INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT

The pub is practically empty. Amy and Patrick are behind the bar.

Patrick: Well this is brilliant isn't it? Empty on a Saturday, sign of things to come?

Amy is looking at a flyer, advertising the opening of the nightclub for this evening.

Amy: I don't see what you're worrying about, Marbal has never been a threat for us before, and neither will this one...

Patrick: Oh yeah, so have all the locals turned invisible overnight then? Becuase I don't see anyone supping pints, do you!?

Amy: They're just going to see what's it's like, they much preferred the quiet country pub to some noisy nightclub, trust me, this time tomorrow it'll be back to normal...

Patrick: I suppose...I wonder who the new owner is?

Amy: No idea, but me and Val are going to check the place out...

Patrick: So much for staying loyal to this place!

Amy: Oh come on, a nosey of the competition wont harm...I'm sure you can manage on your own for a night, after all there's not many people "supping pints" :D

Patrick: On my own!? Where the hell are Claire and Vicky!?

Amy: Coming out with me and Val...(kisses his cheak) enjoy your Saturday Night :D

Amy leaves the bar, Patrick is alone, with Eddie propped up against the bar slowly supping a pint, and doing his soduku.

Patrick: Brilliant, just brilliant :rolleyes:

Oh no! Looks like Romeo and Roxy are finished! :(

INT. BACHELOR BOYS HOUSE - NIGHT

Roxy struggles down the stairs with her bags, Romeo comes towards her and tries to take her bags off her.

Romeo: Here, let me help...

Roxy: I'm perfectly capable of carrying my own bags Romeo...

Romeo: I know, but...

Roxy: Please Romeo, don't make this any harder than it already is...

Romeo: You don't have to go...

Roxy: I've got no choice. I'm sorry.

Roxy opens the front door. Outside her taxi is waiting for her.

Romeo: Rox'...

Roxy: My cab's waiting...

Romeo: Please...

Roxy: Don't...(she touches his face affectionatly) thanks for a good few months...(lowers head) I really thought we had something ya know...

Romeo: We did, we still do!

Roxy: You and Claire have a baby together, who am I to stand in the way of you making a go of things?

Roxy kisses him goodbye and walks toward's the taxi, she opens the door and begins putting her bags in.

Romeo: Where will you go?

Roxy: To my moms...goodbye Romeo, have a nice life...

Romeo: Goodbye Rox'...:(

Roxy gets into the cab, and it drives off. Leaving Romeo standing alone...

INT. NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT

The crowds begin to enter the newly furnished nightclub. Val, Amy, Claire, Vicky, Sanjita, Ruby and Mandy are all on a Girls' night out.

Claire: I wonder why they've covered up the sign?

Vicky: They've probably renamed the place

Mandy: I suppose it can't stay Marbal forever, wonder what it's called?

The girls go over to the bar, where free drinks are on offer.

Val: Ooo I wonder whose the owner, I haven't had this much fun since...I meet Jermey, I did tell you I'd meet him didn't I? :D

Amy: Yeah Val about twenty times...

A bouncer walks past the group.

Val: Oi love, when's the new manager coming out?

Bouncer: He's just coming out now...

The girls look at each other with eager anticaption. The door to the office opens and outsteps Kyle.

Kyle: Evening ladies, how nice of you to come :D

Everyone is shocked, non more so than Vicky who has a total look of devastation on her face.

As times goes on, people's lives change, and they can no longer spend time on things that they would like to. Unforuntaley for us, Abi has decided she no longer wants to write for Devon Seas.

This is a shame, but I would like to take the oppurnity to thank her for all her hard work and great writing over the past year and a bit, without her Devon Seas wouldn't be here now.

So everyone, a big thanks and applause for Abi! :bow:

Aww! Thats a shame Abs, but understandable with all of your work etc you have in front of you.

Thank you so much for assisting Bry with DS and helping to ensure it continued to where it is today.

INT. BACHELOR BOYS' HOUSE - NIGHT

Romeo enters the house, Roxy just having left for good. Chris is sat on the sofa feeling sorry for himself.

Chris: Looks like we're in the same boat now mate...

Romeo: Excuse me!?

Chris: Claire...Roxy... what ever happened to the Bachelor Boy motto "never let a woman get you down"?

Romeo: Yeah well maybe if you hadn't gone behind my back the events of the past year might not have had to happen!

