Whose body did Lucas identify and did not one of her children or relatives want to see the body before its buried or cremated ????????
This storyline dont make any sense tbh
I have to agree with Dazzle, why when they are just all back together do the girls leave??
Chelesa believes her dad more than her mother I'm glad she is leaving tbh
Libby will probably move to Oxford full time
i hope they are all reunited before they leave
The body was almost certainly the black prostitute wearing a cross that appeared a couple of weeks ago, we never saw the outcome of that.
I think we might learn more about this tonight, but there are holes in the story as mentioned above.
Correction ... It's tomorow night, Tuesday: " Lucas talks about the girl he killed that reminded him of Denise so he dumped her in the canal with Denise's phone to make people think that she had committed suicide."
EastEnders character Ian Beale starts dating Denise Fox in upcoming episodes.
The pair have grown close over the past few months and will take their friendship to the next level, the Daily Star Sunday reports.
Ian (Adam Woodyatt) could even become soap's most married man if Denise (Diane Parish) goes on to be his fifth wife.
She previously turned him down when Jane left him and struggles to come to terms with the fact that she has romantic feelings for him.
The new couple decide to keep their relationship a secret from friends and family.
An EastEnders insider said: "Denise has always had a bit of a soft spot for Ian but he can be infuriating, so whether they go the distance in the next few months remains to be seen."
i didnt think denise ever had a soft spot for ian
EastEnders star Diane Parish has expressed surprise over her character Denise Fox being paired up with Ian Beale. I bet
Denise has developed a connection with Ian (Adam Woodyatt) over the past few months, and their chemistry continues next week when the businessman returns to Walford following his trip away.
Recent tabloid reports have suggested that the pair will begin dating within the next few weeks, taking their friendship to the next level.
Parish told Inside Soap of the storyline: "I didn't see this coming at all. When the bosses first told me, I think there must have been some tumbleweed and a few crickets chirping - my first reaction was like, 'Eh?'
"But then I was overjoyed, because Adam Woodyatt is one of the best actors in the show. He knows his character inside out, yet he's always willing to try something new."
However, the actress admitted that she wouldn't be optimistic if Denise and Ian ever decided to tie the knot.
She said: "Would I like to see Denise become the fifth Mrs B? Well, technically, no. I'd like to see the relationship through, but personally I think we'd pop the bubble with a marriage between those two.
"But who knows where it'll eventually go? The writers on EastEnders keep on surprising us. Sometimes you do hesitate and say, 'I'm not so sure about that', but you ultimately just get on with it."
Denise's last boyfriend was Arthur 'Fatboy' Chubb (Ricky Norwood). The unlikely duo enjoyed a brief fling late last year.
Parish added: "With the Fatboy thing I was like, 'WHAT?!' People loved it, though. Now I'm getting the same sort of reaction for Denise and Ian.
"It was quite confusing for the fans at first, as the last year or so has been quite random for Denise. But I personally think she's simply been finding her mojo again."
EastEnders airs Ian's return on Friday, March 1 at 8pm on BBC One.
EastEnders fans will see Ian Beale and Denise Fox finally get together next month.
The pair succumb to their mutual attraction when they find themselves trapped in the store room at the Minute Mart.

Denise and Ian get locked in the back room of the Minute Mart.
In the build-up to this mishap, Ian (Adam Woodyatt) tries to secure a date with Denise by visiting her at work. Unfortunately, she is far from impressed when he declares that they're both getting on a bit and won't get any better offers.
When Ian returns later to apologise for his behaviour, Denise (Diane Parish) is having none of it, and it seems that he may have missed his chance because she is now interested in a delivery guy who has been flirting with her.
Not wanting to give up, Ian follows Denise into the store room. However, not realising Denise doesn't have a key, Ian lets the door go and they soon find themselves locked in.
When they realise nobody can hear them, Ian and Denise know they are stuck there for the night so they decide to have a drink.
Although they start off by bickering, they soon open up to each other and it's not long before they share a kiss…

Ian and Denise share a kiss.
EastEnders airs these scenes on Wednesday, March 6 at 8pm and Thursday, March 7 at 7.30pm on BBC One.
