Hope Lachlan next victim is Liv most pointless character after Aaron. Hoping once weddings out the way Ryan gets better storyline's since he got with Aaron its been rubbish

aaron and liv ok with joe and debbie now, no acknowledgement

I’ve just about had enough. Hardly any Robert in the episode and we can’t even get a scene in the pub with Roblivion, we get Aaron, Liv & her. Give me strength.:wall::wall::wall::angry:

Personal opinion. The actor playing Ryan is a more professsional, talented and entertaining person to watch than some other people I can think of.

That was unbelievable. How could the writers forget what part Joe played in getting Liv imprisoned? And I use the word 'forget' deliberately because I'm nearly certain that is the case.

So that’s the last we see of Robert this week.:(

Apart from the Ryan & Charity scenes and the very brief Robron & Liv scenes I thought the rest of that did not deserve an hour episode. Too much PD & Debbiedale. :nono:

Agreed, for sure. He put in a fine performance tonight and so did Emma Atkins. Well done to her.

I'm not happy at how little Robron content we had tonight compared to all that Debbie/Ross nonsense. However, the Charity story line saved the double episode for me.

yea Liv could have just had a sleepover for all they made of it although brief as it was robron were quite coupley in those little scenes

Hi Micheal no more Robron this week just Aaron +LIv and no Rob at Gerry`s funerel either which is bit silly and really poor writing on who ever writes this weeks eps and i bet PD will prob be there well of course Rob would be there yeah or mybe they filmed it when Ryan went on for his hols yeah or mybe we could even get a mention or two and of course Rob will be there of screen at the mill with Aaron yeah so we might have a 2 break from next week to allow for when DannRyan had there hol yeah but hold on in there i bet we get a 2nd propsual from either from Robron soon yeah

I did laugh at Aaron calling Robert 'tubby' for wanting one of the doughnuts. I also adored the Doug/Liv hug.

That was funny. It is a shame though that the only thing we can remark about Robert from this episode is his liking for doughnuts. That hug was very touching, it’s a shame Diane wasn’t a bit more demonstrative too.

I know it was mentioned on another site when finn died but here the whole village and all around would be at the funeral but someone explained that in England you have to be invited

hope we see any proposal :wub: cos don't want it to happen out of sight and I think i'd like it if it was Aaron asking this time but I don't really mind which does as long as it happens :love:

I don’t know about other parts of the country but up here in the North unless it’s a Private Family Only funeral, anyone can attend without an invitation.

I too hope we see Aaron propose this time on screen, it would bring the whole thing around full circle. Maybe they could celebrate their engagement with doughnuts, that would well and truly seal the deal for Robert. :wub:

Morning fellow Robroners lets make the most of one part of Robron this week still say its poor writing and shame on who wrote this weeks eps and Rob would most certainly be at the funneral but it be that Ryan was on his hols when they filmed it i bet we some mention where he is yeah he there for Aaron of screen at the Mill and we have no Robron for the next 2 weeks to make way for Danny+Ryan hols but no doubt we lots more to come over teh next few months and the most exciting thing our Robron wedding and all lead up to it and the second propsual Robron forever:heart::heart:

Vanessa is becoming more and more annoying - it’s Ryan’s decision what he does, I can see her causing a row between herself and Charity if she pushes him too far. It’s totally up to Ryan and Charity how they carry on. :nono:

Evening Matty - there’s nothing strange about that at all. I often listen to theme tunes from old tv programmes. There have been some very good ones over the years. It’s also a god thing to know if you’re ever at a quiz night, very useful.:cheer:

hope this isn't taken the wrong way and prob wouldn't say it on another site but its great that ed will have a new trans actor and i'm sure he will be great but just worry a bit that ed rushing to get issue sls so to outdo other soaps but after initial impact won't follow them through properly

I totally agree with you. ED do have a habit lately of bringing in big issues/serious subject storylines and then after the first reveal of them they aren’t followed through completely. Something such as trans is literally a life changing subject and needs to be handled with the respect that it deserves for those involved.

Emmerdale tick another politically correct box ... boldly promoting diversity in their characters and their story lines. Nothing wrong with that. I just hope that they do a transgender character, and the issues that they will face and which Emmerdale will exploit, a lot more justice than they did to the acid attack character and their issues, the bisexual character and their issues, the gay couple and their problems, the merntally ill characters and their issues, drug abusers and their issues, and so on and so forth.

Hi Fans just bored now watching some are you being serverd on gold and later on DRama and then will watch Hi-Di-Hi to after ED there no Lewis on itv3 tonigt or endvour either so its all the comedy eps to watch oh what a exciting life i lead:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

hi Don oh was it ? not into watching Vera tbh might just watch some old Dr WHO yeah its just a pity that ITV 3 dont put some old eps of ED like they with Corrie i wouldnt mind watching some old eps of Emmerdale they years ago with the soap ch they showed Emmerdale Farm from the start

Hi - yeah a lot of Vera done just down the road from me. They get the accent right as well. I’ve thought that about ITV3 that it’s a shame that they don’t do Classic episodes of ED - it would let people see what the original characters and storylines were like.:thumbsup:

Hi been listening to some ls soap theme`s crossroads yeah the sliding credits was the best and Ed tune was catchy

Hi Everybody its just a shame Rob `s wastnt there to help Liv with her maths homework our Rob is great at that sort of stuff yeah and i wonder if gerry`s uncle have come arcoss something or that phone converstion that Gerry had with lacklan yeah well it seems the poilce in Emmerdale are rubbish agan as per usual

What was the point of that PD scene - it wasn’t essential to the plot, they really are just making her into a standing joke now, there’s nothing else they can find for her to do. I still think it’s ridiculous that she has such problems with remembering things and yet working behind a bar is thought to be a good idea.

Don’t like that Charity drunken phone call to Ryan - very insensitive for somebody with the condition that he has - do not think there was any need for something like that to be included in the storyline.

Lovely scenes with Aaron & Liv - it is a shame, as Matty said earlier on here, that Robert wasn’t there to help with Livs maths homework or even warranted a mention that he’d help. No reference at all as to where he was today.