Chris: You can't help who you fall for mate!

Romeo: Yes, you can when it's your mate's girl! And for the last time, you are NOT my mate! Not anymore!

Claire walks into the room, mid argument.

Romeo: What the hell do you want!? Haven't you caused enough damage as it is!?

Claire: I'm sorry to have to break this to you, but I've got some bad news...

INT. NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT

The girls look at each other with eager anticaption. The door to the office opens and outsteps Kyle.

Kyle: Evening ladies, how nice of you to come :D

Everyone is shocked, non more so than Vicky who has a total look of devastation on her face. People begin to mutter between them selves, Ruby is in hysterics of excitement.

Ruby: Oh my god babe! Why didn't you tell me!?

Kyle: I wanted to suprise you...

Ruby: Well you've certainly done that...come here you!

Ruby bigs Kyle a big hug and ends up snogging him.

Ruby: This is so bloody great! Wow! You own a nightclub! :D

Kyle: Yeah, but I want you to play an active role in the running of this place, we can do it together :D

Ruby jumps around in excitement. Cuts to Vicky who is is fuming.

Vicky: I don't bloody believe it! What the hell does he think he's playing at eh!?

Amy: Calm down Vicks...it aint that bad...

Vicky: Yes it is! Am I ever gonna get that creep out of my life!?

Kyle clears his throat and calls for attention, the crowds quiten to listen to him.

Kyle: I'd like to thank you all for coming tonight, it means so much to see so many of you here to celebrate the opening night, and without further ado I would like to reveal the name of the nightlclub :D

Kyle pulls on a cord, the peice of cloth falls off the wall, revealing a bright blue neon sign that says "Daniel's"

Kyle: Daniel's everyone! :D Named after my son, for my son! :D

Vicky is furious. She charges towards Kyle and grabs him by the arm.

Ruby: Hey what dya think your doing?

Kyle: Easy Tiger!

Vicky: Out the back! Now! I want a word! :angry:

Vicky drags him into the back room, clearly annoyed.

INT. BACHELOR BOYS' HOUSE - NIGHT

Claire: I'm sorry to have to break this to you, but I've got some bad news...

Romeo: What you on about? What could possibly be worse than me loosing Roxy?

Claire: You might want to sit down...

Chris: Just get on with it!

Claire: I tried to call the show earlier, tell them that we've found out who the dad is...

Romeo: And?

Claire: They say that we have a legal obligation to do the follow up show..

Chris: But why? We've sorted out the issue...well...maybe not, but at least we know who the father is...

Claire: Yeah but the audience doesn't...

Chris: Like we haven't made big enough prats of ourselves as it is!

Romeo: We can't go back on...it would tip Roxy over the edge...

Claire: I thought you said you two had split?

Romeo: I did...but the last thing she needs is the paternit test results being aired to the entire shame, she deserves some to be treated with some dignity at least...rather than going back to her mom with all this humiliation...

Claire: Look I'm just as pissed off about this as you two are...

Chris: We should have never listened to your bloody mother, I knew this was a mistake from the start...

Claire: But like it or not, we have to do this, or they are going to demand we pay them some sort of compensation...

Romeo: Oh that's just brilliant isn't it? :rolleyes:

Claire: We just need to go, get it over and done with, and then we can all move on with our lives, okay!?

The pair reluctantly shake their heads in aprroval, clearly annoyed at this peice of news.

INT. DANIELS' NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT

Kyle walks into the back room, looking cocky and confident. Vicky follows, clealry annoyed, she slams the door shut behind her.

Kyle: So, you gonna congratulate me then? :D

Vicky: You've done this to wind me upo haven't you?

Kyle: So being so bloody self-centred, the whole world doesnt revolve around you...

Vicky: There was a time you seemed to think so...

Kyle: Times change, thankfully, that's all in the past... you're with Alan Sugar jnr, and I'm with Ruby...

Kyle sits down on his office chair, Vicky paces the room in annoyance.

Vicky: So why did you buy it then, if not to get at me!?

Kyle: For me and Ruby... and for Daniel when he's old enough...

Vicky: Oh don't make out like it's all for him... you've done this to get closer to us in Baymoore, and to annoy me...

Kyle: Why would I want a pregnant tramp like you when I have the glamarous Ruby?

Vicky: You got me into this state!

Kyle: What, you admitting I'm the father now?

