It does say she is eventually forced to hand him over so I do wonder. Although Moira doesn't have any rights either. So why would she and Cain have any more say than Emma, James or Ross? I have no idea how it all works though. Does Debbie get to decide where he stays and it has to stick legally? Or can Emma and Ross fight this and get a test done or something to prove he is the dad? Unless the easy way is getting Charity to put him on the birth certificate although I wouldn't have though she would be so willing to do thatQuote:

He will be heartbroken when she goes but it will be good to see him on his own for a bit again. Hopefully get some more scenes with Finn.
