I would sooner she end up with the clap and pass it on to Adam.

So what has Paul got to do with Rufus? Apart from stealing the car. A fairly decent episode with plenty cracking off.
Poor Rufus. He was far too greedy
Dee Dee would not have been allowed to wear those huge earrings in court ... :p
of course sarah now decides to stop her pill and ride adam
I do not know much about the contraceptive pill, but I believe it is unlikely that a woman would get pregnant immediately after stopping taking it. If she had not said to Adam that she was not going to take it that night, they could have written the story as she had forgotten to take it the night she slept with Adam. And it was not too late for the morning after pill. Pretty slack writing.
sarah's two kids weren't planned even if she was on the pill when with other bad boy callum, adam will be in his love bubble thinking he is going be a real daddy until damon affair comes out, it's fairly obvious where the story is going, which is poor slack writing, just look at the impotence stephen storyline
I agree but then again I am surprised that she was working in America and can just come over to the UK and start work as a Barrister. The whole story is nonsensical. As for just suddenly finding out about the delay in the police logging the drugs into their store this is more crap. The first thing a real barrister would have done was to check continuity of the evidence from the time of arrest to confirmation they were drugs to preparing evidence for court. It's the Drug squad we are talking about not some everyday copper.
i meant incompetence in my above post
Oh dear. Now it's Roy's turn to be made to look like an idiot with a ridiculous storyline. It's bad enough doing this to any character, but leave our Roy alone!
P.S. Has Shona recovered now from her mental problems? When? How? Why?
CS is getting more like a Yanky Soap Opera. Nothing normal or believable about this show nowadays, as highly enjoyable as part of this is, in the long run will do the show more harm than good. The flash back scenes were so not Corrie. I thought Jon Sen was bad at EastEnders but Iain MacLeod has nothing on him at Corrie.
If Rufus knew that Stephen made a habit of spiking drinks he would have been more careful.
Oh Wait...................
That's a very good point - so obvious that I missed it completely.
No doubt following on from her success getting Damon acquitted, Dee Dee will spot this flaw when she represents Stephen in court at some point in the far distant future, and get him off, claiming Rufus didn't take adequate precautions when drinking with a mass murderer.
Do I get the job as a scriptwriter?
Is Dee-Dee Adam's employee or partner in the law firm? Adam will find out about her knowing about Sarah's fling with Damon and that will cause problems, could she lose her job as employee? We have never been told where she qualified as lawyer, might have been in UK, she might have been working in LA for an international company advising on English law, she was in Brussels on a conference when she was expected to come to Ed's 55th birthday a couple of years ago so that could explain that she is qualified to work in UK.
Post Mortem ?
I wonder if they might conclude Rufus drowned due to the LSD overdose?
I'm only saying that because the symptoms Carla had (and Stephen too when he accidentality drank Carla's laced drink), seemed to render them unable to function normally.
Could it be concluded Rufus fell in the pool and was unable to climb out, being incapable? It's purely a question, as I don't know.
stephen's tie pin which sean commented on will be found
I can't see any residents of Coronation street objecting to having a nightclub at the bottom of the street.
There was a petition to have all the cars removed that were causing air pollution on Coronation Street .. since then all cars are no longer seen :D .. surely the visitors to the nightclub will cause this again, either by using their own cars or using taxis???