Vicky: No! Of course not...

Kyle: One day I am, the next I'm not..make up your mind Vicky...

Vicky: Like you even give a damn who the father is, you'd only walk out on this one like you did Daniel...

Kyle: I do give a damn, and if it turns out to be mine I'll fight you in the courts for it...what I don't give a damn about is you and your pathetic whining, so come back to me when you've given birth to the little sprog, and then the fun will begin...

Vicky goes to swing for Kyle, but thinks better of it.

Kyle: If you ever need to get in touch, I'll be here...in Baymoore, with Ruby :cool: Now get out you sad act...

Vicky leaves, feeling humiliated. Kyle swings around on his chair, an arrogant grin on his face.

First.. Thank you so much Abi for helping Bry out with this.. it will be a sad loss for us DS fans but you have your workload to do so I understand but again thank you thank you thank you :clap::clap::clap:

Back to DS, my god kyle bought the club.. Craig is going to chew him right up.. Can't believe Chris loves Claire and I still dont' believe he is the dad.. is this a set up to get Roxy out of Romeo's life so he can be with Claire then Chris is the good guy again????

Anyway I am glad Roxy is gone, ok I understand she is annoyed that Claire has a baby for Romeo but come on.. millions of girl are with guys who have kids with other women and if you love someone, you can work this out! She just all ME ME ME !!!

INT. ASHWORTH CASINO - DAY

Tom is off shift. He is sat at a table playing poker, with a few other players. Tom and another man are the only ones left in the game.

Dealer: Ok, show your cards gentlemen...

The other man shows a king and queen.

Dealer: Two pair...

Tom gives a brief smile before turning over his cards a 10 and jack

Dealer: Royal flush...congratulations

The dealer pushes the chips towards Tom, who pockets them. Tom heads towards the bar where a college starts speaking to him.

Ray: You're on a role, you seem to be a natural at this gambling lark...

Tom: What can I say? The cards are just on my side... but I could sure get used to winning this kind of money :D

Ray: Just be careful mate, I was like you but I gave it up a long time ago...almost ruined me...

Tom: Have you seen my luck though!? I seem to be doing great, even you said...

Ray: I know mate but a word to the wise...quit whilst your ahead, you could do more harm than good...

Tom: Nonscence! I know my limits.. I think another game is in order :D

Tom heads back to the table. His friend looks at him, concerned.

INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT

Hayley is stood behind the bar, a glass of wine in one hand, and her mobile in the other, texting Charlie.

C U TONIGHT @ DA CLUB, LUV H X

Amy: What do you think you're doing?

Hayley: Having a break, I might be the landlord's daughter but I still have my rights...

Amy: I'm not on about that, I'm on about this!

Amy snatches the glass of wine off Hayley.

Hayley: Hey!

Amy: You shouldn't be drinking when you're pregnant with my child!

Hayley: No, MY child! MY pregnancy, you should be thankful you're getting this baby at all...

Amy stares at her in disbelief at how rude she is being.

Amy: Now listen here...

Hayley: No you listen, this baby is in on my terms, I do what I want, I drunk last night, and I'll drink tonight too!

Hayley snatches the wine back off Amy.

Hayley: Now go serve pints and leave me to the pregnancy lark you sterile old witch

Amy tries to swing for Hayley, but Hayley steps backwards, gesturing that Amy would be harming the baby. Amy gives Hayley a look of digust and storms off to serve a customer. Hayley sips at her wine with glee.

INT. ASHWORTH CASINO - DAY

The game is in it's final stages. The room is silent, all is tense. Chris holds a queens and ace, and sees 3 other cards of the same hand. He has a flush.

Player: I'll raise you 500...

Tom begins to sweat under pressure. He takes a moment to contemplate his next move, but pushes forward the 500.

Dealer: Show you're cards please gentlemen.

Tom puts down his cards.

Dealer: Flush

The other player puts down his cards, a king, jack and 10.

Dealer: Royal flush wins again...

Tom throws gets up in a huff, having lost. Ray comes up to him.

Ray: Not so cocky now are you?

Tom: Just leave me a minute Ray!

Ray: There will be plenty more moments like that...

Tom: You have to take the rough with the smooth...

Ray: 500 quid! That's nearly a week's wages! What's stopping you putting in your life assets, your house?