EastEnders star Diane Parish has admitted that her character Denise Fox won't rush into her new romance with Ian Beale.
Denise shares a kiss with Ian next week after they find themselves locked in the store room at the Minute Mart. Once they are both free, however, Denise doesn't hurry to spread the news that she has a new man in her life.
Parish told Inside Soap: "Denise isn't a silly little girl - she reckons the kiss with Ian was all right, but she doesn't get giddy about it. She's quite impressed that they've managed not to kill one another, and surprised that she's had such a great time with Ian.
"Denise isn't ready to rush into anything, though. They have to work out what's going on themselves before telling anyone. Denise wants to take things slowly."
Denise ends up choosing Ian over a delivery man who has also started taking an interest in her.
Parish continued: "This delivery guy is just stupidly attractive. But while on paper he's hot stuff, Denise realises that when you've already found yourself both mentally and emotionally drawn to someone - in this case Ian - you're not really bothered about anyone else. It doesn't matter how good looking they may be."
EastEnders continues tomorrow (February 28) at 7.30pm on BBC One.
I must admit I find them quite cute together and they are growing on me as a potential couple and Denise gets on well with Lucy
EastEnders actress Diane Parish has praised her character's romance with Ian Beale.
Viewers have seen Denise Fox and Beale become increasingly close after once being enemies in a surprising romance.
Parish supported the way that writers have dealt with the storyline, adding that the romance feels "natural".
"I'm glad it's not being rushed, it feels like a natural relationship between two middle-aged people," she told The Sun.
However, the actress described recent scenes that involved her character surprising Ian at work in only a raincoat as "cringeworthy".
"I can never say that anything I do with Adam Woodyatt [who plays Ian] isn't fun, because he's always up for a giggle.
"But I have to say that at the age of 43, moments like this are more cringeworthy than enjoyable. I wasn't skipping around happily when I knew I had to do it. But thankfully we filmed it in the studio rather than on location so I wasn't freezing cold," she explained.
She added that Denise's "sauciness" is helping to get Ian "back in the game".
The 43-year-old said that co-star and on-screen sister Tameka Empson teased her when it was revealed that Denise and Ian would get together.
"Yeah, I got Ian while Kim had Ray Dixon (Chucky Venn)," she laughed. "But then Denise did have a little slice of him as well!"
EastEnders' Denise Fox will consider leaving Albert Square in the aftermath of Lucy Beale's death.
Earlier this week, viewers saw Denise (Diane Parish) reach the difficult decision to end things with her fiancé Ian Beale, realising that their relationship isn't working.
When news comes through that Lucy has been found dead next week, Denise is forced to delay her departure as she can't bear to add to Ian's grief by revealing her intentions.
After a few days, however, Denise is ready to leave Walford and join her daughter Libby in Oxford, so she packs a suitcase and takes off her engagement ring.
When Patrick Trueman returns home unexpectedly, Denise confesses her plan to him. She expects Patrick to talk her out of leaving Ian, but she is surprised when he books her a taxi instead. Will Denise really leave Albert Square?

Will Denise leave Walford?
EastEnders airs these scenes on Tuesday, April 29 at 7.30pm on BBC One.
If Ian has to ahve a woman then lets leave him with Denise, Jane is chronic, they look stupid and awkward together, Denise is the best of the two!!
EastEnders star Diane Parish has explained her character's unusual behaviour in next week's episodes, admitting that Denise Fox is at "breaking point".
Monday's visit to Walford will see Denise caught out by her Minute Mart colleague Shabnam Masood (Rakhee Thakrar), who realises that she has stolen food and bottles of wine from their place of work.
Denise's petty crime comes following a difficult few months for her, which have seen her split from Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) and also become a carer for Patrick Trueman (Rudolph Walker) following his stroke.
Speaking of the challenges that Denise is facing with Patrick, Parish explained: "That's massively got on top of her. It's stress and the fact that they clearly are not a financially sound family.
"The B&B was working for them and then Kim went off and they had to let that go, so her wages at the Minute Mart weren't really keeping them going. Having Patrick not doing anything, it's hard. I think it's been a very tough testing time for Denise."
