INT. LESUIRE CENTRE - WINEBARHOLIDAY - Day
Tanya walks into the new winebar in the Lesuire Centre. She walks over to the Bar, and sees Michelle and Callumn getting to grips with the place..
Tanya: Great to see you guys getting sorted in this place!
Michelle: I know... I totally didn't expect any of this.
Callumn: Its a great oppotunity for the both of us to make a go of it.
Michelle: Working together as well, its perfect :)
Callumn: All day everyday :D
Callumn kisses her on the cheak. Tanya coughs quietly.
Tanya: As they say, the future is bright. Not just for Dad, but for all of us.

Natasha walks out of the shop, fuming. Val runs over...
Val: Is it true!?
Natasha nods...
Val: But... How could they!? You saw him!
Natasha: I know, i know. We need to get everyone to rally around us..
Val: And drive him out of here? Hell bleedin' yeah!

INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - DAY
The is packed with many of the local residents, who are making plackard and banners for their protest. Patrick walks in and sees the chaos that is going on.
Patrick: What the...?
Amy: Val's gathered everyone up, we're making banners for our protest...
Patrick looks around like everyone's lost the plot.
Patrick: Protest for what?
Amy: To make Kash pay...ha ha, pay, cash, that's a pun...
Amy nervously laughs, trying to amuse Patrick who is clearly angered at everyone hogging up his pub.
VaL: Come on everyone, get working on these, every minute we're not out on the street is another minute that rapist is breathing the same air as us!
Tom: Don't you think this a bit...extreme Val?
Val: No way! He raped my Emma, and poor Sanjita..
Natasha: And put me in a ruddy coma!
Romeo: Yeah but the police did let him go...
Natasha: I know what I saw, he did it, and as good as admitted it ealirier!
Chris: Yeah but innocent until...
Claire: Shut it Chris!
Val: Listen up everyone, we have to stand united here! We can't let that...monster get away with with he's done, it could just have easily been your wives...daughters..sisters...moms... if he's already raped people, what's stopping him doing it again!?
Some look guilty at questioning Val's motives.
Val: By the end of today we want this scumbag out of Baymoore!
Everyone cheers, as they grab their banners/plackards and head out onto the street.

EXT. DEVON ROADS - DAY
James is driving home in his car. He sees two police cars speed past him, heading into the village. James is intrigued, yet worried what is going on.
INTERCUT:
EXT. SINGH & SON'S CONVINIANCE STORE - DAY
The scene cuts to the outside of Kash's shop where the protest is in full swing. Everyone is waving their banners and plackards in the air chanting phrases at a loud volume.
Crowd: Rapist Out! Rapist Out! Rapist Out!
Eggs are being thrown at the windows of the shop. The police cars pull up, and the police get out, trying to break up the crowds.
Moments later James car pulls up, he looks on at horror at the choas infront of him and casts Val a disproving look...

James gets out of the car, and walks over to Val..
James: Val, you really can't do this?
Val: He's a bloody rapist!
James: Let the courts do their job...
Val: Screw the courts! They're the one which is letting him get away with this!
James: I can't let you do this though...
Val: Go on then, arrest me!
James: You can't make me do that Val!
They pair argue in the centre of the crowd. Sanjita comes out after hearing the commotion, and looks into the shop window. She sees Kash sitting on the floor of the shop, holding Mohammed back..
Sanjita: Mohammed! Someone, do something!
James walks over..
James: What?!
Sanjita: In there, Kash... He's got Mohammed...

