So Jacqui has finally find of about Carmel and Alex, was looking forward to this, at least they haven't dragged it on for longer than the other soaps usually do. So where does this leave the troubled couple now? Some great acting from Jacqui and Carmel.
It really was. I love Jacqui shes so vile. Carmels great too.
Im liking Sony much more now hes with Michaela.
A disappointing week in Hollyoaks. The climax of the Will story failed to meet my expectations, a daft little struggle on the roof and thats it  :thumbsdow I hope there's another twist or something. Zak has been quite good though. Don't like Warren's sister.. can't take to her at all, her voice puts me right off. Sonny and Michaela still a bit boring. Rest of the McQueens - (Myra especially) fabulous as ever :)
I agree about the climax to the Will storyline Chris, i thought it could have been a lot more explosive and dramatic than it was. It was nothing really that exciting, and for a storyline that has dragged on for a little while, i was hoping for something a bit better. I did like it when he was being interviewed by the psychiatrist though, and how he was trying to turn things on Zoe. I thought Zoe leaving was very sudden and abrupt.
Spoiler:
I actually really like Sonny and Michaela together, they make a good couple.
I thought it was a bit abrupt of her to leave so soon. Its a bit silly.
Michaela and Sonny getting arrested by Calvin was brilliant.
Plus i want a brother like Warren.
Last night was hilarious with Myra getting the wrong end of the stick about JP and Alexander :rotfl: shes so funny :rotfl:
Anyone get the feeling Nancy's heading for some sort of breakdown?
Yep i think that, she has been heading for one for quite some time now
she's certainly getting desperate about the pills, that Wayne always has been a bad one.
How mental is craig going.
Clare is unbelievable  That girl has no shame!
Claire is becoming so evil...she is so manipulative.
im loving the scenes with the mcqueens. Jacqui is absolutly brilliant, when she was shouting at Tony the other night. Also Small Fortune !!!
I cannot stan the whole Justin Katy storyline, its so irritating. Its like i love you i hate you, oh dear Warrens back. Who cares.
I'm loving the Amy and Josh on the run storyline. The ashworths and the Barnes fighting is brilliant. I love it when they argue. Rhys and Mike.
I see old tart's back on the scene. well I suppose it had to happen sometime. I usually hate the Barnes but thought they were quite good last night with the Ashworths. First bit of decent drama i've seen in Hollyoaks for a while. Rhys needs a good a battering if you ask me, he gets right on my wick. Agree with you Katy about Justin and Katy, i mean who wants to watch these two snogging the face off each other while your eating your tea. yuck
Can I just add I thought Carmel was brilliant last week in the scenes with Jacqui and Aleksander saying how she thought she wasn't pretty enough and how she was the dumb one of the family etc. I thought she pulled off some good emotion and I actually really felt for her there.
i agree chris completley about Carmel, she's becomming one of my favourite characters. I think Ryhs should have been battered along time ago. They would be plenty of people wanting to do it.
Also Amy and Josh in that house with that Junkie was brilliant. I think maybe that will send them home.
I really thought the scenes with Amy and Josh were great!
Great episode tonight. Mercedes is hilarious, trying to get a bit of compo again :rotfl:
that was brilliant, legging it out of the wedding shop. Mercedes and Dannii were brilliant. Russ face was a picture.
What a suprise Nevs brothers dying, why couldnt we have something a bit more origional. Although, maybe it will make Rhys change his party ways.
Wedding shop scenes were hilarious with them all running down the high street. I was in stitches with Carmel, "this didn't happen in Pretty Women did it?" Classic! :D
Tonight's was great too. Couldn't stop laughing at Dannii walking out the McQueens covered in dinner :rotfl: Craig ought to be ashamed of himself using JP like that, Myra was hilarious at the juice place. Fab stuff yet again from Hollyoaks!
Myra getting barred from Mobs was brilliant. Me htink s SUzanne likes Noel more than shes letting on.
Craig is so using him. Its so out of order. I like John Paul.
Think Hannahs about to be knocked over the edge.
A decent episode last night. Loved everything about it and none of the scenes bored me in any way possible.
First of all, the John Paul and Craig stuff was as fantastic as usual. The chemistry between this pair are fantastic. John Paul and Spike lack chemistry in my opinion so their date scene, i felt was pretty weak but the Craig and John Paul scenes were superb. I loved John Paul and Craig's scenes up in the flat above the pub. Craig was clearly trying to let out how he really felt and tried to come to terms with what he was feeling, and he finally did tonight. The scene with them both in the bedroom near the end was fiery, and this whole episode was the climax to them sleeping together again. Fantastic acting from James Sutton and Guy Burnet. When Craig left the bedroom at the end, it looked like he accepted how he was really feeling.
I also enjoyed the Hannah stuff as her storyline is slowly starting to come to the forefront. She obviously hates the way she looks and is clearly very depressed about herself. She really does need help and support as she is starting to get in quite a depressive state but Suzanne is too upset over what's happening with Noel, so is dismissing her daughter and not giving her enough attention. I really liked the scene between Hannah and Myra though. Myra said some really kind words to Hannah, but unfortunately, i don't think this stops her from feeling the way she feels. I have the feeling that the actress playing Hannah will do this storyline justice, it's already becoming quite agonising to watch.
