Tweed allowed to attend Goody's funeral
Jack Tweed has been told that he can attend his late wife Jade Goody's funeral, after a sentencing hearing for his assault charge was postponed.
The 21-year-old's presence at the memorial had been cast in doubt as he faced a possible prison sentence at the hearing tomorrow, after being found guilty of attacking a taxi driver earlier this month.
According to Sky News, the hearing has now been postponed until April 16, allowing Tweed to pay his respects to the former reality star, who died of cancer on Sunday.
Thousands of people are expected to line the route from Goody's home to St. John The Baptist Church in Buckhurst Hill, Essex on April 4, with some reports suggesting that there could be a convoy of up to 21 cars.
Tweed is currently under curfew following his early release from jail in January, after he was previously convicted of attacking a pub manager with a golf club.