EXT: SINGH AND SON CONVINEANCE STORE- Day
Sanjita bangs on the door in dispair...
Sanjita: Mohammed!! Let him go Kash!!
Iqbal: Dont do this, Sanjita. Leave it to James and the police...
Sanjita: I have to. He's my Son...
Mohammed struggles out of the way of Kash, and punchs him in the face. He runs to the door, and unbolts it. Kash runs forward, grabs Sanjita and drags her in, and slams the door behind her. The 3 of them stand, in silence.
Val: (From Outside) Let them out! You hear me Kash, we've got the police here, you better let them out right now!
Iqbal: (From outside)Sanjita!!
Kash snarls, and smiles at Sanjita..
Sanjita: I know this is hard for you Kash... No body would want to get caught... But you have to face up to what you've done...
Kash: Oh, do i?
Sanjita: You're only making this worse for yourself. Just let us go.
Kash: We're not going anywhere...
Mohammed: Listen to her!! You're going to go down for years and years!
Kash: No i'm not... But i tell you what... We are going somewhere...
Sanjita: Excuse me?
Kash: The only place left for us to go... To be together as a family... We've got to welcome it... Cause the only place we're going now is heaven...
Sanjita looks at Mohammed. They are both clearly terrified...

Sanjita looks at Mohammed. They are both clearly terrified...
Sanjita: (Scared) I...I don't understand why? Why do this?
Kash: I'm saving my family... togetheer we shall go to a better place, free of these inhumane people and their sins!
Sanjita: What about you eh!? Rape is a sin!
Kash: So is adultery (tugs at Mohammed's Nike top) and so is materialism! Can't you see Sanjita!? How weh have become corrupted by this world!?
Sanjita: You're talking nonsence, let us go Kash...
Kash: No...I can't do that, I must take us all to a better place...to redeem ourselves...
Sanjita: And how do you propose to do that then eh!?
Sanjita sniffs the smell of petrol, she looks around and sees the floor and shelves covered in petrol.
Sanjita: Oh my god...

Sanjita sniffs the smell of petrol, she looks around and sees the floor and shelves covered in petrol.

Kash: It's the only way...
Sanjita: Please Kash I'm begging you...don't do this to us!
Sanjita is clearly distressed, Mohammed begins to cry, she holds him tightly. Kash has a mad look in his eyes.
Kash fumbles in his pocket and pulls out a box of matches. He lights a match.
Sanjita: No, Kash, don't you dare!
Sanjita lurches towards him and tackles him for it. They tussel, but Kash pushes Sanjita onto the floor.She tries to get up, but slips on the petrol. Kash throws the match into the distance.
The shop immeditaley goes up in flames. Sanjita grabs Mohammed, and the pair rush towards the shop window, they begin banging hard.
Kash: There's no escaping now Sanjita, it's inevitable...
Outside Val, Iqbal and the rest turn around when they hear the banging. They see Sanjita and Mohammed looking petrified, then see the flames behind them.
Val: Oh my god! There's a fire!
Iqbal: Quick, someone call the fire brigade! Now!

Oh my goodness! Kash has completely lost his marbles! Iqbal and Val have to get Sanjita and Mohammed out of there now...please post more soon, i need to know their fate!

The flames spread across the shop, leaving the 3 coughing and spluttering for breath. Sanjita breaks away from Kash, and bangs on the windows in desperation. Kash holds onto Mohammed, tightly...
Mohammed: Mum!! Help!!
Sanjita: Let us out of here!! Someone, help us!!
She turns back to Kash...
Sanjita: Let go of him!!
Kash looks the other way, and closes his eyes, calmly. Mohammed looks at him, terrified. He whacks him in the face, and breaks free. He runs towards the door, and bangs on it. Sanjita and Mohammed are seperated by the flames..
Sanjita: Get out of here!
Mohammed: I can't... Its locked..
Sanjita cries into her hands. Mohammed braces himself, and smashes the glass on the door with his hands. He turns back to Sanjita:
Sanjita: Save yourself, Mohammed. Get out of here now!
Mohammed: I can't leave you here...
Mohammed battles with the flames, fighting against the pain. He briefly looks at Kash, who appears to be going in and out of conciousness... He runs through the flames, and grabs Sanjita. They fight back to the door..
Mohammed: Get out of here!!
Sanjita pushs him towards the door, and thrusts him out of the window. He turns around to help Sanjita.
She is being held at knife point by Kash, who is bringing her closer and closer to the flames...

