Brilliant two chapters that I had missed, just been catching up. Very good, I think when they argue it makes it good because they then make up. Making up's always the best part, sometimes it's funny watching/reading one of their arguments as well. Please post more soon.

Chapter 7
As predicted Honey and Emma hadn’t spotted Lisa once after searching the entire collection of the club’s cctv videos. Sam hadn’t thought they’d find anything anyway as Lisa hadn’t been with who she said she would be with so it was unlikely that she was in the place she said as well. But it was worth checking just in case. Sam then realised that she didn’t actually know for sure that Lisa wasn’t with Emma; she had just been going on what Emma had said. She decided she’d have to call Emma to see if Emma had an alibi. Sam got Lisa’s number of Jo and went back to her desk to call. There was no answer so Sam realised that she would have to go round instead. She walked over to Jo’s desk,
“Jo, have you got a minute?” Sam asked
Jo looked up, “Yeah but just one.”
“Well I think we should re-visit Emma Mills to see if she has an alibi for last night,” Sam told her, “all we have is her word that they weren’t together and she did seem to be holding back something.”
“Yeah good idea but I was just going to suggest that we visit Carly Townsend, she’s one of the friends that went to Vegas,” Jo told her, “I phoned her up but she couldn’t speak long as she had to pick up her son from school. She began to tell me that apparently Emma Mills had been helping Lisa to make back some money.”
“Well do you want to go to see her then and I’ll go back to Emma’s,” Sam suggested as DC Suzie Simm came over, “Hey Suzie, are you doing anything at the moment?”
“No not really,” Suzie replied, “Do you need help with something?”
“Can you go with Jo to visit someone regarding the missing woman?” Sam asked.
“Ok.”
“Thanks, Jo can update you on the way.”
“Serg,” Jo and Suzie replied as they headed off to the car park.
“Sam,” Jack called from his office, “can I speak to you for a moment?” Sam walked over to his office and sat down. “How’s the Lisa Harrington Case going?” he asked her.
“Well we’ve got a few leads at the moment but nothing certain yet, “she replied, “I’m just heading over to her friends house to ask a few more questions.”
“Ah right, is Jo going with you?”
“No she’s gone to see another friend of Lisa’s with Suzie.”
“Well take Phil with you then as he’s not doing much,” Jack told her.
“I’ll be fine on my own,” Sam protested.
“Sam, you know you should always have someone with you in this job,” Jack warned her.
“I know but…” Sam began.
“That’s an order,” Jack said firmly. Sam nodded resentfully and headed out of the office and over to Phil’s desk.
“We need to go back over to Emma Mill’s house to ask her a few more questions,” Sam told Phil.
“Though you were working on this case with Jo and didn’t need my help?” He replied in a dismissive tone.
“Jo’s gone with Suzie to speak to someone else and anyway it’s Jack’s orders.”
“Fine,” Phil said sourly as he got up.

Really good update :D:D Hope you write more soon, I can't wait to see how Phil and Sam manage to work together after their arguement
-
lmao, there argument is so funny, reminds me of them on the actual tv program, especially earlier when Phil was saying about a pat on the bag and saying well done and Sam sarcastically goes: Well done Phil, I hope you're proud of yourself. lol.