Tom: Just shut up mate, I can handle my gambling, it's not like I'm gonna become some addict over night!

Ray: I'm just saying...

Tom: Yeah well don't!

Tom storms out of the casino, furiated by his loss.

INT. SINGH'S HOUSE - NIGHT

Sanjita and Iqbal are snuggled up on the sofa, clearly in love. Andonis looks on from the other side of the room, playing on his PSP and given them looks of disaproval. All of a sudden the doorbell rings.

Sanjita: Would you get that son?

Andonis gets up, clealry annoyed at being disconvienced.

Andonis: Dya want me to fan you with a kipper whilst I'm up? :rolleyes:

Andonis opens the front door, Amy comes in.

Andonis: Amy?

Amy: It's Hayley...she's gone out clubbing with that bloomin Charlie Donagoon in Torquay!

Andonis: And!? Why should I give a damn about her, she made it perfectly clear that she wants nothing to do with me!

Amy: At this rate, the ammount she drinks will kill the poor baby before it's evern born!

Andonis: Look Amy...

Amy: Don't you even give a damn about the health of your unborn child?

Andonis: Of course I do!

Amy: Then go and find her and bring her back!

Andonis grabs his coat and leaves the house. Amy has a smug smile on her face, predicting trouble ahead for Hayley...

Hayley has Amy right where she wants her...great stuff!

I wonder when the abortion is going to come out (if she really did have it) and I am sure hayley is not going to listen to anyone

INT. TORQUAY NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT

Hayley and Charlie are stood by the bar, feeling the music and checking out the lads.

Hayley: Cor blimey, it's totty central here tonight aint it?

Charlie: Spoilt for choice...

Hayley: How about that one... (points) I think I might give the Hayley O Brian treatment :D

Hayley goes off towards the young lad, and begins to dance seductively with him. Charlie smiles, and drinks some of her drink. A man in his late twenties comes over to her, checking her out.

Charlie: Did you mom never tell you it's rude to stare? :p

Rodney: I can't help it, you're just so beautiful...

Charlie: (Laughs) That's got to be one of the worst chat up lines I've ever heard....

Rodney: It made you laugh though... so you alone?

Charlie: I came with a mate, but well...

Charlie gestures towards Hayley, who has her tounge down the throat of the lad she is dancing with. Rodney smiles.

Rodney: Small world, he's my mate...fancy a double date some time?

Charlie: You're not shy are you...

Rodney: I can tell you're new to this clubbing lark...you need to lighten up a bit

Charlie: Oh, and what d'ya suggest I do?

Rodney: Welll...this might help...

Rodney gets out a tissue, opens it out and picks up an ectasy tablet.

Rodney: Go on, it'll make you're night all the more enjoyable...

Charlie: How much?

Rodney: Don't worry, I'm sure we can sort out some kind of payment later :D

Charlie picks it up, and downs it with her drink, she smiles suggestively at Rodney, who thinks hes onto a winner...

INT. BELLAMY HOUSE - NIGHT

Jared is sat by the fireplace reading a book. Lauren and Will are sat watching some tv. The house phone rings, Will picks it up.

Will: Hello?... Yes, he's here, I'll just get him for you...

Jared puts his book down. Will hands Jared the phone.

Will: It's for you dad...

Jared: Hello? Jared Ashworth...(long silence) I understand... I'll be there straight away...goodbye.

Jared puts down the phone. He has turned as pale as a ghost, staring into the fireplace.

Lauren: Who was it?

Jared does not respond, he begins to breath heavily.

Lauren: Dad, what is it? You're scaring me...

Jared: It's you gran...she's passed away...

Will and Lauren look at each other in shock. Jared is close to tears, clearly emotional at this news.

INT. TORQUAY NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT

Charlie is dancing crazily to the music with Rodney, the tablet has clearly given her a burst of energy.

Charlie: This feels amazing! Wow! I feel so alive!

Rodney: There's plently more where that came from...if you do me a favour...

Charlie: Like what?

Rodeny leans in for a kiss, Charlie grabs his head and begins to snog him. The camer cuts to the entrance, where Andonis storms into the club, he looks around for Hayley.

Hayley is on the dancefloor snogging the lad. Andonis storms over and pulls them apart.

Lad: Hey! What the hell are you doing!? (To Hayley) Do you know this idiot!?

Hayley knods.

Andonis: What the hell do you think you're doing Hayley!?