Viewers will have to wait and see how Shabnam responds to her discovery, but Denise is in no doubt over the seriousness of the situation as she fears losing her job.
Parish also addressed Denise's increased consumption of alcohol and how it will continue to be portrayed on the show.
She said: "What I have asked to be very careful about with every department is that we don't do this blanket wash 'she's alcoholic', because any kind of dependency on alcohol or relationship with alcohol is multi-layered.
"I think for Denise, what's happened is it's just helping her get through the day. If someone turned round and said she'd got a problem, she'd go, 'It's not a problem, everyone has a drink'.
"For Denise, it's just her little reward. It's just tipped over the edge for her, but alcoholic is not necessarily where she is. I think she has an unhealthy relationship with alcohol at the moment, rather than she's roaming the street like Phil Mitchell. I don't think it's there yet, and I don't think it's the disease that Lauren clearly had.
"For Denise, the story we're trying to tell is just the breaking point of a lot of people when they are pushed to the limit - when they don't get help or assistance caring for somebody."
cant believe she is hurting poor defenceless paddy
It's more common than we think. People who are lone carers (especially someone like Denise who's holding down a cleaning job too) suffer terrible stress and sometimes lash out, even though it's out of character. There may be more to the story than we've heard so far though.
It's the killer twist that fans may or may not have seen coming - but EastEnders' Denise Fox is back in touch Lucas Johnson... and falling for his charms again.
While viewers might be willing Denise to stay away from the convicted murderer, actress Diane Parish is thrilled with the story development and has teased that we will see a more "chilling" side to Lucas (Don Gilet) this time.
Speaking to Inside Soap, she said: "What is so interesting this time is that Don has brought a much more sinister side of Lucas to the table. It's really quite chilling, so you end up not knowing what is going to happen next.
"I am more than braced for what's to come. If you get a plot like this, you know it is going to be demanding and challenging work."

"It has got twists and turns which I like and I get to film with one of my favourite actors, Don Gilet."
Gilet will make another appearance in tomorrow night's episode when Denise visits him in jail, paving the way for him to return in the spring. However, Parish isn't sure if that means he will manage to escape prison or not.
She said: "Well, I don't know how many people go around just getting out of prison so easily for what they're in for - and there's no question as to whether he did it.
"It would be the end for Denise, wouldn't it? 'Thank you and good night,' is what they'll be saying!
"I can't see how EastEnders could figure out a reason to get him released unless it was dodgy."
EastEnders continues tomorrow night at 7.30pm where Denise will come face to face with Lucas.
I think Lucas is a fantastic character and I'm pleased to be seeing him again, but "paving the way for him to return in the spring"! Does that mean he's returning permanently?!
Diane Parish on why Denise ends up in bed with Phil!
The actress praises co-star Steve McFadden's acting - "He's one of the best in soap"
http://images.radiotimes.com/namedim...nal/106147.jpg
There's been no shortage of drama in Denise's life of late what with Lucas's attempted jailbreak and Jordan's imprisonment. And next week's episodes certainly keep the surprises coming.
After finding out that Libby is pregnant, Denise is left shocked when she reveals that she doesn't want to keep the baby. In fact, Denise is so stunned that she goes out, gets plastered, has a massive row with Carmel and ends up in bed with a similarly tanked-up Phil! Yes, Phil Mitchell!
Here, actress Diane Parish tells us more about another tumultuous week in Albert Square for her Walford alter-ego…
So what is Denise’s state of mind at the moment?
She is not in a good place.
How does she feel about having given up JJ?
She's really feeling it. He was her chance to have a family again and a purpose in life. She loved him and is missing him. Yes, Libby's visiting her now and again, but she's not really around that much and Denise feels very much on her own.
What does she think when Libby says she is pregnant?
It's a huge shock, but she's like ‘yes!’ and running around with excitement and wants to celebrate.
How does she react when Libby says she is not keeping the baby?
She can’t comprehend the idea that Libby wants to get rid of the baby. But she's old enough and wise enough to know that things always turn out alright in the end. She's convinced that if Libby has this baby, she won’t regret it. She desperately wants to be a grandma, but also, she doesn’t want Libby to make a decision she may live to regret.