hey, sorry its been a while since i updated.
Chapter 8
“So why are we going back to Emma’s house when we were only there a few hours ago?” Phil asked Sam as they drove towards Tolden Avenue (the right road this time!).
“We need to see if she has an alibi for last night to make sure that she was telling the truth that she wasn’t with Lisa last night,” Sam told him, “it did seem like she was holding something back earlier.”
“Yeah I suppose.”
They spent the rest of the journey in silence.
Sam knocked on Emma’s front door.
“Why are you back here?” Emma asked.
“We just want to know if you could tell us where you were last night if you weren’t with Lisa,” Sam told her.
“What’s that got to do with it? It’s Lisa you’re searching for isn’t it?”
“Don’t worry,” Sam reassured her, “it’s routine to find an alibi for all persons involved in \ missing person case.”
“Well I was at home all night watching the new series of ER,” Emma told her, “I never miss an episode.”
“Can anyone support this?” Phil asked.
“No I was alone, well unless my cat counts,” Emma replied.
“Ok, well we’d also like to ask you about Vegas,” Sam told her, “Is it true that Lisa lost a substantial amount of money when you were away there last year?”
“Yeah, she’d had rather a lot to drink and wasn’t exactly the best gambler.”
“And so you thought you’d help her make the money back didn’t you?” Phil asked Emma in a rather accusing manner?”
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Emma replied defensively.
“Excuse my colleague,” Sam apologised, “would it be possible for you to accompany us down the station as we have a few more questions we’d like to ask you?”
“What, now?”
“Well unless you have somewhere else you’d rather be,” Phil said.
Sam glared at Phil, “What DS Hunter means to say is that it would3 really help us in our search for Lisa if you could spare a little of you time now.”
“Yeah alright,” Emma agreed, “let me just grab my bag.”
Whilst Lisa was collecting her bag Sam turned to Phil,
“What the hell’s your problem Phil?!”
“What do you mean?”
“Well you’re being really rude to Emma.”
Phil shrugged, “well if you carry on like that then she might not tell us anything else,” Sam told him, “She already seems like she’s holding something back!”
“Well that’s not my fault!” Phil replied back defensively, “it’s not like I’m telling her not to say anything to you is it?!”
“For heaven’s sake Phil, you know what I mean!” Sam snapped back, there conversation now at a rather loud level. Emma had just arrived in the door way.
“Ready,” she told them. She glanced at them and noticed the rather angry expressions the two DS’s were carrying. "Sorry am I interrupting something?" she asked.
“No!” Phil and Sam shot back at her before they realised the way in which they were speaking.
“Sorry,” apologised Sam, smiling at Emma, “Right lets get going.” Sam shot one last glare at Phil and encouraged Emma towards the car.

Chapter 9
Once they’d arrived back at the station, Phil took Emma to the interview room and some headed up to CID to see if Jo and Suzie had returned yet. She figured it would probably be better to find out what they had found out from Carly Townsend, Lisa’s friend that they had just gone to visit, before questioning Emma.
When she arrived in CID there was no sign of Jo or Suzie but she did spot DC Nadir.
“Hey Zain,” Sam called as she headed over to his desk, “do you know if Jo and Suzie are back yet.”
“No, I don’t think so,” he told her, “I haven’t seen them in a while.”
“Alright thanks.”
“So how’s your case going?” Zain asked.
“Bit slow to be honest, “Sam told him, “but at least we are making some progress.”
“Anything I can help with?”
“No don’t worry sure you’ve got your own case to work on anyway.”
“Yeah but there’snot really that much I can do as Mickie seems to have prettymuch taken over.”
Sam could sense a bitterness in his voice.
“Well just let me know if you do find you need me to do anything,” Zain let her know.
“Ok thanks, I will.”
Sam turned away to find Phil standing right behind her. She jumped,
“Oh my god Phil!” Sam explained, “did you have to sneak up on me?!”
“I didn’t!” he shot back at her, “now are you planning on coming back downstairs at any point?”
“Of course I am!” she shot back, “I was just asking Zain if he’d seen Jo and Suzie.”
“And had he?”
“No, he doesn’t think they are back yet.”
“Well what else have you been doing?” Phil demanded, “It doesn’t exactly take long to find that out!”
“Zain was asking me if there was anything he could help with.” Sam told him, “He was being friendly, something of which you know nothing about!” And with that same stormed out of CID.
“What do you think I was doing offering to help you with the case in the first place then?! I’d say that counts as being friendly!” Phil shouted after her.
“What’s with all the shouting?” Jo asked as she entered into the room with Suzie.
“Don’t worry; it’s just Phil and Sam having another domestic!” Zain jokingly told her. Jo and Suzie laughed.
“Haven’t you got some work to be getting on with DC Nadir?” Phil hinted angrily.
“Sarg,” Zain reluctantly replied as he sat back down at his desk.
“Serg,” Jo called after Phil as he headed towards the door, “don’t you want to know what we found out from Carly Townsend?”
“Yeah, what?” Phil asked bluntly.
“Well she’s pretty sure Emma has been helping Lisa to win back her money although she‘s not completely sure how although she has her suspicions,”
“What?”
“Well she’s pretty sure that Emma works as a prostitute although her suspicions have never been confirmed. She reckons this could be something to do with how Lisa has been making her money back.”
“Good work Jo, I’ll go let Same know as we’re about to interview Emma.”
“Ok Serg,” replied Jo, “Oh and Phil… be nice.”
“What is it with people telling me how to act towards Emma Mills?” Phil shot back defensively.
“I wasn’t talking about Emma.”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Phil told her as he headed off to the interview room.
Sorry that they still argueing. There will be a bit more talk of feelings soon
Thanks for all the nice reviews:)