Sanjita struggles away from Kash, with her arms and legs getting scornched by the flames. Iqbal runs to the window, and tries to reach in...
Iqbal: Let her go, Kash!
Kash: Heaven is the only place left for us...
Iqbal: So why have you put her through so much hell then?!
Kash is silent. His arms begin to peel, and redden in the flames. He doesn't flinch.
Iqbal: Shes not your wife anymore. She's not even part of your family. Just do the right thing, and let her go before you kill her!!
Kash is calm, not listening. Sanjita struggles, and looks at Iqbal, terrified.
Iqbal looses sight of the pair, through the flames. He pushes the door, trying to break it free. He hears murmurs inside the shop, of an unfamiliar voice. Val runs around the building...
Val: Its the Fire Brigade! They're getting in the backway...
Iqbal breaths a sigh of releif, and begins to walk away from the door, and around to the back. The camera pans inside, to see the flames reach the front wall, and to the hairsprays. Suddenly, there is a massive explosion. Iqbal is thrown away from the building, lying hard on his side.
But what about Kash and Sanjita?

INT: SINGH AND SON CONVINENCE SHOP- Day
Suddenly, there is a massive explosion. Iqbal is thrown away from the building, lying hard on his side.
The fire fighters are thrown back with the impact of the blaze, they grab Kash.
Kash: Get off me! I have to go! Don't touch me, my time has come!
Despite his protests, the firemen drag him out the back entrance. Sanjita is lying on the floor, severly injured. Iqbal gets up from the floor outside, and reaches in for Sanjita.
Iqbal: Sanjita! Come on! You've got to get out of here
Sanjita raisly her head slightly, clearly disorientated.
Iqbal: Here grab my hand...
Sanjita grabs hold of Iqbal's hand as he pulls her out trough the windowframe. Iqbal carries her trough the crowds, who make way. He lays her down on the floor.
Iqbal: It's alright, you're safe now... you're safe babe...
Sanjita closes her eyes.
Iqbal: Sanjita?... Sanjita!?
Sanjita shakes her, and slaps her cheaks. She is clearly unconcious. The ambulance finally arrives at the scene.
Iqbal: Quick! Over here! She's unconcious!
The parademics rush over with a stretcher.
Parademic: What's her name?
Iqbal: Sanjita?
Parademic 2: Hi Sanjita, can you hear me?
Iqbal: She's unconcious, of course she can't bloody hear you!
The parademics get her onto a strecther and wheel her into the ambulance, Iqbal follows nervously.
Iqbal: You have to save her, she's pregnant, hurry...there's no time to waste!
The parademics close the doors to the ambulance and speed off.

INT. BAYMOORE LESUIRE CENTRE - DAY
Val returns to the salon at the new lesuire centre, flustered due to the events at the shop. Tanya is sat down waiting for her.
Tanya: Late, and it's only the first day, you don't want to be making a habit of this Val...
Val: Sanjita Singh has just been taken to hospital, so shoot me :rolleyes:
Tanya: Oh, no, I'm sorry, is she okay?
Val: How should I know, I've had to come to work... what with it being the first day and all...
Tanya: Look Val, you clearly have some sort of problem with me, so spill, what is it?
Val: It's just...well there was a time when I was the boss of you, and now it's the other way round, I don't want you looking over my shoulder every five seconds...it's bad enough that you burnt down my old buisness....
Tanya: That was an accident Val...and I'm always going to be sorry for it...
Val rolls her eyes, clearly not intrested.
Tanya: Look Val I just want us to get on, and put all that behind us, we used to be good friends, so why all this eh?
Val shrugs her shoulders.
Tanya: If this is going to work we all have to work as a team, you're a good woman Val, don't spoil this oppurtunity for the sake of stuborness...what do you say?
Val: I suppose I can forgive and forget...
Tanya: That's brilliant! :D Look I'll pop the kettle on, make us a cuppa, and then...you can do my nails... after all tonights the big night :D

Richard is in the main entrance, in front of all of the staff...
Richard: Its taken a long battle to get to where we are today..
Val: You can say!
Richard: But it will make or break Baymoore. Out with the old, and in with the new. I want everything to be perfect tonight, for the Great Opening..
Val suddenly looks slightly saddened, Tanya smiles at her gently..
Richard: We all know whats happened in the main village, with the Singhs... But we need to put on a smile, and make tonight a success.
He holds up his glass of Champagne.
Richard: To Baymoore!
They all toast the Leisure Centre, smiling.

