That was the first thing I thought of! I was going to leave a video but couldn't find a good one.

Given that "Silent Bob" is clearly older than Craig you expect him to be the senior partner and take the lead, but he never says a word. Makes me laugh when he nods to Craig instead of speaking. Perhaps Corrie is hard up, as they would have to pay him more if he speaks.
Is Craig leading this investigation, or is there a senior officer in charge, because I am wondering if Craig would actually have seen the body if he is just one of the junior officers.
I suppose with the amount of unexplained an suspicious deaths there are in Weatherfield the investigation is left to a seconded uniform constable barely out of probation. I know the GMP has had issues over the years but not even an Inspector to the scene. Maybe Silent Bob is a Chief Super and he transmits messages to T/DC Tinker telepathically or do I mean telepathetically!!!. Fortunately for the sake of Justice we have DIM TIM working on this case as Weatherfields answer to Columbo. I can almost forgive the obvious flaws if it leads to the demise of the murdering Canuck
I notice that Silent Bob does give Craig "The Nod" at times, perhaps this when the telepathy occurs.
What I want to know, and I am sure Sal will to, is what was Dim Tim doing, lurking on the canal bank in the early hours.
I think the Murdering Canuck's days are number, let's hope it is a small number rather than a large one.
I assume Tim had been working nights at Street Cars, as we saw him standing outside a taxi leaving a voicemail for Rosie about her credit card bill. He wouldn't be doing that if he was up to something dodgy.
That was when he saw Stephen and decided to follow him, ending up at the canal.
why did craig notify jenny, was she leo's next of kin to id the body, had he a mother or siblings?
ed won gambling and will gamble again
why is aggie always written out, is the actress sick
lee looks like aaron
They had already identified the body from DNA, so Jenny would not be required to do that. Perhaps it was her who reported him missing.
I thought the whole scene was very contrived, when Craig asked if there was somewhere private they could go, Jenny demanded he just tell her in the bar. I am sure most people not have done that, just an excuse for another public announcement. Same with Tim just happening to come in for a pint of zero, even though it seems he was going to be working in his cab that night. With the amount to alcohol these characters drink they must permanently be on the drink drive limit. They seem to be in the bar, morning, noon and night. Wasn't Tim supposed to be cutting back on beer, has Sally now relented and let him drink more
Well, according to this, she is still part of the cast but 3 characters/actors will be out by the end of the year plus one (which will make most of you here ecstatic) will be gone earlier than thought (October 13, 2023)! But one of my favs is also leaving, Peter (Chris Gascoyne). 😢

The clue is in the name "Zero". It means Zero alcohol
IMHO it also means zero taste!!!
The Archdeacon presides over the worst possible funeral.
When Ryan's 'modelling' was 'exposed', Sean was looking at the pics and said, "So far all I can see is PG."
I'm at a loss what it might have to do with teabags? Or have I missed something?
[QUOTE=alan45;1002441]Silly me I did not realize, thank you for pointing it out. I am probably the only one on here that did not know about "Zero" What a fool I am. Is it a real thing in pubs, I know there are low alcohol and alcohol free beers, but did not know they were called Zero. I shall be watching closely from now on, to see if Tim or Steve MacDonald are the only ones drinking it.
I do not understand why Jenny and staff are surprised at the plans for The Rover's. Why would a brewery buy a failing pub and continue to run it as it has been run? The idea is to make a profit, something that Jenny has not been doing.
i thought justin was back as shelleys brother, spit of
If I was Sean, I would go for unfair dismissal. He has been employed long enough at the Rover's to be classed as a permanent employee, zero hours contract notwithstanding. If only there was a solicitor on the Street who could advise him.
Yes they had. They were introduced I think in the 1990s. Under the National Minimum Wage Act 1998, there is a section on zero hours contracts which said that workers operating under a zero-hour contract had to be paid the national minimum wage for hours worked. So they must have been around then.
Been there since 2003!

Some months after his first appearance Sean comes to Coronation Street, desperately looking for somewhere to live. He has been on the street since 2003 but didn't start working at the Rovers until 2005.

I am thinking of who Ryan's mystery customer is, for all this like the story in Ee with Stacy being stalked by Theo.
Corra has not done much wit this, so is it going to develop into a story for Ryan (yea again)
I reckon the "customer" will be in plain sight!
Any guesses?
I think Todd, he is a minx and not got much of a part.