Hayley: Dancing, what does it look like!? :rolleyes:

Andonis: Don't you think you should be taking it easy!?

Hayley: Oh get lost Andonis! You don't own me!

Andonis: But Hayley!

Lad: You heard her mate, piss off!

Andonis: No! How about you back off! She's not your type!

Lad: What do you mean!?

Andonis: She's pregnant, with my baby!

The lad looks at Hayley in disgust and walks off. Hayley gives Andonis a killer look, enraged by what he has just said...

INT. PRIVATE MENTAL INSTITUTION - NIGHT

Jared is sat down in the managers office, where the manager is talking to him about Gillian's death.

Manager: Needless to say Mr Ashworth our sympathies are with you and your family at this time..

Jared: Thank you, but I'd like to know...how it happened...

Manager: Your mother went for a walk earlier this evenning and fell down the staircase...

Jared: Went for a walk!? She never leaves her seat in that recreation hall!

Manager: We had been having problems with her all day, she had taken a turn from the worse, kept shouting out...

Jared: Why? I don't understand...

Manager: We consorted with the doctor and he seemed to think that you're mothers mental disorder had been getting progressivley worse...

Jared: So why the hell did you let her off on her own, knowing she's in this kind of state!?

Manager: A nurse what just going to get her medication, we cant keep an eye on all of patients every second of the day Mr Ashworth...

Jared: This wont do! Expect to be hearing from my lawyers!

Jared gets up and grabs the box filled his mothers belongings. He walks out of the office and towards the exit. Jared is shaking with a mixture of sadness and anger, he gets out his phone and dials Hilary's number.

Jared:(Serious)... Hilary...we need to meet...now

uh oh.. what is Charlie getting herself into with that guy!! and I wonder if Hayley will tell andonis that she doesn't have a baby anymore

INT. BELLAMY HOUSE - NIGHT

Jared is stood by the fireplace, staring into the mirror above the mantelpeice, a tear rolls down his face. Hilary comes into the room, looking flustered.

Hilary: I'm sorry I only just got your message...

Jared turns around, and bursts into tears. He collapses onto her, she grabs hold of him, concerned.

Hilary: What's up!? Eh? Why the tears!?

Jared: Mom's died!

Hilary: Oh Jared, I'm so sorry...how?

Jared lets go, and whipes the tears from his face.

Jared: Had another one of her mental episodes...and we all know whose fault it is!

Hilary: The institutes?

Jared: No! Richard bloody Taylor of course!

Hilary: Come now Jared, even I have to admit that's a bit farfetched...

Jared: I don't care! It's becuase of what he did to this family that drove mom into that state! That man killed my father, and my mother! And i swear to god he's going to pay the price for it...and you're going to help me...

Hilary looks at Jared, slightly disturbed. Jared has a look of deadly revenge on his face.

INT. TORQUAY NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT

Andonis: She's pregnant, with my baby!

The lad looks at Hayley in disgust and walks off. Hayley gives Andonis a killer look, enraged by what he has just said...

Hayley: What the hell do you think you're doing!?

Andonis: Stopping you from making a big mistake!

Hayley: Who gave you the right to judge what I can and can't do!? and why are you even bothered about me!

Andonis: I'm not if you must know, Amy told me to!

Hayley: Amy, oh why I am not suprised :rolleyes:

Andonis: They care about you Hayley, they dont want to see you in this state!

Hayley: They don't care about me, they just care about this baby!

Andonis: Yeah well, maybe you should start too! Come on, I'm taking you home!

Hayley: I'll come home when I'm good and ready!

Andonis: Fine, but if I dont, your dad will...

Hayley: Fine! :rolleyes: (shouts over to Charlie) Come on Char, we're off!

The camera cuts to Charlie, who is snogging Rodney.

Charlie: Look's like my cue to leave...

Rodney: Ah, just as we were getting started...

Charlie: Don't worry, look...give me your number...

Rodney writes it down and hands it to her, with a packet of Es. She gives him a peck on the cheek and runs off to catch up with Hayley and Andonis.

INT. BELLAMY HOUSE - NIGHT

Hilary and Jared are sat down. Jared is shaking with anger, Hilary is calm and collected, as she lights a cigarette.

Hilary: So what do you want me to do?