Ruby and Marcus are trying to calm Mohammed down, and keep him sitting down quietly...
Ruby: The Docs are going to want to check you out, you can't go anywhere just yet!
Mohammed: But what about Mum!
Ruby: She'll be ok... She has to be...
A paramedic comes over, and checks out his arms..
Paramedic: Some nasty cuts you've got there. We're going to have to take you to the hospital for Smoke Inhalation, and to get some stiches on those...
They walk to the ambulance, slowly. Kash is taken through the crowds on a trolley, towards the other ambulance. His eyes are open, and ablaze. The crowd are shouting at him.
Iqbal walks over to the trolley, and leans over it, as the Paramedics prepare the Ambulance..
Iqbal: If something happens to her..
Kash: (Distant) We'll all be safe soon..
Iqbal: Are you listening to me?! If something happens to her... I swear, i'll ****ing kill you!

Ruby and Kyle are lying in bed. Ruby seems in a word of her own.
Kyle: How about a repeat performance? :D
Ruby: No Kyle...It wouldn't seem right, what with mom and all that...
Kyle: Look babe, I'm sure she's going to be alright now...there's no point in threating over it, she's in the doctors' capable hands...
Ruby sighs, Kyle wraps his arms around her.
Kyle: I'm so glad you weren't in that fire...
Ruby: Would you have missed me?
Kyle: Yeah I suppose so...funyn aint it? Two fires in the space of a month....and how says life in Devon is peaceful?
Ruby: And both being Singh buisnesses, the insurance company will start suspecting something...
Kyle: What's going to happen to the club now?
Ruby: It's up for sale...

The opening night of the new Lesuire Centre. The centre is decorated out for the ocassion, with everyone dressed smartly. Richard, Hilary, Nick & Tanya greets guests as they arrive.
Jared and Lauren walk into the centre, smiles on their faces.
Tanya: What the hell are they doing here?
Richard: God knows, but they wont be stopping for long.
Richard walks over to the pair, who are exchanging pleasantries some mutal aquaitances.
Richard: I don't recall your names on the guest list
Jared: How observant of you Richard, they aren't...
Richard: Look, I don't know what you think you're doing here, but I wont have you all ruining our big opening night...
Jared: Oh come on Richard, it's only fair that as your main competitor I see what's on offer to MY customers... all in the sake of friendly rivalry of course...
There is clearly resentment between the pair.
Richard: (Smug) Well I suppose you can stay, see first hand the buisness that is going to run your shoddy little empire into the ground...
Jared: Oh Hardly...
Richard: I would say enjoy your evening, but I wouldn't mean it...oh and lay off the champagne, it's wasted on the likes of you Ashworths...
Richard walks off feeling he has won. Lauren sees Tanya laughing and joking with some guests.
Lauren: God look at that tart, acting all happy...just weeks after splitting with Will...god these ruddy Taylors make my blood boil...
Jared: Don't worry, we haven't come here tonight to stay quiet and take this ****...it's about time we dealt some of it out...
Jared has a sinister look on his face. This man means buisness

Iqbal is sitting at Sanjitas bedside. She is concious, but weary and tired. The Doctor walks in..
Doctor: Sorry to disturb you, Sanjita..
Sanjita: Thats ok...
Doctor: I've got some bad news
Iqbal: What?!
Doctor: I'm afraid that the ultrasound has confirmed that you have miscarriaged. I'm sorry to tell you, but your baby has died...
Sanjita turns her head, and lies down, facing away from Iqbal. Iqbal doesn't know how to react to the news...

