Phil Mitchell's fears over his stalker intensify on EastEnders next week when he realises that the mystery tormentor wants to make sure he ends up behind bars.
The Albert Square hardman is left rattled once again when the police arrive with a warrant to search all of his properties, having apparently received a tip-off over his dodgy dealings.
Phil (Steve McFadden) is initially reluctant to co-operate with the authorities unless he's given an explanation, but he is soon forced to show them around The Arches as per their warrant.

To Phil's relief, the police don't manage to find anything but he makes it clear to Shirley (Linda Henry) that he's worried - dragging up the past is one thing, but now the stalker is meddling in the present and trying to get him into trouble.
While Shirley speculates that the stalker must be someone close to know so much, Phil points out that half of Albert Square have been through Jack's flat - meaning that anyone could now have the file Jack was keeping about his illegal activities.
In the end, Phil recruits Billy (Perry Fenwick) to help him out and the pair bury some dodgy goods in the allotments to be on the safe side.

However, both are unaware that someone is watching them and the police soon arrive to tell Phil about a tip-off they've received over stolen goods being hidden in the allotment.
Phil manages to keep his cool and stay one step ahead of the detective sergeant, but Billy isn't so lucky and soon finds himself arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property as his fingerprints are all over the goods! Having caused more mischief, what will the stalker's next move be?
EastEnders airs these scenes on Tuesday, December 6 and Thursday, December 8 at 7.30pm on BBC One.
Its obviously Pat, she's the only one who knew about the car lot fire and Kevin's death (who was family) plus her money problems gives her more than enough reasons for motive
EastEnders' Heather Trott will find herself accused of being Phil Mitchell's stalker next month as the soap's mystery storyline continues.
The Walford cleaner, played by Cheryl Fergison, comes under suspicion when a stash of envelopes identical to the ones that Phil (Steve McFadden) has been receiving are found in her handbag, Inside Soap reports.
The discovery is made as Phil and Shirley (Linda Henry) hold an early Christmas party for the Square - in the secret hope that they can figure out who the stalker is by getting everyone together.
When the envelopes are found in Heather's bag at the gathering, a shocked Shirley accuses her of being Phil's mystery tormentor - but she's quick to protest her innocence.
Phil and Shirley soon realise that the envelopes were probably planted on Heather by the real culprit. Has Heather been set up by the stalker or is she playing a dangerous game with Phil?
EastEnders will air these scenes in a fortnight's time on BBC One.
Heather blatantly isn't clever enough to do this and keep quiet about it
