That's what soap writers seem to think anyway! Billy needs to get on with his job and stop worrying about Josh. Why has no-one else visited him anyway? I know he said he doesn't get on with his family but surely someone would visit him at a time like this. I realise Billy feels guilty but he had no way of knowing that the other guy would beat Josh up.

I don't blame Bethany going off on one at Billy. Should Billy being doing that?
I also don't blame Gail walking out on Audrey and Lewis.

jim back out from the big house so he is

So big Jim with a walking stick is back. If i was Peter i would have wrapped it round his head.

I am sure that Fiz and Ty could have rewound that tape and had it repaired if it had broken, then they may have been able to see at least part of his mum's message, after all it got messed up at the start so they may not have lost much. Use to happen all the time with audio cassettes and they use to play after rewinding. Never had it happen on VHS though.
Personally I think that Hope and Ruby are the stars of the show at present with Gina a close second.

I've no idea what to make of the Katie/Hannah storyline... First of all, the idea of Jim telling Liz in a public place with their "daughter" sitting behind them, was stupid and insensitive. But the whole concept is ridiculous anyway, considering it's been done before with Ali and Ryan anyway, and it's arrived in the middle of Tyrone's storyline about being abandoned/adopted. To be honest, it's one of the worst storylines they've done, and that's saying something.
The only possibility I can come up with is that it's a scam, and if Jim is in on it, I hope Liz and Steve kick him out of their lives for good and that he never returns to Weatherfield because it's the worst thing he could do to them. And if it's just Katie/Hannah, I hope she gets punished properly and not just forgiven by everyone involved. There's no way the writers can rescue this storyline - it's going to take a huge suspension of belief no matter what happens.

Very eloquently put, Emerald, I think that Sally's defence team could use your skill at putting together a reasoned argument - otherwise she's off to the Big House!

Thank you, but I think Sally needs a lot more help than anything I could provide!