INT: BAYMOORE LEISURE CENTRE- Day
Richard is standing at the reception area, on the specially set up stage area. The guests and staff are standing in front of him..
Richard: Thank you for listening to my brief introduction to, what i'm sure you'll agree, the biggest asset this town has seen in many a year. Can i now hand over to Tanya Taylor, Manger of the Leisure Centre.
The crowd applause accordingly, and Richard leaves the stage. Tanya moves forward to the mic. She sees Lauren at the side of the crowd, but rolls her eyes, and ignores her.
Tanya: Thank you everyone. This project has taken a lot of work and effort to bring to you today, however i'm sure you'll agree that this has been worthwhile. What you now have is a classy centre, to suit everyones need. From the gym, to the bars, they'll be something that everyone in this community can enjoy. As well as this, it is sure to attract more tourism to the area. I'm sure that just from looking around you, the benefits are more than apparent
She flashes a text-book smile..
Tanya: Are there any questions?
Lauren puts her hand up. Tanya reluctantly erges her to talk..
Lauren: Yeah, i have a question... Are you going to be sleeping with some more women in the future?
Everyone gasps, and looks at Tanya in shock..
Tanya: Well... I... Dont know... I think you've...erm...
Richard walks back onto the stage..
Richard: I dont know who the hell you think you are, but i can assure you that you are more than mistaken. I think this is the perfect time to demonstrate to the crowd the excellent Security we have here..
Lauren interupts..
Lauren: Mistaken, am i? Oh, i think you'll find that its you who is mistaken. Thinking Tanya was straight.... Thinking she loved her husband... She slept with me, didn't she tell you? She cheated on her boyfriend, my brother, with me, cause shes a desperate slag
Richard: I.. I think you..
Tanya: (interupts) Yeah, i must have been desperate to go with you...
Everyone looks at Tanya, shocked, as she obviously confirms what lauren says. She goes red, as she realises her admition

Go on Tanya - act like its no big deal and who cares - makes no difference to who you are and you know the Ashworths are just trying to get one over on you! Lauren was the one who came on to you - ruined your relationship with Will - don't let them beat you!
So sad that Sanjita miscarried - is she totally out of the woods now? Will this affect her relationship with Iqbal seeing as they were unsure whether the baby was his or the rapists (now known to be Kash of course)

The doctor leaves. Sanjita stares into space, Iqbal tries to hug her but she shakes him off.

Iqbal: Sanjita!
Sanjita: It was a rapists baby Iqbal! I never wanted it... this is a blessing....

Sanjita: Well it's true! I couldn't bring up a child that could have been...his...
Iqbal: I can't believe you're being so...cold...it was a human life San'!
Sanjita: It was a ruddy embryo Iqbal! Give it a rest!
Iqbal: I'm gonna blame this on the shock... I think I'd best leave you to think about what you've just said!
Iqbal begins to leave, in a mood. Mohammed enters, bruises and cuts on his face. Iqbal and Sanjita both look at him, concerned.

Everyone looks at Tanya, shocked, as she obviously confirms what lauren says. She goes red, as she realises her admition.

Tanya: I am not! (To Everyone) It was a mistake! I swear! A foolish mistake!
The crowd begins to mutter between themselves. Tanya starts to panic.
Lauren: Not so smug now are you Tanya?

Lauren: Quiet easily... you Taylors are scum. and the sooner this pathetic little community realise it the better...
Callumn comes over and grabs hold of her, trying to force her to leave.
Callumn: I think you'd better go...
Lauren eyes up Callumn's body and gives him a saucy look.
Lauren: You can man handle me anytime gorgeous :p
Richard: Get the hell out of here! The both of you!
Jared: Come on Lauren, we've done what we came to do...
The pair leave, with smug smiles on their faces. Richard is left fuming, Tanya is shaking nervously as everyone stares at her. From the other end of the room Hilary is lapping up every second of it...
