he sees his son Ned in Erinsborough.
Why has he decided to join his family?
The hotel danger is far from over, with Doug still inside the building. A young man trying to evacuate him is revealed to be none other than Brad's estranged son Ned, who is visiting at Doug's request in the hope of achieving a family reconciliation.
Brad struggles to deal with his father's apparent "delusions" of waiting for Ned. However, just when Brad is about to lose patience and order Doug to go to hospital, Doug spots Ned and joins him. Brad follows in disbelief - extremely surprised to see his son in the area.
Meanwhile, although Karl is frantically busy attending to survivors of the explosion, Susan can't help but ask why he lied about meeting with Sarah Beaumont. Karl explains that he didn't want to upset her, particularly after the Nene incident but Susan is not reassured by this.
Elsewhere, after saving a mysterious newcomer from Nene's misguided attempt to "help" him, Paige becomes increasingly fascinated by the lonely and anonymous man.
Also today, Nene finally admits that she needs help.
Thursday
Toadie is next to face terrible danger in the hotel.
Is Ramsay Street about to lose an iconic resident?
In a surprising turn of events, it's revealed that Toadie is not safely in the city after all - he's lost in the gloom of the Lassiters building.
Toadie is struggling to free himself and things only get worse as he dislodges a beam that just may lead to another death in Erinsborough.
Meanwhile, Brad and Ned don't really know each other anymore - a fact brought home by Ned's awkwardness around his father.
Elsewhere, Paul's softer side emerges in the aftermath of the explosion but when he is asked to provide CCTV footage of Lassiters to help investigate the blast, his guilty reaction hints that he's hiding something. Was he involved in the deadly incident?
Friday
Toadie shares some last requests as he fears he may die.
Is it the end for one of the Street's best-loved residents?
Toadie is located and he's able to communicate through a radio but after the emergency services assess the damage, Toadie is worried that he might not make it.
Preparing for the worst, Toadie shares some final requests...
Meanwhile, Amy mourns for a lost love.
Elsewhere, events take a disturbing twist when it's revealed that the boiler was tampered with.
Also today, one of Ramsay Street's rebellious teens may be heading down a slippery slope.

Has it been confirmed Amber is returning for Josh's apparent funeral? Or is this another unconfirmed rumour?
We just got rid of her monotone acting :p
Getting very confused and fed up with conflicting spoilers :-(
Gilly's been banned again, but unfortunately that doesn't mean she won't be back under another username. We all need to make sure we keep on reporting trouble makers, fake spoilers etc to admin in order to keep SoapBoards a friendly and informative place.
I haven`t seen anything else about it, so its pure speculation on my part. But could Karl and Susan grandson Ben be one of the deaths? Not sure if he`s classed as 'most loved' though.
I just watched the video and its Paul giving his condolences to someone while it looks like Karl is pronouncing someone dead.
I really have no clue at this point.
:searchme:
This pic might hint at Amber's return looking back because when she left on screen in early January Daniel still had his longer hair at that point.

Not sure what this 10 p.m. episode is? Pretty sure last time we had one like this, it was an advance showing of the next day's episode. Still, we would at least get to see it earlier if it is.
The 10pm episode is an hour long, so it's not just a preview of the next day's episode. I can't imagine the UK would get an hour's worth of extra content so perhaps it's a longer version of Tuesday's episode? It doesn't seem fair on Aussie fans if we get extra scenes though.
I can't find any definitive description of exactly what the 10pm episode contains, which is a bit mysterious of Channel 5... :hmm:

The UK broadcaster has started its on-air promo for the spectacular storyline.
If you weren't already prepared, next week is a big deal for Neighbours - and now Channel 5 has unveiled the official UK trailer for the 'Hotel Death Trap' storyline.
Tragedy strikes when a huge explosion rocks the Lassiters complex. The UK broadcaster is even airing the first episode after the watershed.
An hour-long special will see the hotel's boiler room explode, airing from 10pm next Monday, April 4 on Channel 5.
In the chaotic aftermath, residents and guests will find themselves trapped under rubble and debris.
Not everyone survives - and as the story continues, it's Paul Robinson who gets wrongly accused of causing the deadly explosion.
Will there be a repeat of the Lassiters explosion on channel 5 the next day? I have to be up early the next day
The part about the first episode being shown after the watershed is wrong! Just got my TV mag, and Neighbours is on at 1.45, 5.30 & 10.00 p.m. on 5 that day. Of course, we already knew that. More confusing than ever! I think the 10 p.m. episode will be Monday & Tuesday's, but slightly different versions. Neighbours have done this before.
Looking at things, I think it's obvious that one of the Quill's is behind it and they are framing Paul.
With the development not happening, Lassiters isn't financially viable so they probably caused the explosion for the insurance money and easy to pin it on Paul. Hopefully that's not the case as it's obvious, but I think obvious in this case will ring true.

I agree. I've also been thinking it's one of the Quills, quite possibly for the insurance. Or perhaps it's some kind of revenge by Tom after Julie fires him? I'm not sure about Lassiters not being financially viable without the second tower because it's certainly made enough money for Paul over the years. However, perhaps the Quill chain was already overstretched?
Yeah, I think it'll be one of them. Maybe Julie's little **** of a son? Not Tom, the other wee brat :p
I hate the fact the whodunnit storyline has been confirmed as lasting months. I'm not a fan of long running whodunnits as all soaps usually run out of ideas and end up looking a little silly, but we shall see! Maybe I'll enjoy it :p
Having just watched tonights episode, I was wondering what others think about the possibility of Tyler being one of the 3 leaving? I haven't heard his name mentioned on these sites. Any thoughts?

The end of Neighbours possible :(
I haven't seen today's episode yet but I don't think anyone can be completely ruled out. The young cast usually stay for about three years before leaving to try and "crack" Hollywood and Tyler hasn't been there for that long so I think it's unlikely the actor's leaving of his own accord. He's popular too so I doubt the producer would want to get rid of him.
Yeah they usually stay for three years it seems to be standard like Harley Bonner and Ariel Kaplan who just reached that time before going (though there are exceptions like the actor that played Mason went after a year) but generally it's standard for the younger ones.
Plus this disaster was filmed just before they finished for Christmas and I've seen quite a few photos on twitter of Travis Burns with fans on set of Neighbours that have been on tours of the set/filming locations as recently as March so I'm pretty sure Tyler is safe.