Why does she row with Carmel?
She's rowing with everybody. Carmel offers an opinion on the baby that's different to hers, so she goes for her. Carmel is only trying to offer help and advice, but Denise doesn’t see it like that.
How on earth does she end up drinking with Phil?
They end up at the same watering hole, down at The Albert, in a similar state of inebriation. I don’t think Denise can drink Phil under the table, but she's as drunk as she can get. The thing is she hates this man but she enjoys prodding and poking the lion behind the cage when it comes to Phil Mitchell and also enjoys seeing him at his worst, because it just confirms everything she thinks about him.
How do they end up in bed?
You’ll have to wait and see! But when I discussed this with our wise producer Dominic [Treadwell-Collins], and he told me what I was going to play, I screamed. I got up and ran around his office, screaming! Steve McFadden is the most wonderful actor and I was thrilled to be able to do some really nice interesting work with him as I have huge respect. I was thinking to myself, 'how could Denise let herself end up with him the way he is when Sharon and Shirley have turned him down?' All these people that actually love him can’t be doing with him, but Denise does!
Is it a case of two people being at their lowest ebb?
There's a sense of loss and no hope and a feeling of what’s the point? Which is why they drink the way they do. When you stop loving yourself, you stop caring and you drink like that. I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who find themselves in those positions, who wake up and go ‘Oh God, I didn’t!’ – this is one of those moments.
What was it like acting those scenes?
It was fun and it was also really fascinating. Acting wise, Steve is one of the best in soap. Because it's not just that he plays a drunk, he also plays the anger, the emotion, the torment, everything. I loved working with him - it was fun and it is nice to do something completely different.
How was it acting drunk?
Nerve wracking. But with Steve, it's like a masterclass. You struggle for your choices; he has got all the boxes ticked and I was really careful not to be a high comedic, silly drunk.
Will this be a wake up call for Denise?
Yes, most people reach a turning point and this is hers. It is that thing of going, ‘What is my life about?' It's about time she tried to fix herself. She's not had much in the way of anything good - she's not had a good man or made good choices. I'm hoping she builds up from here.
What would you like to do with her in the future?
I'm ready for her to have a sense of purpose within the Square and to be a bit more self-made and less reliant. There's a point where you have to go ‘I have got to do it for me’
Everyone loved Denise and Fatboy - what did you make of what they had together?
I loved it too. It was a lovely thing to do and I think there was something really special between Denise and Fatboy. I also wish Ricky Norwood the best with what he does.
Are you still enjoying being part of EastEnders?
It's been ten years and it keeps evolving and changing. There are ebbs and flows because the cast and everything changes - there are always new things to get excited about. I respect the show, I respect my character and I'm still having fun. And I've certainly had a big old challenge recently with this!
http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2016-...-bed-with-phil
is she in the menopause
There's speculation among some EE fans that Denise might get pregnant after her one night stand with Phil - and keep the baby!
The hot flushes could suggest Denise has started the menopause so she might think she doesn't need contraception. Also, she might not link the absence of her periods to a pregnancy until it's quite advanced. There's also Libby's upcoming abortion which devastates her. All these factors have got fans putting two and two together - and making twenty four? :hmm:
That could be a good storyline, Denise has lost Jordan and JJ with now too Libby aborting her baby
It looks like the speculation that Denise would get pregnant is incorrect given that we were pointedly shown a condom wrapper. Shame, I thought it could be an interesting storyline for her.
Of course, accidents happen, so a pregnancy is still a slim possibility I suppose. Mind you, the possibility of Phil Mitchell managing to get anyone pregnant in that state was already pretty slim... :p
condom wrapper could be a red herring and once denise goes back to school she will discover she is up duff with philip jnr :p if he rose to the occasion
Just wondering if there is any truth in the latest i've heard bout Denise being pregnant with Phil's baby, and as she is against abortion is furious, and that it is also twins??
Oh can't wait
i do think her and kush will get it on
Really hope you mean masood. Kush is her son!!!
Will her night with Phil ever be revisited or just dropped, I am guessing she is not pregnant and now is with Kush
