poor amy its becoming obvious to her that she wants to be leahs mum now and shes trying to forget about it, it doessnt help when her mum wont let her near leah or even talk to amy about the baby. I can see this causing amy to crack up, the baby secret has got to come out in the open sometime though
oh and seans back that could get exciting
I know I saw this today and yesterday, Im just screaming at her, i really hope she looks after leah, but at least she told her mum what she was feeling and you can sort of understand what she is feeling, that she kinda wants to be leah's mum but doesnt at the same time as she feels to young etcQuote:

Blimey everyone stopped watching Hollyoaks?! :p Good episode Friday. Jacqui and Tony are great together and I hope they get together properly again, I think it could really work out between them. Jacqui is an absolutely brilliant character and my favourite in the whole show at the moment. I can see her being around for years to come, I think Tony brings out the best in her. She is easily the best McQueen girl :clap:
I am out all week so i only caugh a bit of the omnibus. I thought Carmenl and Aleksander are so cute, why cant he marry her instead.
Tony and Jacqui are so meant to be.
Is Davey boy supposed to be scary? Because if so then they ought to think about recasting a proper actor to play the part. He couldn't scare Mickey mouse.
lol, i thougth that to. I also thougth he looked diffrent to the Davey we saw before i remember him being a bit more convincing at the hard man. Hes not quite Warren. I dont get why Jacqui wont just tell Tony.
The Carmel Russ scenes were really funny last night.
I hope Jacqui doesn't marry Alex he is much better suited to Carmel and Jacqui with Tony. I'm hating Mercy at the moment again falls in to bed with Warren. Is Russ sick again as he was phoning his GP?
Russ swallowed the ring alek gave him. That would explain the GP. He was trying to get it of his finger and Dom fell into him then yu saw him swallow and clutch his throat. It was very amusing. ANd if you were Mercy why fall into bed with Warren when you have the delightful Russ.

Tonight's episode was really enjoyable, loving all the stuff with the Barnes!

I watched the omnibus of this today, well most of it; before my mother turned over :angry:. Anywho, few questions..
What happend Friday, as I think that's the episode I missed.
Who plays the brother of Sasha? The younger one.. as I think I've seen him before?
What's happening with the whole Claire thing.. last I heard from a friend, she tried to kill Max or something?? Iunno, but I'm confused, as to why she's working at The Loft.
Anywho, on the episodes front, I really enjoyed it. I hadn't seen it since Mandy's baby died I think. Not sure. I really liked the Amy/Josh and her dad scenes. Good acting all round there I think, personally. Couldn't help feel sorry for Amy.
Didn't like Sarah is it? The one that made Justin move out.. what's her deal. Does Calvin not know she and Warren slept together then? Does she really love Calvin? (I ask, as maybe it's been noticed by some of you :D).

I think its been quite a good week on hollyoaks, But Mike is getting very protective and paranoid
mike is getting a little overprotective and paranoid though. i wonder when the true parentage of baby leah will come out, its got to come out or the story would never have been done in the first place plus too many people know now: the family, michaela, sasha, susanne oh and the dad billy.

Josh still thinks its Amys sister no one knows but Michaela and the family. Also from previous posts Devon anderson (sonny ) was also in Kerching more recently.
Its been good, cant believe Mike hit Josh thought that really surprised me.

Mike is becoming over protective but i guess when his youngest child has a baby on the kitchen floor then maybe he is allowed to
yea joshs mum knows leah is really amys baby and not kathys because she found out about her being pregnant after amy was hurt in the car crash. thats pretty much the reason why she doesnt want amy near her son as she sees amy as a bad influence
Suzannes pretty feisty as well but Kathy still holds the award for mother from hell. Gilly made me laugh yesterday, that season ticket. It was when he said to Josh his advice was too words. Fish and Sea. Bless Him. Hes so funny. It is quite sad that Josh and Amy cant be together as they are so sweet together.

She came back to halls with her arm in plaster. He really is a psycho. Great villain though, different to the usually madman. He uses his brain.
I am starting to get really, really, really fed-up with the story line surrounding Amy and her baby. The things that Amy does are just ludicrous, and I am seriously starting to think that the girl who plays her is the worst actress I've ever known. For example - the episode where Amy pawned the necklace that her Dad got her, and had food with Josh in Il Gnosh (it rhymes! :p). The whole ep was pretty stupid (well, the bits with her in them, anyway), but I think the scene that made me cringe the most was when she asked for a bottle of 'fizzy'. That ridiculous baby voice she adopted to ask for it was just irritating and silly, and I find the idea that a 15 year old girl, especially one who is pretty well-known in the village, so everyone knows she's underage, and who looks about twelve, would actually believe that she could get away with ordering a bottle of wine just outrageous.
It's such a shame, because I think this storyline could actually be quite interesting, if Hollyoaks:
A) Got better actors (Amy mainly, but also Kathy - and that's just this story line!).
B) Stopped it from dragging on, and on, and on, and onnn...
C) Stopped putting in unbelievable scenes like that.
It's no wonder Hollyoaks is such a lowly-rated soap, and, again, I think it's such a shame because they do have some good story lines, and it is quite a unique and modern soap. :searchme:
I understand where your coming from but i just Love Hollyoaks so just see past the bad actors, i still think Sarah is worse though.
Thats the only bad thing with Hollyoaks the storys do drag on, i mean Home and Away things are cleared up in a week or an episode even, which is good viewing in my opinion. However Hollyoaks has humour especielly recently when the McQueens have come, and they have the Villains in Will, Claire and Warren, so there are good points to balance out the bad. But you do have a point. I agree.
The last episode was amusing though, especially Mercedes and sonny. I also think mummy mcqueen is brilliant as well.
The Mercedes/Sonny part was really funny! It shows how strong they are as a family unit as none of the McQueens will allow anyone to mess with them.
I actually like how the storylines drag on - it may be boring, but i think it's a lot more realistic.
yeah thats a point i havent thought of it like that. Like you have to have a pregnancy for nine months otherwise its just silly, but there is a limit. Hopefully the end of the story will be good and make up for some of the boring parts.
darren is such an idiot, i cant understand why Zac can'y get a girlfriend, hes quite cute especially with that scouse charm.
Do not get me started on Hannah, How pathetic was she. I hope she has'nt ruined John Paul and Spikes friendship, because of her pathetic ways.
Obviously it's better for some story lines - as Katy said, something like a pregnancy has got to go on for a while to make it feasible - but sometimes HO just lets the story lines drag on and on unnecessarily.Quote:

I mean, even the Max and Clare story line is getting a bit dragged out. Suddenly, apart from the money troubles, Max seems to have completely forgotten that Clare ever existed, and still does - and is running his club that she stole from him, practically opposite his flat.
Another big flaw of HO, apart from the actors, is, like I said, the continuity.

The Will stuff has been great, feel quite sorry for Zoe, he's such a phycho with all these games.. you can tell Zak's suspicious though. Can't wait till it all comes out, the students are really good at the moment. The stuff with Nancy and the pills was good aswell. Only thing letting it all down was the Michaela/Sonny scenes which weren't very interesting at all. Sonny and the rest of his useless family must go.