The Mercedes/Dannii/Russ storyline, I also liked watching. Mercedes showed her insecure and jealous side, by detesting over Dannii and Russ talking about their past. Mercedes suffered a moment of anger as her jealousy boiled over and she chucked lasagne all over Dannii's head! She clearly regretted it though as Russ and Dannii left and Mercedes now thinks she has lost him forever. It's nice that Myra was there to comfort her at the end.
It was nice that Max and OB were opening their business too. Obviously, this nice and happy scene had to be wrecked by Claire's arrival and her demand for money - Claire is such a bitch - what do Max and OB owe her?! Claire thinks she can make a victim out of both of them as she did before, but i hope she is proved wrong this time and Max and OB refuse to give her money!
A fantastic episode yesterday.
10/10
ive gottta admit susanne has never really done anything but what she does tonight to save her son is quite impressive, never had her down for blackmail though good on you.
Hollyoaks is in good shape at the moment, enjoying all the stuff with the Ashworths, they now finally feel like part of the show at last! Gobsmacked by the acting from Rhys, he's actually not that bad afterall  They really need to tone Suzanne down a bit though, the actress is wayyy too OTT sometimes.
i agree, they certainly have some good storylines at the minute. Im loving there storylines.
I really really hate what they've done to Mike, he's getting worse than his other half now. The stuff with Warren & Clare made the episode for me. When it was on my mam said to me "she wants to watch her back her" I said yeah your right there
iknow what you mean about Mike, hes completley changed since his little knock on the head. And not for the better. I also agree about CLaire i think shes brilliant. Its the constant phonecalling to grass people up. WArren had me in stitches when he was a bout to leave and they arrested him again, YOURE HAVING A LAUGH aret you. Kicking and screaming like a baby. It was great.
I have seen the advert and next week looks brilliant. its definitely going to be the one to watch
What an amazing episode!
Clare has really sunk to new depths, that scene when she told Tom his germs killed Baby Grace and his Mommy and Daddy almost had me in tears (no exaggerations)
That is just pure evil! That scene has really sickened me, god I hate Claire even more now!
How fab was little Ellis in this episode? And Rachel Jordache from Brookie haha!
Hollyoaks is absoultey amazing at the moment!
I nearly cried too. It was just so sad when Tom was taken. :(
in the last week clare has been at her worst, thanks to her max has lost tom, louise and calvin have split , warren was held for murder of sean, she rubbed ob up the wrong way by saying if it wasnt for her mel and her sister would still be alive,
so the real question is: WHO REALLY DID IT
Louise looks pretty sorry for herself, she really cannot remember what happened that night. Clare finally getting a taste of her own medicine, when Max arrived it was a bit like Role reversal.
I really couldn't care about Sarah and her modelling career at the moment.
I think the stuff with Louise is good though. I think Roxanne McKee acted out her scenes really well yesterday when she was in the street confessing to Calvin she didn't know if she pushed Claire or not.
Nana McQueen seems like a colourful character, i loved the way she flirted with Russ at the Dog, then seen him at the McQueens afterwards. I hope she stays in Hollyoaks as she'll be a good older cast member.
I agree with chris, i was totally bored of drunk pathetic scene!
Shame because sometime she seems she can act really well!
Loved the Clare and max scenes, about time he paid her back!
I thought it was an average episode today.
The student stuff didn't really hold my interest but I think that Gilly and Jess get along well together. I liked how Gilly comforted Jess over her money worries and I think a romance could possibly be on the cards for them? Darren/Zak stuff was ok. I liked how Darren seemed to show some care towards Zak, as he didn't want to hurt him if he started dating Zoe. It was quite nice at the end when he said that Zoe wasn't his type and decided to stick being best mates with Zak, instead of causing a rift between them if he started going out with Zoe.
The Tom/Max stuff were the best parts of the episode. It was great to see them both finally reunited and it was refreshing that Claire decided to tell the truth for a change instead of lie. Her confrontation with Max at the end made good viewing and it was nice to see Max stand up to Claire and show that he was no longer scared of her.
The Louise/Warren scene was good. I liked how Warren tried to keep up Louise's spirits by saying that she didn't have it in her to push Claire and how he would say that he did it, if she confessed to pushing Claire.
i agree about Louise as well Chris i cant stick her tearless crying. Loving Nana McQueen.
I have started watching recently a fair few weeks ago, on and off. Can I just ask, where is Amy's baby? (Hope I got the right character name here lol) Thanks x
Really liked tonight's episode. Darren and Zoe are great together in my opinion and i found their date quite funny especially when Darren's watch fell in his glass of wine! :D
I really don't like Mercedes but i found it funny when Mercedes threw a glass of drink over her and Nicole was gonna get back at her but threw her's over Darren. :D
Calvin/Warren scene was good but i find it hard to believe that Calvin would sacrifice his job just to make sure Warren stays behind bars.
Oh and it's great to see Fletch again after such a long time! He looks really different as well from when i last seen him!
