Does Charity force Rachel to confess to the fire to get Sam off then surely Jai gets Archie?
Not if Rachel disappears with Archie if she is on bail after her confession if this happens

Can't remember too many story lines, but I've always thought lots of people get away with crimes in Emmerdale. Think there was a storyline when Marylin from Home and Away got away with murder.