Jared: Whatever it takes...I want that man to really suffer, I want his whole bloody family to suffer... I want the Taylors to witness at first hand what us Ashworth's have had to suffer for the past thirty years!

Hilary: And how exactly do you propose I do that? :rolleyes:

Jared: I want you to help me turn him mad...I wont stop until that man is locked up in one of those dreaded care homes, soiling himself and not remembering who he is! He needs to know what hell mom has been through ever since he played that wicked trick on my family!

Jared speaks with such anger, that Hilary is slightly disturbed.

Jared: If there's one thing I do before I die Hilary, it's to avenge my parents' death...

INT. ANDONIS' CAR - NIGHT

Andonis and Hayley are sat in the front seats arguing like cat and dog. Charlie is sat in the back, none of them are wearing seatbelts. Andonis continually keeps taking his eyes off the road to argue with Hayley.

Hayley: You know I used to think you were alright, but now...I think you're a ****...

Andonis: Sticks and stones Hayley!

Hayley: Yeah well maybe I wouldn't have the need to if you stopped acting like some...

Andonis: Some what!?

Hayley: Love sick puppy!

Andonis: Yeah, you wish!

Hayley: Just get over it! Emma dont want you! I dont want you...and if every woman in Devon had any sense they wouldn't want you either!

Andonis: Oh just go to hell!

Charlie: (Screams) Car!

Andonis quickly looks ahead, a car is coming directly towards them, Andonis quickly swerves to avoid it. But the car ends up falling onto it's side.

The three of them scream as the car begins to fall down an embankment...

Blimey evreything is happening so fast but im loving it.

Woah!!! I hope they are alright but this give Hayley the perfect excuse to say she lost the baby.... and will the police find the drugs on Charlie??? Excellent work Bry!!

EXT. DEVON ROADS/EMBANKMENT - NIGHT

Andonis quickly looks ahead, a car is coming directly towards them, Andonis quickly swerves to avoid it. But the car ends up falling onto it's side.

The three of them scream as the car begins to fall down an embankment...

The car speeds down the embankment, turning and turning, as the car takes a severe bashing. The car eventually comes to a stop, crashing into a tree.

INTERCUT:

INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT

The scene cuts to Tanya at Jenkins Manor. She comes up the staircase shouting out for Charlie, clearly disatisfied at the inconvienance of having to do so.

Tanya: Charlie! Charlie! Why don't you answer me when I'm talking to you! Your dinner's been on the table for ten minutes!

Tanya knocks on Charlie's bedroom door before entering. She switches on the light, and looks around curiously.

Tanya: Charlie?

Tanya sees the bed in a state, and tied up bed sheets hanging out the window.

Tanya: (To self) Oh for Christ's sake...

Tanya gets out her phone and dials Charlie's number.

INTERCUT:

EXT. DEVON ROADS/EMBANKMENT - NIGHT

The car is smashed up against a tree. Smoke is coming out, the windows are smashed. Charlie's mobile phone rings. The camera cuts between shots of each of them: all in a serious condition...

INT. BACHELOR BOYS' HOUSE - NIGHT

Emma is curled up to Tom on the sofa, watching TV. Tom is sat reading the local newspaper.

Tom: Hey look babe, theres an add for a two bedroomed apartment in Torquay, new development overlooking the seafront...

Emma: And?

Tom: Well, do you reckon we should go for it?

Emma: Are you having a laugh or something? There's no way that we can earn that kind of money!

Tom: I have quite a bit stashed away in the bank from the sale of nan's house...

Emma: That wont cover the price of one these places, they are for the rich babe, and rich is one thing we aint...

EXT. DEVON ROADS/EMBANKMENT - NIGHT

Charlie's phone continues to ring. She begins to stir, battered and bruised. The phone stops ringing.

A driver from one of the cars on the road rushes down the embankment to help them.

Driver: Is anyone concious in there!?

Charlie: Yeah! Help us! Please!

The driver tries to open the door, but it is jammed shut.

Driver: I can't open the door!

Charlie: Smash the window in!

The driver stumbles off to find something to break the window with. He returns with a rock and throws it into the window, smashing it.

Driver: Here! Take my hand!

Charlie grabs hold of him as he pulls her out, she coughs with the amount of smoke billowing out of the car.

Driver: Are there others?

Charlie: Yeah! Two in the front! You gotta save them!

The driver tries and pushes the car onto it's wheels to get them out. Charlie staggers through her pockets to find her phone. Nervously she dials 999.

