That's who that was! I knew I recognised him and they focused on him too long for it to be nothing. But I would think he'd target Paul and Steph no? Although I suppose by targeting Paul he is indirectly putting Steph at risk too.

my guess is Stephs friend or Tom's mum who has been acting all innocent .
I think Stephs friend, not sure of his name, Jacka? can have something to do with it. Or Tom himself.
I don't think that Julie Quill, Tom's stepmum, would do that to her own business.
It was shown that Piper thinks that Brodie could have done it.
My first guess is Jacka, second Tom Quill.
Another suspisious thing is the money found in the fridge of room no 601.
It looks like Xanthe and Ben were in no 601 room when the explosion happened. Xanthe reserved the room pretending to be Tom's assistant. It seems that the money hidden in the fridge belong to Tom...
I'd be surprised if it was Julie!
My guesses are Jacka or Brodie. I say Brodie because, although I know he was angry at Tyler, what happened with him creeping on him in the boiler room? He didn't end up doing anything that we seen did he?
Maybe he done it in the hopes Tyler would get the blame?
Plus, after Mark told Tyler about Josh dying, he looked quite guilty, I'm not saying Tyler done it, but maybe Brodie said or did something to Tyler off screen that makes him suss?
And with Jacka, he does seem like the kind of person who would get revenge more than just writing "DOG" on the motel and someone who doesn't really think things through before doing them!
I have no idea, clearly! haha It's all just speculation

I don't think whoever framed Paul is the one that caused the explosion. They wouldn't be so clear about it.
I'm putting a left field suggestion regarding who caused the explosion. Terese's brother.
