The law states that if a child dies before 24 weeks gestation then its regarded as a non viable foetus. The death does not even have to be registered. I do believe very occasionally a child born at 24 weeks has survived but this is rare.

You're right Alan - the chances of a foetus surviving if born at 24 wks is very rare, but with medical science has happened. However, foetus' born prior to 24 wks is classed as a miscarriage and no birth and death is registered, whereas post 24 wks, both the birth and the death must then be registered.
Perhaps the baby is Harry's after all? Maybe Maggie got it wrong somehow....hmmm...maybe we shouldn't trust the Sun :p :rolleyes:
