Lady GaGa has scored a UK chart double this week.
The popstar has topped the singles chart with 'Telephone', while her multi-platinum record The Fame, as deluxe reissue The Fame Monster, has returned to number one after spending 62 consecutive weeks in the album charts.
Earlier in the week, Tinie Tempah's 'Pass Out' was in place to become number one for a third week, but GaGa eventually pushed him down to number two.
Martin Talbot, managing director of the Official Charts Company, said: "It's a phenomenal achievement for Lady GaGa and shows just how much the chart can change in only a matter of days."
