Don't know yet. It may say so in next weeks magazine maybe.
This French Exchange student friend of peter's Monique starts to fancy Steven but I think he turns her down. I know she's a bit of a handful pretending not to know a word of English when she knows English perfectly but Ian's out of order to stop her seeing Steven - she has nothing to do with all this. She's a guest at the houseand doesn't know about what happened with Steven and the Beales and Ian has no hold over her. He could just ghave said that he won't have Steven in the house because he's the lack sheep of the family and then Monique could just see him in Walford though I expect he rejects her as she is younger than him.
Steven goes into competition against Ian by selling coffee and mince pies on the stall. Ian is furious. About the snow globe - Ian gave Steven that snow globe when the twins were born. Steven has kept it all that time and still treasures it. He turns up at the Twins party (Lucy invites him) and he wants to give the snow globe to the twins - he wants them to have it now. Ian is angry that he is at the party and he takes Steven outside. Both start talking, reminiscing and it looks like they are getting on. Then all of a sudden Ian flips and breaks the globe Steven then hits the bottle after this heartache and heads to the Arches, where Stacey spots him and follows him. He is droused in petrol and clutching a box of matches. Stacey finds him and tries to talk him out of it but can she stop him....
From what I read on Digital Spy it looks like Steven and Ian eventually reconcile. He moves back into the Beale house round about Christmas/New Year but Jane is naturally still angry and hostile.
I think there's still at least one more twist to come though. Also on DS(!) I read that according to one of the Soap Mags previews of early next year there is a "final showdown" between Steven and the Beales.
I read that too but the "showdown" could be when everything that is so far hidden comes out i.e. - Lucy having given Steven Craig's guin 48 hours before he went to free Ian, Steven having kissed Jane etc - espeially since Aaron/Steven is a regular and is definitely to stay till the end of January if not longer.
Spoiler:
The unstable teen is pushed to the brink when he fails to worm his way back into the Beale household next week.
Steven has been determined to reunite with his family despite nearly killing Ian’s wife Jane (Laurie Brett, 37) when he accidentally shot her in the stomach.
Ian (Adam Woodyatt, 38) wants nothing to do with the lad he raised as his own and gives him his marching orders when he gatecrashes a party.
But the verbal attack sends Steven into a spin and he marches to the Arches where he covers himself in petrol and prepares to end his life once and for all.
It is left to market girl Stacey (Lacey Turner, 19), who sees him heading the the garage, to save the day.
But she ends up putting herself in grave danger as a result of her bravery. And Aaron Sidwell, 19, who plays Steven, explained: “Stacey’s very scared – I don’t know if she can change his mind.”
Spoiler:
Apparently, when Steven finds out from Ian that because of him Jane can't have any kids, he packs his bags to leave the sqaure. Stacey finds out he is leaving, she goes over to tell Ian about him trying to commit suicide. Ian stops him from leaving, takes him back to Pat's house, tells him some home truths and that is the first step for them making up.
Spoiler from Inside Soap:
Next Monday, Steven invites himself along for a night out with Bradley and Stacey. While Stacey is happy to take him under her wings, Bradley's annoyed. When the trio enter the club, Steven almost gets chucked out for being underage but he convinces Roxy that it is his 18th Birthday (we all know this isn't true and that his bday is on the 26th of December). Steven drinks alot, gets intoxicated and out of control. Roxy steps in and walks Steven home. The next day Steven pretends to everyone that he and Roxy slept together which makes Ronnie furious.

Steven's attempts to make amends to Jane backfires.
Steven overhears the true extent of Jane's gunshot injuries.
