How many people live in the village of Emmerdale? I cannot believe that a fair would set up in a place so small. Also on the cost of an outdoor ice rink would be nowhere near, ?65,000, these ice rinks do not use real ice, they made of some sort of hard plastic or resin. No freezing is involved.
