Monday 13 October
Charity has been ostracised by all of her family and has never been more hated. Debbie tells her they are all finished with her after what she has done. Sam is also furious, unable to comprehend what Charity did to Rachel. Even the normally-compassionate Zak turns Charity away. At the same time, Jai is still reeling over the fact that it was Charity who forced Rachel to leave with his baby, while Megan is still full of loathing for her long-time enemy. Ali is equally furious and is exasperated that she can't find any news on Rachel's whereabouts.
Charity is concerned when her solicitor arrives unannounced with a DVD they have received by courier. Charity is stunned to watch a confession that Declan has recorded. His statement digs Charity in even deeper, as it reveals every single one of her dastardly deeds. With all of Charity's secrets now fully exposed, her solicitor tells her that copies of this DVD have already been sent to the police and the insurers, so there will now be a full investigation.
Charity realises that she is about to lose everything, including her freedom, so she makes hasty plans to go. She empties a safe and is packing when a furious Megan and Jai storm in spoiling for a fight, holding the DVD they have also been sent. Jimmy stands in as her protector, but Megan menacingly tells Jimmy that Charity will get what is coming to her. Afterwards, Charity heads straight to The Woolpack where she receives the cold shoulder and announces that she is going away for a while. Debbie agrees to look after Noah for her, but bitterly tells her that's as far as it goes.
Over at the Dingles', Sam has watched a copy of the DVD. Hearing Declan give the order to make Charity pay for this, Sam grabs his coat and leaves full of fury. Zak and Debbie are concerned about where Sam is. Debbie's hate towards her mum is clear as Zak warns her not to do what he did to Cain as it's not the answer, but Debbie is unreadable as she leaves. At the same time, Ruby is concerned when Ali storms over to Charity to get some answers. Bob hopes Ali isn't about to do something stupid.
Not long afterwards, Charity drives along a country road leaving the village behind her, but she sees that a stationary car blocks her way. When Charity gets out of her car to see what is going on, suddenly she is hit hard on the head. She slumps to the floor as her unknown assailant stands over her…
Meanwhile, a woman called Maxine arrives at the farm telling Moira that her son shares a cell with Adam but there might be a problem. As they begin to talk, Moira becomes suspicious and is soon shocked and scared when Maxine suggests they work out a deal for Adam's wellbeing…
Elsewhere, Doug wants his vlog Q&A to be held at The Woolpack. Diane admits to Katie she doesn't want to hurt Doug but admits she does have feelings for him.
Tuesday 14 October
Charity comes round after being abducted. She realises that she is locked up and chained to the side of an empty shipping container. She bangs on the walls and calls out, but it's to no avail.
At the same time, DC Bails visits the café and asks questions about Charity's whereabouts, but nobody seems interested. DC Bails is suspicious that Cain might know more than he is letting on. Megan and Jai also both seem on edge as DC Bails asks them about Charity and Declan. Soon afterwards, a bitter Sam tells Jimmy that Charity is dead to him. Later, Debbie and Cain go to see Sam, explaining about the DVD. Their hearts break for him as his feelings of hatred towards Charity are clear and he loses hope over Rachel.
Over at the container, Charity is desperately calling out when she hears footsteps outside. She starts to scream and panics. Not long afterwards, Charity is on edge to hear a car pull up. Someone throws some water in for her and she thinks it's Declan, pleading with him not to leave her. The door shuts and she begins to sob as her captor is revealed standing outside, listening to her screams but doing nothing…
Meanwhile, Moira is upset to learn that Adam has been in another fight in prison and she is worried, knowing that she may need to do something. Maxine returns, but will Moira give into her demands?
Elsewhere, it's the day of Doug's Q&A and when his adoring fans arrive, will Diane's nose be pushed out?
Also today, Rakesh feels rejected when Priya tells him that she can't meet up with him tonight, but Leyla gives him an idea!
Wednesday 15 October
Charity wakes up in the container and breaks down after calling for help. At the same time, Jimmy is desperate to find Charity as he fears their business is falling apart, so he asks his family members to give him some hotels to check. At the same time, at the container, Charity sees her captor for the first time. How will she react to see who it is?
Later, when it transpires that Charity never showed up for her hotel booking and her car is found abandoned, how will the family react? Is Charity already dead to them?
Meanwhile, Leyla is excited about her posh dinner with Rakesh and Katie is intrigued. Priya hides her shock when Katie reveals that Leyla and Rakesh are attending his lawyer's dinner together. Priya later confronts Leyla, but she reveals that she is only going to pretend to be his wife. Priya hatches a plan which ends with a kiss...
Elsewhere, Aaron is unconvinced that Moira can keep her problems under control and urges Moira to tell Cain if Maxine returns.
Also today, Katie's attempts at matchmaking Diane and Doug backfires.
Thursday 16 October - Emmerdale's 7,000th episode
DC Bails arrives and explains to Charity's family members how her belongings in her abandoned car have obviously been rifled through.
Later, Charity's welfare and life become further at risk when her captor - the only person who currently knows her whereabouts - has a life-threatening accident of their own. Will the captor mention Charity and her location to someone else in the nick of time?
Meanwhile, Priya and Rakesh are happy about their new situation. They are secretly dating and Rakesh tells her that he has encouraged Kirin to cool things with Vanessa, unaware that he's listening on the stairs. Later, Kirin lets Rakesh know he has knowledge against him as leverage.
Also, Doug's vlogging is not smooth sailing.
Thursday 16 October (2)
Charity has collapsed and is breathing only shallowly as night draws in. Someone arrives at the site of the container, but after hearing Charity's cries despite having found her, takes the decision not to save her and departs.
Will Charity make it through the night, or has her only chance of survival just left the scene?
Meanwhile, Kirin is pleased to get his way when Rakesh gives him money for a trip he asks for. However, Kirin uses the money to buy a flash new car, infuriating Rakesh. Has Kirin pushed his father too far this time?
Elsewhere, Diane feels sorry for a miserable Doug as he reads abuse from his followers after his mistake. He is gutted, telling her that his sponsors have now also pulled out.
Also, Jimmy and Rodney struggle to keep the business going whilst Charity is missing.
Friday 17 October
Charity lies motionless in the container, while her captor lies unconscious in hospital.
The Dingle family try to look for Charity, but it's soon clear to one of them that someone else knows more than they are admitting to. But is it too late?
Meanwhile, Kerry considers selling Charity's life story to a gossip magazine for £500, but when Bernice fills Kerry in on Katie's past affair with Robert, Kerry chooses that as her inspiration for her article instead.
Elsewhere, Kirin damages Rakesh's car in the hope that he will be allowed to keep his flash new one, but will Rakesh see through him?
Also today, Katie and Andy announce they have booked their wedding.
Finally, Diane is unimpressed that Doug is giving up so easily on his vlog and later he decides to fight for it.
Didnt Bernice have a fling with one of Nicola's boyfriend's? Should make an article about that.
sam lets charity to die
Before Rachel left to go on the run earlier this year, Rachel told Ali about Charity blackmailing her, and then Ali told Megan. Have the writers forgotten that, because I haven`t.
I`m surprised Megan didn`t say anything about it to Jai when they first started dating.