Charlie: Hello...an ambulance please...it's my friends they've had a car crash!... Erm just outside of Baymoore! Hurry, please quick, they are bleeding badly!

Charlie shakes with fear, nervous that they wont pull through...

INT. KYLE'S FLAT - DAY

Ruby and Kyle enter the flat carrying boxes.

Ruby: Wow, I can't actually believe that I'm moving in :D

Kyle: It's great aint it? Why waist time courting, we know it's serious so let's just skip a few stages...

Ruby: This is like a dream come true...

Kyle is looking trough Ruby's things, he finds a certifcate for an A Level in Accountancy.

Kyle: You never told me you'd done accountancy...

Ruby: Oh it's nothing honestly...

Kyle: Well it's more than I ever got

Ruby: Dad made me do it, imagined I'd be doing the books for my corner shop owning husband in the future :rolleyes: Hated the subject...

Kyle: Well it looks like you did well in it...hey, why don't you help me with it all...

Ruby: I'm your girlfriend babe, not you're accountant...

Kyle: Of course you are...but well I want you to be my partner in the club, and doing the books from time to time wouldn't harm would it?

Ruby: Oh my god, partner? :D

Kyle: Yeah, i want us to have a future, before we get bogged down in marraige and all that rubbish, it would be great if we worked together professionally.

Ruby: This is brilliant babe! Oh my god, I'm so pleased! :D

Ruby jumps into Kyle's arm. He hugs her. She has a beaming smile on her face, Kyle has a shifty look on his face...

EXT. DEVON ROAD/EMBANKMENT - NIGHT

Hayley is helped up the hill by the other driver, a protective sheet over her. The parademics are wheeling Andonis and Hayley's stretchers into the ambulances.

Driver: Are you sure you're okay?

Charlie: Yeah, I'll be fine...

Driver: You make sure you get yourself checked out...

Charlie's phone rings, Tanya is calling once more.

Tanya: Charlie! Where the hell are you!?

Charlie: (Emotional) Oh thank god Aunty Tan...

Tanya: (Concerned) Is everything okay?

Charlie: No...we've been in an accident...

Tanya: Oh my god, are you okay!?

Charlie: Yeah I'm ok, we're going to the hospital now...

Tanya: I'll meet you there, what about the others?

Charlie: I don't know Aunty Tan, they are looking in a bad way...

Charlie looks on, concerned, as the parademics close the doors to the two ambulances and speed off to the hospital...

INT. DANIEL'S NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT

Claire is at the bar, chatting to Ruby who is behind the bar.

Claire: I must say this place is swanky, Kyle's got a great place here...

Ruby: "We" have a great place...

Claire: Eh?

Ruby: Kyle's said he wants me to be an equal partner in the club! He's gonna get it all done with the lawyers! :D

Claire: Wow how great is that!? Congrats babe!

Ruby: I couldn't believe it when he told me, it's all going so well, moving in to his flat, and now this place...

Claire: Yeah but you want to be careful Rube', Kyle is trouble, you only have to ask Vicky to find that out...

Ruby: He's a changed man Claire, honestly I was sceptical at first, but he's so kind and considerate... I think he might even love me...

Kyle: Love? Next you'll be wanting me to marry you :D

Kyle comes up behind Ruby and kisses her neck. She turns round and kisses him.

Claire: Well I'm happy for the pair of you. :)

Kyle: (To Ruby) Can you come out the back to sign some papers babe?

Ruby: Sure thing :D

Ruby and Kyle head off, Ruby gives Claire a big grin, to show her hapiness. Claire gives a breif smile at the loved up couple.

INT. BACHELOR BOYS' HOUSE - NIGHT

Tom: I'm serious babe, this could get us the money we need for a flat...

Emma: For god's sake Tom, you can't just risk all your inheritance on a game of cards!

Tom: But it's for our future...

Emma: I don't care what it's for Tom, it's a crazy idea!

Tom: Yeah but the stretch of luck I've had recently, I'll win it babe...

Emma: Yeah, and what if you don't?

Tom: Honestly Emma, stop being so pessamistic, I wont bet if I don't think I can win..., but just think of all that money we could win...

Emma: "Could" being the word...

Tom: Just you see, it will all work out for the best, trust me...

Tom is beaming with confidence, Emma is not so sure.
