Stephen is a bit like Stape. He also never set out to be a murderer.

Are the nurses in Weatherfield on strike.
Rufus has just suffered a heart attack, looks like he is in a critical care ward and he is left unsupervised while anyone can just walk in off the street unchallenged.
What went wrong in Brian's flat, it's the first I've heard of it. How can it need rewiring, it is not as old as the houses on the other side of the street.
Other electricians must be available. I am shocked that Brian isn't insured
Brian and his homies? - How cringe - Not even Brian could be this cringe. - Time to try another Primary School.
I am rapidly approaching the point where, for the sake of my own mental well-being, I shall have to stop watching Corrie. I really cannot fathom why, for some obscure reason known only to themselves, the producers and scriptwriters have decided to make Stephen the new star of Corrie with his hopeless acting and his beyond ridiculous storylines.
It might be of some saving grace if the other storylines were worth watching, but then along comes Brian. Dear oh dear!
Postscript: I have just been reading the Corrie Facebook page and there are so many people saying they won't be watching Corrie any more until Stephen goes. And yet we know he is here until at least Christmas. I hope the Corrie producers are happy that they are driving viewers away in droves.
Poor Carla, I wonder if Peter will be Carla's saviour, he is fishy about Stephen.
I'm with you in this Parkerman. He cannot act his way out of a paper bag. The pitiful scripts do not help matters either. In all the forums I haven't heard anyone complimenting the Producers or praising the story line. If viewers do quit it will be very hard to get them back.
I have completely lost track of the details of Stephen's business affairs. Does he still have a factory in Milan and /or Canada or did he go bust? Do people on the street still think he has these assets? Did Gabriella take it all from him? Did Elaine actually lend him money in the end? I just want this story to end, not just because it is nonsense, but for no other reason, than I do not understand it, and have no idea what is going on.
Why is Carla keeping him on? Why does she not send him packing and I don't mean boxes of underwear.... I agree, we have had serial killers on the street already but they were far better storylines and far far better actors portraying them. The production team have made a big mistake making this ridiculous storyline last to the end of the year. :wall:
As if I did not have enough unanswered questions without you raising more. - Good quip about packing boxes of underwear - liked that one.
How many more will he murder before Christmas? The only way he can get found out is if Leo's or Teddy's bodies are found or if he is caught in the act when he tries to do something and it goes badly wrong.
Should it not occur to Peter that Carla should see a doctor given her medical history?
Although the evil Stephen drugged her Carla knew she was unfit to drive but instead of accepting a lift or going in a hire car, she thought she would ignore all advice and drive anyway. She is lucky that Craig was not about.
I feel sorrey about the people who put their money on the collection plate to fund the non activities of the sex mad arch deacon.
The lenient judge forgot to condemn the poor parenting of the prisoner in front of him.
Is Adam Barlow so desperate for work that he chooses to represent someone who seriously wounded one of his employees?
By the way Platt, Max's mother turned in her grave when you married the mother of her killer.
Hardly worth Zeedan returning. :(
Is LSD tasteless? I would imagine that the coffee tastes weird?
I managed to get through my recorded version of last night's Corrie in just under 30 mins - fast forwarded all scenes with Stephen and Brian (plus the adverts of course). This will now be my preferred method of viewing Corrie.
LSD alters your perception so altho' Carla may have seemed to have known she was unfit to drive, when she was under the influence of the drug she could not be expected to behave in the way she would if she was not. I have never taken LSD myself but I have been in the company of others that have, and it was obvious that their understanding of reality at the time was very different from mine. Talking to them afterwards sometimes they were unaware of my presence at the time. So it is hard to know what Carla is aware of or her understanding of it.
Personally I think it was Craig who was lucky, think of all the paperwork he has avoided.
Billy comes across as a sex pest in a collar.
Is the drugs thing in the Bistro over now.
